For baby shower today
Lin L.

Right on Target. Wanted to be in and out with a gift, card and bow for a baby shower. I was out in 15 mins, that includes queuing up to pay at self checkout. Got the walker for 43 bucks (with tax), 2.99 card and 1.99 bow.. perfect. $50 budget... Organized but they don't have as much selection as birdcage. Birdcage is way bigger. This Target has what you need. No nonsense... It's just close to the freeway cos I had to head to tuba yesterday for a baby shower.

My toddler in Cosco Umbrella Stroller with adjustable Canopy in the color Teal I purchased, folds up easy for storage!

On Saturday afternoon I came in looking for an umbrella stroller and I found a great deal on their Cosco Umbrella Stroller with a canopy for sun protection in a pretty teal color! Thank God we came in when we did, since the stroller was on sale for $17 and I got the last one left in their store, score!! My toddler is comfortable being strolled around in it, it's light weight which is perfect for the summer and it will last her awhile since it can hold up to 40 lbs! Some history.. Target, nicknamed Tar-zhay, first store opened in Roseville, Minnesota in the year of 1962 and now there are Target stores in all 50 states! There logo alone is one of the most recognized symbols in North America! In 2006 their bull terrier Bullseye, who made his debut in 1999 was believe it or not the first dog at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. This US exclusive company has countless awards and recognitions for not only being an excellent sustainable company, but a great place to work! I would highly recommend shopping at this location, you'll save a bundle and they have great brands like Cat & Jack my toddler wears in style and a dollar section full of great gift ideas, holiday items, clothing, stuff for kids and more!

I love my neighborhood Target and a staff who knows what they're doing. Can we get some new carts, though?!

I've been here a few times and wondered if they were still in business and there, they were. They haven't changed a bit. They are tastefully decorated in living room sets that are retro. We are shopping for a love seat so my husband sat in all of them hoping to find one. He liked the red minimalist one the most. The only thing is it looks like it might fold out to a futon, but it doesn't and we really need one for when my mother in law comes to visit and other visitors. They have so many items that I kept pointing to and saying "We used to have one of these." The most memorial items were the Pyrex, which my parents still have and a rotary phone which my parents still have just in case the electricity goes out. They also have the push button one and my parents have one of those too. My parents request to keep their land line and just have the local plan which they use to call their friends. They are afraid the power will go out and they won't be able to call anyone for help. And the power does go out in the winter on a regular basis where they live so this is really good for them. The new phones all use electricity. This shop also has lots of cases of jewelry and their broaches were on display on a mine mannequin. They were very sparkly, but I didn't have the time to really browse as the furniture took up most of my time. As we were finishing up my husband made the comment that he really needs to bring his sister and her husband here as she loves these types of store. They are planning on visiting so we'll be taking her here and to Zocalo too as shopping bring on a appetite.

But once that sleek $2,000 couch gets to your living room and starts sinking like a sad bean bag after three uses, the illusion fades fast. The quality? Absolute doo doo butt. There's no other way to put it. Cushions collapse, joints wobble, wood scratches if you even think about using it. And don't bother reaching out for support, they vanish faster than your paycheck on West Elm's website. It's like customer service gets beamed into another dimension the moment your card is charged. In this economy, where every dollar counts, the fact that West Elm charges luxury prices for furniture that feels like it's held together by vibes and wood glue is wild. Even if you have money to spend, that doesn't mean you should be throwing it at furniture that won't last a year. You deserve better than wobbly chairs and flakey finishes. At the end of the day, West Elm is all style, no substance. If you want furniture that holds up to actual life and not just your Instagram feed - look elsewhere.
