This target has a nice selection but who wants to wait in line for 30 -45 minutes . Why are there no cashiers here ?!?? Another poorly ran store !!. It has to be 20 People in line for cashiers to come out .

Being the best Target in Philly is like making the best vegan cheesesteak, it's good but what are you really comparing it to? There is still no furniture at this location and they seem to have trouble keeping inventory in stock. The building itself is huge. They could stick twice as many SKUs as they appear to. The highlight are definitely the grocery section and the clothing sections, which were both large but very picked through. I came here to buy a gym bag and bike helmet and found neither. I was also looking to but their famous Favorite Day low call, high protein Cookie Dough ice cream but they were completely out. It was a disppointing trip but this Target definitely has potential. They have plenty fo parking and a fairly accessible location (by car). If you are in Philly and NEED to go to Target, this is the one to hit. I have been to every location in town and I will try to go here whenever possible. I would tell you to stop by, but it's a Target. You'll come..

This marks the fourth Target within reach of the Center City area, and it's the biggest Target yet of those four. If you can't make it to a "regular-sized" Target store (like South Philly or Cherry Hill), this will be about as close as you'll get in terms of the breadth of stock available. Most typical Target departments are here, but you won't find as much variety in the sporting goods & technology areas. For example, you shouldn't come here looking for bikes (there are none at all) or Nintendo Switch consoles (although it did have a few PS4 consoles available during my visit, along with a couple of Nintendo 3DS units). And as is the case with these near-Center City Target stores, prices are a little higher than you'll find at a "regular-sized" Target Store - many items carry prices that are about a dollar or so higher here. But as we have all learned - you do pay for convenience; and I can knock a ratings star off for it. This is a beautiful new Target that will be great for its intended area (which was a rather desolate wasteland in the Northern Liberties section) - it will be interesting to see how it might help residential/commercial development over time.

10 stars! We were…read moresearching for a custom wooden dining table base for our stone tabletop (purchased elsewhere), and Paul and the Philadelphia Table Company were simply a pleasure to work with. We had a very specific idea of a design we wanted, and they executed! We showed them a photograph of a base found at a big-box store, and Paul and the team recreated it for us. I'll be honest - I ask a LOT of questions, and struggle with not controlling every aspect of the process. Every email and DM that I sent over (which, were multiple, I assure you) were promptly and thoroughly answered, with the upmost professionalism and enthusiasm. For stain colors, I was having trouble visualizing the stains in our space, and the team mailed over physical samples for us to look at. They continued to update us during the build process, showed us mock-up photos, and even worked with us to change the design slightly, at my request. The obvious best/most important factor is that the table base was everything we hoped for. The piece is stunning, sturdy, and perfect - it's very clear the team takes pride in their craft. Delivery was a breeze, and was super fast and efficient. My only regret is that we don't have a need for anymore furniture right now! Would absolutely recommend Philadelphia Table Company to anyone looking for beautiful furniture, made to last! *Note: We never stepped foot in their show room, nor met with Paul or his team in person, due to Covid19. Despite that, I felt extremely taken care of, and valued as a customer throughout the process.

We are thrilled with our new table and already have future design ideas for more work. If you're looking for any custom furniture, you have to work with Paul and his team!

The older couple who own this store are quiet and friendly but give you the time to browse around without hovering. They were open to answering any questions I might have had also. I contemplated if I had a space for some things in my house if any. Lots caught my eye, and I could appreciate the character throughout the store. I zoned in on this dainty, cool glass wall planter and decided to pick it up comparing it to another- both similar the same shape but different painted designs. I imagined the wall space for it and decided it would be perfect for a rooting Pothos plant! It was small enough to carry on the plane also. If I fancied anything else, I would have found a way to get it back to California. I l later discovered it's a blown glass piece by Jason Probstein. I'm delighted to discover there are galleries with his artwork here in California also! If you're wandering around the Old City area of Philadelphia, this is a gem of a store to browse. You might find something you like! There's so much character in here!
