You never know what hidden gems she may have I got a stunning cowhide and a cow skull that was from her actual property that is one of a kind. I'll fast-forward to say the entire experience was superb!! First I called their customer service line to inquire on their pre-lit wreaths. I was on hold for about 30 seconds. The rep answered my questions and made me feel more secure. I placed my order, immediately received an emaiconfirmation, and got a tracking number within 2-3 days. The packages arrived within a week. Upon initial inspection I quickly realized they've got quality products. This isn't your Lowe's or Home Depot stuff people! Unfortunately as I opened up the box of wreath decorations I noticed one of the ornaments broke during shipping. I quickly called, spoke to a rep who took my info and created a ticket. I was even able to submit a picture via email to show the damage. I was told I would hear back from someone shortly. Being a bit skeptical I thought I'd never hear back and would have to go back and forth but I'm very happy to report that was not the case. I got an email about 5 biz days later advising a new ornament was being shipped and a tracking number was provided. If you're looking for quality holiday home decorations look no further. Just check out my pic. This is an upstanding company. And this is coming from a real customer who happens to be a Yelp Elite member. Great job Christmas Designers. I'll see you again next year.

I love old vintage diamond rings, estate jewelry, and turquoise. I received an extremely warm welcome upon entrance. I advised them I was looking for the above mentioned. Mr. Boyer said he had nothing available. As I continued to browse around in amazement at all the beautiful pieces. Rings, watches, pocket watches, necklaces, earrings, etc. I was impressed with the prices. I did find a Sterling Silver ring I decided to purchase. As I was making the purchase Mr. Boyer remembered he did have a vintage filigree diamond ring in the back. Perfect! He said it needed to be cleaned and polished. I wanted to see it first. It's beautiful and fit my pinkie finger perfect. So I wanted it. He cleaned and polished it, and it's gorgeous. Last but not least, he had a beautiful turquoise pendant. It was not in the show case, but he showed it to me anyway. Breathtaking! Mr. Boyer has an engaging personality, and is very knowledgeable pertaining to his trade. I walked in, thinking I would leave with nothing. I finally told him, cut me off, don't show me anything else. We laughed. I left with 2 beautiful rings, and 1 turquoise pendant. I will definitely be returning to have some jewelry repair, and a new custom ring made, super gaudy. I inherited the gaudy look for my beautiful mother and grandmother. Go big, or go home! This spring I won two interesting African prints in one of their online auctions. Brent and Diane (the owners) took the paintings to the post office in Richardson and the prints were immediately lost before they could even be loaded in the truck to Austin. While they were under no obligation due to their standard terms and conditions, Central Treasures refunded the bulk of my purchase. They basically covered their costs and I thought that was completely fair. It wasn't their fault the Post Office could find Austin with two hands and a flashlight, and I chalked it all up as just another 2020 peccadillo. But Brent and Diane just couldn't let it go. They keep poking and asking and to everyone's surprise the prints found their way back to Central Treasures four months later. A quick email from Diane, a charge back of the generous refund and my Ugandan watercolors now hold pride of place in their new home. Central Treasures has my highest recommendation and you should feel completely confident to do business with Brent and Diane. They are special and honorable Texans.
