Oh, let me tell you what. I love Target, have since I worked there as a teenager in the 90s. I love the new vibe inside, updated, music, all that. Bravo! Then, they started offering order online and pick up in store--love it. Then, I learned there's no charge for order online and drive up. SOLD! I will never have to go into a store again! I kind of love that even more. Delivery to my car is fast and easy. I don't have to deal with crowds, or scanning my own items, or waiting in lines, or or or or you get the idea. This is a great service especially if you're sick, busy, have a bunch of kids with you, or just don't have the bandwidth to deal with it. Great job Target! And to the employees who are doing the order picking and going in/out to cars--THANK YOU. It may seem like a thankless job or daunting at times, but please know that you're helping out MANY people who simply "can't". It's a service I am profoundly grateful for. read more

Last review still stands, but they need to be more clear on their in-store promotions. Had a promotion going that if you bought $100 worth of baby stuff you would get a $20 gift card back (see pic). I bought enough things to hit the price mark, but some of the stuff was excluded from that promotion (the wipes to the right on the pic but not to the left), which was never communicated on the sign that I can see. So I had to return everything and then rebuy it all which was inconvenient. read more

Went for the onyx storm release and they had us single file line while a younger blonde girl handed us each book. She said she ran out and handed me a regular one. So tell me why 2-3 people behind me got the target special one? When I asked her why she gave me a regular and them specials she said it's not her fault. Ma'am you had us single file while you passed everyone a book. It most definitely is. To make things worse she gave me a damaged book. It's very unfair and I'm sure she snagged herself one on top of it. So while people waiting outside for HOURS in -11 degrees I leave with nothing but a damaged book and "well its not my fault you didn't get the right book". Totally unprofessional, rude, and makes me not want to go back to target! read more

Overpriced and rude and incompetent managers who aren't qualified greet people at Wal-Mart. Some pretty rookie mistakes in customer service

This afternoon, my sisters and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Wes. Wes went above and beyond in ensuring we got the student discount, when the system was glitching. He hand picked each item (out of hundreds of things) and discounted them himself. He showed us great kindness and turned our stressful shopping experience into a great one. It's Target. There's nothing exciting or bad about it. It's just a large store, with a decent selection, mostly nice and courteous cashier's and staff. Sometimes they have things in the floor they can't sell, and I don't exactly know why that is. I have no real complaints other than the self checks need a modernization. They hardly read chip cards anymore. read more

Like any hot-blooded American women, I love me some Target and frequent MANY (in caps) of there locations, sometimes multiple Targets in a single day. So I'm a pretty decent judge of what makes a good Target and which Targets are (dare I say) lesser... because it's a known fact among Target experts not unlike myself that not all Targets are created equal. This Target, with it's crazy store layout, is a very solid 3-stars and I feel it necessary to mention to that this store had to have been operating at max capacity on our mid-December Saturday romp. I feel like it was one shopping basket away from having the fire department called in to shut the operation down... but I guess that's good for business. Not so good for me, who was here on strictly emergency business trying to do the ole 'get-in-get-out' as quickly as possible, with my boo who, like most hot-blooded American men, hates Target with the passion and fire of a thousand burning suns. BUT, let the record show that while I got in and went straight for my emergency item (black, thermal tights) and got in line, that HE was the one still roaming the store and waffling over the better type of eggnog to purchase... which sort of stressed me out bc I was waiting on him in line with the register quickly approaching, not knowing where the heck he was or if he'd gone postal on someone elsewhere in the store but then he popped out of nowhere running full speed with a big smile on his face and a liter-sized carton of organic egg nog held high above his head signaling me to let the cashier know we had just one more item. It was a moment I'll forever cherish and never forget because it's the only time I've ever not seen him with a murderous fire in eyes while inside a Target. This Target also seemed to be stocked to the brim with merch. It made it difficult to get about the store, especially on top of how busy it already was, but a Target being ultra stocked before the holidays isn't a bad thing. Lord knows the Targets by where I live are god-awful at keeping ish stocked. For the crazy Venture-style set up and the beyond dangerous parking lot with possibly the highest number of absolutely terrible drivers I've ever encountered in one area, I could go a 3-star, but not one, but two people let me cut in line in front of them (and the lines where CRAZY wrap around the store long at every register) when they saw I only had one item (that actually ended up being 2 after the eggnog debacle) and they had full carts of holiday items... so that definitely bumps them up a star for the saintly and otherwise unheard of holiday shopper etiquette. read more

New produce section is indeed open and looks extensive. We went yesterday for other things, but couldn't help but swing pass the new parts. Lots of choices, relatively comparable prices (to Hilander or Jewel, not Walmart). It also looked like they had more meat options and expanded the cooler section. They also have all new carts (and baskets)! Yay for not inevitably picking the loudest one (they are plastic)! Minus one star for the prices (reasonable but I've found cheaper) and the layout (it seems a little packed/disorganized because of the new section). **Cute, reasonably priced thank you cards (best I've found, even better than Walmart options)** read more

The laziest employees in the world. They randomly decide when they don't feel like doing curbside pickup without prior warning. I pulled up to this location and they shut down curbside pickup because of wind. I can understand extreme rain, snow or hail but it was not that extreme. People use curbside pickup for many reasons not because we are "lazy" unlike the employees. In addition to this, when I called the location I was placed on hold for 15+ minutes while the employees were inside the store talking. I shop at this target all the time and have never had a negative experience quite like this. Very disappointed. read more

This is my go to Target location and I've been less than impressed them lately. And today just out me over the top. An item was on sale and listed on their website as in stock at this location. I called ahead to make sure and specified exactly what I was searching for. The employee assured me that they had several in stock. So I made my way up there during my lunch break to get it. Come to find out that they in fact don't have ANY of the product I was looking for. They all looked at me dumbfounded and kinda more walked away after explaining everything I was told. No effort to correct any of their mistakes. Annoyed with employees and with their terrible website. read more

Love Target! Very clean and friendly staff. Tons of adorable baby clothes and their Up and Up brand diapers are great. Pricing is steep for some grocery stuff, but with the Cartwheel app, it evens out. I've gotten cute swimsuits and jeans etc here for decent prices. And everyone I know registers here for their events/celebrations. read more

Great store! Clean, and bright. They have food section but still no wines (darn!) Cute dresses and drugstore makeup products, hair dyes and salon hair products. They also have a pharmacy. It Is located right next to an Ulta so I just swing by next door if I cant find something and must spend more mula ;) Theres a lil corner where they sell snacks, which is a plus when you feel hungry from all the shopping, I could spend a couple hours here without the hubby. I have seen other Targets who are more stocked and a lil shinier and such but don't get me wrong this is a good one. read more

I had a bad experience at the self check out last night. I am a shipt shopper and have done it for a little while now. It was a prepaid order so all I have to do is go to a self checkout and have an employee scan my phone so I can bag the items. She lectured me into telling me that I was wrong and this is not how I am supposed to do it. After getting frustrated with me, she finally got a machine to work correctly and scanned it. With an attitude. I finally walked away after bagging my items to deliver to my customer. I was very friendly but very disappointed with the service at the Estate street Target in Rockford, Illinois. read more

We often eat lunch here, weird. Hot dog, soda, and a cookie for under five dollars. They have other things of course, but that's the usual. Now they have a starbucks too! Can't beat that. Plenty of seating. And if you need to pick up a few things, it's right there in the store. Love Target. Have a good variety of things at reasonable prices!!!! One stop and you have it. read more

This is a pretty typical Target superstore. The food selection is all right, but not as good as a grocery store or a typical Wal-mart. The little discount area near the front of the store always has fun or delicious treats, and many of the aisles have Clearance/markdown shelves at their rear, leading to decent savings. Recently the pharmacy switched from a Target pharmacy to a CVS pharmacy, and with it unfortunately came large price hikes. I used to buy 12 packs of store brand allergy-D relief and now they are only 6 packs, for the same price. I now shop elsewhere for allergy relief medication. read more

this particular target is not only close to my home but is also my go to spot for anything and everything. I'm here multiple times a week and they almost always have everything I'm looking for and more. recently I came across an issue with a cartwheel offer. after being confused while talking to guest services about it, I decided to phone a store manager. supervisor, Tabitha R, took time out of her night to listen to my situation and how I felt it was unfair that I could not redeem this offer after the purchase was made. (did not see offer until after I made purchase and left store) Tabitha asked me to come back to the store. once I did, Melissa B at the guest service counter, helped me redeem said offer and took extra time to apologize for any misunderstandings and also walked me through easier ways to use cartwheel, price match and other coupons. honestly, it was so great to have a store that I love take care of me. thanks again, guys. see you soon!! read more
