I'm so disappointed to say that the store was so dirty. Trash on the floor, no carts available because they were all outside.

You have to show your receipt when you leave the store ,, wth this isn't Costco or sams club defiantly not coming back .. THE GOOD: At this store in particular, I had not had enough pleasant experiences to make comment or review about. Until now. MELINI (pronounced like "Melanie"), in the electronics department, was very patient and helpful. Initially, she had passed me asking if I needed any help with anything. With my declining, she passed so quickly that I thought her offer was not genuine. Boy was I wrong. Once I needed help, I approached MELINI to see what she could do. And, boy, she did a lot, in my book. She listened carefully and closely to my situation and issue with what I had encountered with another Target location. She tried to think of a solution to my problem, and even called the other Target location to see what they might further do with a fellow employee of the company calling, and the sound of a woman's voice. Well, nothing was accomplished with the call, but effort on her part to help me blew me away. She was intent on reasonably trying to get my problem solved.. And for that, I had to comment and review about her and the store here on YELP* TO THE MANAGEMENT: You guys were wise in hiring MELINI. She is an example of a good employee. She made efforts to make sure I was satisfied, even though it was not her nor her store location that caused the issue I was facing. If possible, I would encourage you to have MELINI engage more customers throughout the store, and not just confine her to the electronics department. I think if she was asked to, she might want to be helpful in more areas of the store. Just make sure not to place her behind some desk, or have her presence out on the sales floor less visible. She can prove to be very valuable and helpful to your store. read more

Target in Pico Rivera has a lot of outs. In soda, makeup and different ares have not been pull forward and straighten. The ordering of merchandise does not keep up with demand. I know Walmart has closed for repairs but this is no excuse for poor ordering in the departments. Please do a better job. Target is my neighborhood store. I want to continue to shop there. read more

I am rarely in the area, but had a baby shower gift to purchase and a few minutes to kill. I went to the kiosks to look up the registry and all 3 were out of order. Looked around for help, all employees avoided eye contact. I had to interrupt a cashier to call a manager for me. Manager could not fix the kiosk or was to busy to put paper in. I had to wing it on the gift. Glad the target in my area had better service. read more

Honestly one of the best Targets I've been to recently. Clean, organized and the employees were very friendly greeting you as you walked in and during the shopping ( and this was during the whole Christmas season). Easy to walk around with a heavy cart or a light one. Will drive the extra mile just to come to this location. read more

Horrible customer service. Went in to try and return a couple of items after a jog and only took my bank card. Never had any problems off my bank card but Regina refused to do the return without my ID. After insisting she asked someone else and went ahead and did it. The staff at this location has changed. RUDE people along with a trashy store. I try not to shop here and try to take my business to the Los Angeles stores where they are cleaner and more organized. So I ordered the Sanrio animal crossing cards for my sister with autism who just got out of the hospital and for my other autistic sister at home so i ordered 2 this morning. when I came to pick it up the girl at customer services was trying to tell me that I could only get 1 even though I had already ordered and payed for 2 packs of them. They claimed that the "policy" that they just made up on the spot and couldn't show me said i could only get 1 even if I ordered and payed for 2. I talked to the manager and told him that it was completely unacceptable. Him and the women at customer services tried to rip me off of one just because they didn't order enough cards. Be better you just lost a customer and i will never be coming back this is the second run in I've had with this target and if you read this please please do no go here. The manager himself was beyond rude to me in every way. Like technology this Target has surpassed my ability to keep up. I feel lost with the constant changes and upgrades, but you can't deny the prices and quality. Never fails, the old adage...."I go for 3 things and walk out with 3 carts". Always friendly. Lines can take forever, but it's not their fault. They're always busy...and usually have plenty registers open to help. Self check out helps too...and as far as stores go...OH SO CLEAN!!! read more

we are in dire need for a laptop for my kids to use for their online class. we had to look thru online and find a location and found target pico rivera. target is making false advertisements! in the appnit says if you order for pick up, utem will be ready within 4 hrs!!!! within 4 hours! not estimated time but they say ready within 4 hrs...so when we couldnt wait for the email, we called them and they say 4 hrs...so we told ourselves thats ok...we can wait so we went there and ended up arguing with the manager tammie and the security vanessa who are both rude and the rest of the staff who gang up on me just because i was arguing that the app says within 4 hours!!!!! we ended up leaving the store at 7pm with no laptop with so much disappoinment!!!!!! from manager to the staff they were rude and they ganged up on me!!!!! they were sarcastic and rude!!!! they did not want to here my reason but they justified why the laptop that i already paid online is not yet available.. payment has already been taken out of my account and yet the manager could not give consideration when the item is at the store already!!!!! i do not know if they could have done differently i dont know maybe overide the system for this case because we had to travel just to get that laptop in this partivuliar location!!!! but no, they were not sorry instead they ganged up on me! coming ro me one by one asking me whats the problem...so this people ganged on me just like that! i hope that you will find time to correct the false advertisement that you giys are putting in your website...in times like this, you should be able to set the right expectations for your customers! otherwise do not give a time frame you cannot commit! i am very disappointed with your policy regarding this and also so disappointed with your manager tammie and the security named vanessa.. i hope you dont hire people like them. they just asked me to stand there and ganged up on me! i wish you can give me a number where i can complain read more

I will occasionally drive to this Target simply because it has less traffic than the Targets closer to home. The best time to visit is at night because you can get in and out easily. Sometimes it literally feels like a ghost town. I like being able to go in find everything quickly and not having to wait in long lines at the front lanes. There are always a lot of employees visible and willing to help if you ask for something and the cashiers always greet me. read more

I love target. Come here at least twice a week. Everything is in place, aisles are nice and tidy. Items are always stock. No hassle returns, they can even search with your debit card transactions. I suggest to sign up for the target debit card. Walk in for groot end up checking to see, if they have Qui-Gon-Jinn pop funko overall the worker that assisted me was so kind and helpful to even check. Believe her name was Anahi really appreciated that she went to check stock, but not once, but twice even went to check the back to make sure. Even, if they were sold out really appreciated she went thru all that trouble just to check. I usually love target but this target has the worse service imaginable, the employees are rude and not helpful at all. Of course any/everyone knows how difficult it can be to locate and find these items, luckily we were rescued from the hassle and search from a very knowledgeable employee by the name of Brian. He not only was patient but concerned with my Mothers budget and really put forth a great effort to make our shopping experience go smoothly and at the same time be accommodating to other customers while helping us. Its very far in-between these days to get great customers service, but this Target seemed to have it. For the most part Target is usually very dependable and my experiences with various locations have been pleasant. This store however has been hit or miss.. I recently bought a set of wahl clippers to cut my hair. When I got home and opened the box, the Clippers were disgusting.
