Masks are deemed mandatory in Racine, Wi. As I entered the store on Durand today I first noticed the front 3 employees wearing the mask around their chin, REALLY!! I would like to think if guests? can not enter without one a person should have a reasonable clue that surely the employees would be in mask. This manager needs to find a new job. read more

Your typical Target experience, nice courteous staff, a nice quiet shopping experience if you go later in the day. Very clean and tidy store with a pretty fast checkout experience and with support for Apple Pay you can walk in and out with your bag of Milano cookies, and whatever other stuff you know you don't need, but have convinced yourself that you absolutely must have. read more

Very disappointed! On Target website they offer AARP members a 10% discount but if you go in store they DO NOT offer AARP 10% discount. With all the modern technology it should be offered BOTH ways! I might go elsewhere to shop from now on. read more

This particular target is great! their front end service is great. The store is generally very clean and the staff are efficient at the check out and service counter. They actively seek to respond to the customer complaints and needs. I've had them even use their own smart phones to help me find information about products i'm interested in. Sales and clearance racks are often a source of good finds. also, buying in bulk for the home and womens athletic clothes, socks and cotton clothing are usually a good deal, cute and better quality than similar choices at Walmart or other nearby box stores. read more

Staff are friendly and go above and beyond in helping you find what you went in for. If they happen to be out of stock they will assist you ordering it online and even look at nearby stores to see if those stores have the item in stock. Going even further, they'll phone those stores to ask to have the item put on hold for you, so when you get there, you can head straight to the service desk to pick up your item! With the addition of the curbside pickup, you don't even need to get out your car; they will bring your items to you in the parking lot. read more

Now I remember why we don't shop here very often. This store had a Sunday ad for the brand of toilet paper we prefer. We went to the store around 10:30am and they were already sold out. We went to the customer service desk and requested a rain check but were denied because stores in other communities had it in stock. Problem is that those stores are each 30-45 minutes away! Add up the time and mileage and they should give us the TP! They did tell us that more would be in by truck on Thursday. We asked if the sales lot could be set aside for us and again that is not Target's policy. Since we live on the opposite side of town this store is in, we just went to Walgreens and found a great deal. read more

Bought a TV from there. Wasn't told it was a floor model. When I got home with it and opened the box, it was missing everything but the TV. I think retailers are failing consumers. No matter if you spend 5 dollars or 5000 dollars, you should get an item 100% correct. Far too many times they have failed to meet my expectations. read more

always a good time. these negative reviews from boomers are ruining target's reputation. sure, this is one of the older stores in the area. there's a much newer target 20 minutes away in kenosha and a nice one about 30 minutes away in oak creek. but if you're in racine, and you need some of that sweet sweet fulfillment of walking around a store to look at a ton of stuff you'd never buy but enjoy thinking of buying, this place is for you. target doesn't judge us. why should we judge target? read more

Love shopping here. Prices have gotten higher-as well as other stores, but I think they have a nicer selection through out the whole store. They used to have great clearance prices, now, not so much. Still like that they have pantry items-at pretty good prices. read more

I usually like Target stores but this one seems to be going downhill of late. It's appeared neglected and dirty and it was really bad today. I was there on a Wed afternoon, not after a big sale or weekend, yet a lot of shelves were empty or had misplaced products that were not being returned to their places. Other areas looked more like rummage sales - the shoe department had shoes and boxes thrown all over the floor. It was hard to walk through it. The outdoor/seasonal area was almost empty and no one seemed to be working there. You'd think they'd want to take advantage of the week of nice weather to tempt people into buying outside stuff but apparently not. Worst was the "Valentine Sale" aisle. It looked like garbage. Open candy boxes, all types of items just thrown together, cards all over. And at the endcap were "70% off roses". Very dead, very rotten roses. Obviously they had been there for a long time. Doesn't anyone check this sort of thing? Isn't anyone cleaning the store anymore? Sure looks that way. It's turning into... Well, you-know-what mart. read more
