They couldn't get them to us. They wouldn't even let us pick up the five used pillows that were on the floor model since we had been waiting and dealing with empty promises. They offered to have us exchange some of the pieces of our set just to get the pillows which they probably would have tried to give us pieces of lesser quality and that would have required me to lose another day waiting for them to deliver. Mind you that my original day of delivery they didn't show because "their truck broke down"! What customer service! Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. They are both equipped to move in the usual fashion of a hospital bed. We spent over $5,000.00 on these beds only to find out that they are junk !
