One of the managers Dom was very helpful, patience and friendly. She assisted me with a very important service that i needed, and she made sure i got the help that i needed before leaving the store. We will definitely have service with her again. I recommend having any service assistance with her! read more

If i could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is legit the worst target. It took about 30 minutes for my drive up order to get to my car after I've checked it. They also don't pick up their phones to help. I called twice and hung up on my both times. read more

On February 17, 2019, around 3 pm, I had an incident where there were only one partially charged motorized Kart out of 3 that were charged. One was left outs outside in the rain, another in one of the vacant check stands and the one that one of the employees located for me. The one I had peeped the whole hour o was in the store while grocery shopping with my family. I am suggesting that Management have someone responsible for assuring that these 3 motorized karts are charged for your disabled customers. Plus someone should be aware of how many your store has. No one knew and didnt seem to care enough to find out. I understand that many karts are stolen but you can have an employee escort that customer to their vehicle & return it to your store. read more

DONT ORDER online for store pickup. If you do, review your items before they put them in the car. Just picked up 1 out of 3 items today. Though I drove 30 minutes with wasted gas to have them only give me the toy. The girl mentioned it was only 1 item received yet 2 items were stated picked up. The girl told me to go to customer service tomorrow to waste another 30 minutes of gas if the item doesn't get canceled like she told me. First question, how do I prove that she didn't give it to me when it says picked up. Lastly, my item cannot work well without the last item purchased on Black Friday. The item got canceled when I waited in the parking lot for over 20 minutes. Management please review how items are getting charged as picked up but not in my car. Also, is you POS system from 1980 because I thought cancellations get listed right away instead of the dial up modem way or your parking lot persons are borrowing items from customers and showing picked up. IF you are thinking of ordering from this target for Christmas; DON'T. You will get ripped off. This Target is horrible! There instocks are always low. If they scanned the store accurately, they wouldn't have so many empty shelves. It's only 8am in the morning and most of the grocery items I need, is out of stock. read more

They closed cash registers whilst lines grew longer by the second. They tried to get me to self-check and it had a long line. I have noticed that the brand choices are quickly reducing to the target brand only on many items. And the prices going up Stan chili on those few items. read more

This review is based on this locations cleanliness during COVID. I went into this store on Friday, 6/26 at about 7:30. There was an employee yelling out a reminder to people to put their masks on, but there was no one telling people which carts had been cleaned. I went into the women's bathroom- and it was filthy. The floors were black and looked like they hadn't been mopped in days. Clogged, dirty toilets, overflowing trash, and the worst part: no soap in the main dispensers, and they had put out bottles of Target brand soap in addition to the dispensers, and they were empty too. Went to dry my hands after rinsing them with no soap and no paper towels to open the door handle with. Great. I told an employee standing by the carts the situation and she said she would tell someone at the front desk. When I left the store an hour later I went into the restroom again- and NOTHING had been done. This was a breeding ground for spreading a virus. Target was on it when the virus first started and now it seems like they just gave up. No excuse for this. Check and clean your bathroom at least every hour Target! read more

The worst customer service! No one answers the phone. Placed a curbside order last night. Now 11:20 and still not processed. Just left the store and was told they don't take online orders after 8:00 pm. The email received last night said thank you for your order...processing. Now we were told after going to the store and talking to a "person" that it would be ready in two hours . We shall see. I thought they opened at 7:00. We are now almost 14 hours since we received the email saying they were processing the order. In store buying is about as bad. In the store yesterday and took 45 minutes to check out as they kept closing down check out or waiting for people in line to exchange something while they were checking out. A lady at check out left and made three different exchanges while being checked out. Are they understaffed? And, no apologies.... read more

I'm new to the area and I went to target to get items for my home . Cart over flowing with towels, curtains, etc. and I get in line and wait my turn with the cashier. But for some reason this target has a designated line where everyone waits, while the manager directs you to registers. Okay I get it, this was done in the early days of Covid but we are way past that at this point. There wasn't any signs indicating that procedure, no ropes managing the lines, just a woman screaming at the top of her lungs that the line starts at a certain place. I'm not paying because I was a little further down from where she was screaming. So she screams louder and embarrasses me in front of everyone that I need to come wait in line. I thought the whole point of shopping at target was to avoid rude customer service and to shop in a store that was clean and organized ? If I wanted to be treated like that then I would go to a cheaper store. It was just beyond embarrassing and rude what happened and it wouldn't killed her to walk up to me to explain their procedures instead of screaming it at me. I left my cart in the line and went to customer service to let them know my concerns. And they did not care, barely a sorry came out of their mouths and basically told me it is what it is. read more

Extremely rude for a target employee to cut in line at the Starbucks in your store then order several drinks. We all have some where to be. If you don't have time on your break too bad. You just added 10 minutes to my time. Very rude read more

If I could not give stars I would have opted for that but since I can't I gave only 1. Reason for that is what is the purpose of having a drive up service if I still had to get out of my car and go inside the store to only wait another 30 min to pick up my order. There were two ladies at the customer service desk to whom were talking to another employee for almost 25min. Long line for returns and only two people including myself in the order pick up line. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY STORE I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN read more

Recently remodeled to give it a more modern design, this Target is as good a place as any to pick up household goods, food, and various items to make life easier. I like that there are several self-checkout lanes and I especially appreciate the ease of ordering online and picking up items in the renovated customer service/pick up area. I was here a few days before Christmas to pick up something I ordered via the Target app. The process was quick and simple; all I had to do was show my receipt on my phone and off I went with my item while avoiding the typical holiday madness in the store. It was convenient and an easy way to do some shopping. read more

Target, Target, Target. I went in today looking for shoes and it literally looked like a tornado hit the shoe dept. The closing and opening staff just said whatever when it came to this dept. It was super stressful because I am looking for shoes for my wedding and this wasn't easy at all here. I ended up leaving because it was just so messy and hard to find shoes. I do not believe this happened over night. I believe this shoe dept has been neglected for days, maybe over a week. Ugh. Come on Target. read more

Target, target. We all already know that you can't just come to target for the thing you need most for the household...you'll leave with a few extra items from other departments of the store that probably shouldn't have been visited in the first place. ::sigh:: Anyways since target is so marvelous, I have come up with the best possible ways to save money there (I go at least 3 times a week) 1. Red card (I have a debit) 5% savings each time. 2. Print coupons from their website. (Food, clothes, decor, sporting goods, meds/makeup...everything) The coupon tab is under the MORE tab on their site. 3. Mobile coupons from Target, that they text you. 4. Coupons.com - better than buying a newspaper you won't read and clipping coupons. Just print the few manufacturer coupons you know you'll use & even pair them with target coupons for even more savings. 5. Cartwheel for target? I actually haven't used this yet, but probably should. 6. Always check the end isles for markdowns! (this is usually where I end up buying things I don't need at the moment) haha Ok I think I'm done. Happy shopping at Target! read more

I have been to this Target twice, and for some reason, a couple of employees act horribly if you are paying with cash, like paying with cash is some sort of tragedy or that it signifies that you MUST be of a lower class. I was just there yesterday, and I was asking my sister if it mattered which self-checkout we used because I am not familiar with the area or this location, and the cashier/employee in charge was incredibly rude and basically snapped that if you're going to use cash, YOU HAVE TO USE THAT ONE!!!!!!! She was significantly nicer to the people behind us who she *though*t were using cards, and therefore better patrons. Funny enough, my sister and I weren't using cash. I have been treated better in every other Target. Do better! Using cash is not a tragedy. It is a NORMAL way to pay for necessities. So is using a debit card. Nobody should be treated like trash because of their payment method. What is that about? Maybe that employee needs retrained but she made it extremely unwelcoming. Imagine getting snapped at when you are a responsible patron who causes no trouble and are paying for your items. I was raised better than to judge people by their jobs, but there is no reason to be stuck up when you work at Target. There is no reason for that at all. Maybe come back down to reality and treat ALL people with respect. read more

Shayla, Shayla, Shayla. This rating is for Shayla, I went in today for an order pick up and return. I've never had any issues with target or their customer service until today. Shayla didn't seem to acknowledge that a person was actually in front of her. It's like I was talking to a wall. She waved at me to come to her register and The entire interaction she didn't speak. Until her colleague joined by her side laughing at the same time while I was waiting for her to scan my barcode. She got my stuff but I still said thank you. She stated "mhmm". I think they should try a different method to the Drive-up option. Perhaps, numbering the parking spots and putting that in when you let them know you're there so the poor employees aren't running up and down yelling out names in the parking lot. read more

What is happening to this store?! A friend and I went yesterday to pick up milk and a few other things and they were completely out of 2% milk. This Target is disgusting. When you first walk in there is always trash on the floor by the carts. The floors always have stuff spilled all over them and you can tell it's been there for a while. I frequent this target a lot since I live down the street. I came here tonight to return a tv and pick up another one instead. I already got my tv but my husband forgot to grab an item so we asked the lady at the customer service counter if she would park the tv while we grab something. She said ok. Here comes the problem. I told my husband that since we already got our pick up order, they probably won't check us out at the customer service counter so I was standing in line (or so I thought). This lady with blonde hair came out of nowhere and said "the line is back there." With a STANK attitude. I looked back and said, "that line over there is for this line?" She said "again, the line is back there." B WORD. Don't talk to me like that ! Your rude ass could've been a lot nicer and maybe said "excuse me, we only have one line for all open lanes and it starts back there." Don't be NASTY! To hell with you and that line! CLEAN THE STORE!!!!!! At the beginning of the pandemic, the carts were clean and the card machines and belts were cleaned periodically. Now, the store is back to it's dirty, looks like no one does store sweeps, situation! The card machine was so nasty looking that I didn't want to use it! There's napkins, cups, and other gross stuff on the shelves and floor! This location gives me anxiety going to because it's so dirty!!!!! Please clean it! It wouldn't be hard to have one of many staff members to do a cleaning! I hope you guys are reading the recent reviews because it's a shame how dirty Target is! The toy needs a lot of TLC also! Ridiculously long lines and only 2 lanes open. There is nothing in the store. Store look dirt and grimy

Only came here once, today on fateful Black Friday ... However, this Target was less crowded than other ones nearby malls, so I was able to obtain all the gifts I wanted- DVDs, Blu-ray DVDs, as well as a crockpot/pressure cooker. I understand it's the holidays however to have only one operational register in electronics is not acceptable. The young men that helped me were knowledgable and so helpful. They told me to wait right here to ring up and I waited and waited two people I. Front of me...the lady ringing up was replaced with a young lady. OMG this younger employee was the rudest young lady I have ever encountered she told me to go wait behind a long line of people, after I had been waiting where I was told to wait. I tried to explain this to her and that I was not cutting in front of anyone those people appeared after I was already waiting for the two ladies in front of me...the employee whose name I couldn't see waved me away and yelled out next...I was embarrassed and incredibly angry at this service...I would expect this at Walmart not Target...but trust me I will not return to this target I prefer the Target in the Colonies...take your business to another Target! So I'm basically leaving a review for my second home... hi fam! I love this Target! I'm literally always here. I'm here now. Okay no I'm not I'm just kidding but I wish I was!! I come in with a list of like 3 produce items and I leave with 2 video games, a blow up pool, an entertainment center and a spice rack. The employees are soooo helpful! They always help me and don't make me feel like I'm annoying them with questions or asking them to check the back (which they ACTUALLY do!!) and they answered my 47 questions about the red card.... which I got!! 5% off, Starbucks, and that toaster I've been eyeing.. here I come!! read more

Again writing another disappointing review, sometimes I just feel like a company this big enough should care but they don't, another thing they don't care enough about is the employees, and customers. Just this past week 3 employees reported with covid and seems like every week. I understand that Target is jammed for the holiday. But having some manners wouldn't hurt the employees. They are rude and won't look at you when you speak to them. Just left one of the best stocked Targets in the IE. I love the spaciousness. They have a very wide selection of ethnic products in hair and skin care. An associate is easy to find and most of them are smiling but all of them are professional. Today I did note that the shoe section was in a state of disarray. This store is comparable to the Pasadena store on Colorado. I have noted that not all stores carry the same brands but I have been able to find what I came for and more. read more

After waiting 15 min. for the Return employee to return for an online order the line was getting long. I even asked a Security person if anyone was working. She said they were short staffed. Ummm, I counted 12 different employees in my 15 min. just waking by not asking if anyone needed help but had time to ask about each others day and lunch. You're not short staffed. Your manager doesn't have the right people in the place at the right time. I tried to return 2 backpacks that I didn't use with the tags attached. The girl said they were on clearance for $7.99, but still regular price in the app. I didn't think clearance went back to Reg. price. The chat option online was no help and don't bother wasting your time trying to call. No one answers. Oh well, I won't be back to Target. Their product selection is nothing special. They need new buyers and need to know who their customer is. Everything they sell you can buy on Amazon and Amazon has never disappointed on a return. Adios Target. read more

Target is known for being friendly and having great prices. The managent is always on top of their duties and they are always so helpful. I understand that it was 930pm and it was close to the end of her shift but she can not treat customers or people like that.
