This is the worst target I've been to in Georgia. The store is small and doesn't have a lot of options in comparison to other stores. Customer service is cold & borderline juvenile when it comes to professionalism, like I'm bothering their co-worker hang out time by being there and God forbid I raise a question. Just not a good energy to be in. It's close to where I stay right now and I ONLY come in dire emergencies, otherwise I'll happily take the extra 15 min drive to Dunwoody or even Buckhead. The poor experiences here isn't worth it otherwise. read more

Oh Tar-jay. Why oh why do you have the baby pampers located on the opposite side of the store instead of the baby section? I got so frustrated last night while shopping for newborn gifts. There were boxes of pampers for larger sized kids on a shelf within the area. I thought surely this cannot be the only size pampers they carry. I mean this is Target "expect more pay less". After finally flagging down a worker who had the most pleasant attitude and smile that washed away my frustration, I located the pampers. He actually walked over to them and helped me find the preemies that I was searching for. Kudos to the senior gentleman with glasses and the huge smile. This has always been my go to store for my natural hair products. I love a good bogo sale and they have them quite often. read more

I am not impressed by this target. It is a VERY frustrating store and the associates who work there really don't seem to like their job nor have great customer service. I've been going to this Target for a month now and most of the associates seem like they are in la la land. I do love the fact that this Target is convenient to get to from where I live.....If it wasn't for that then I probably wouldn't return back to this store. read more

Since the Super Target on Venture Drive closed we make use of the store, I really miss the old gang from the Duluth Venture Drive store. This store is a little out of my way so we don't go as often as we did to our old store. Staff is nice and the store is clean and well stocked. read more

The lady with long nails and cross earrings was very rude to my mother. Called her mamacita, instead of mam, made her run down aisles to complete a simple transaction and did not hand the bags or receipts to her hand. She treated the lady next to us with more respect, addressing her as mam and actually checking her out much faster and politely. This lady should be fired or moved to the back where she doesn't have to talk to customers. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a Target. I shop here often since I work just around the corner. I came right after work to get a few pieces of furniture. First I couldn't find ANYONE around to ask for assistance, I even walked to electronics-still no one in sight. I finally walked over to the customer counter and asked if they could send someone to the furniture department and was told sure. I waited in the area for almost 20 minutes and no one ever showed. I will no longer come here for my shopping. I'll save it for the stores near my house. UNBELIEVABLE. read more

They promoted a $15 gift card if I spent $50 on certain cleaning categories, which I did, but they wouldn't give me the gift card. This is the second time this has happened. I tried chatting on their website, and that was worthless. I talked to a customer service rep, and that was also worthless. Do NOT fall for their scams of gift cards for exceeding spending limits on certain products. They apparently put a ton of restrictions on it and you'll never get your gift card. It's a rip off. DON'T TRUST TARGET. Shop at Walmart instead. read more

Not a good target. I've been frustrated every time I've visited. On my last visit they had a confusing sale going where you are supposed to get a $5 gift card for purchasing 2 "selected" products from a list of brands. After standing around with my wife trying to figure out which products would qualify us for the discount, I called a target employee over. He couldn't figure out what we were asking but eventually assured us the two products we picked out would qualify. When we got to the front of the store and had unloaded our cart, we had to reload it and move to another lane because the person in front of us was "getting 5% off" (I.e. being upsold on a target card and filling out paperwork) - annoying. Finally - after all that, we were told that the products we "selected" did not qualify us for the $5 off. And she couldn't explain why. The only response to the fact that we had already talked to someone was "who told you that?". Frustrated, we didn't buy any of the products and left the store. Won't be going back. read more

I mean it's a Target and it remains in this location which is good. Noticed though that the shoe department is unorganized and the stock of this store is really bad, but the check out is fast. I would almost think Kmart does better at stock than this Target which is bad. Step up the game guys, and if you can organize this store and stock it up better I will give it a full 5 stars. read more

I didn't like anything. I really feel like was racially profiled while visiting the location in Norcross, GA. I tried to return headphones that I picked up from the location three days prior. The intial "team member" that was helping me was wonderful. Very helpful. She told me that the receipt didn't match the product which I explained to her why that may be. She called her supervisor(Tim), who completely took his time coming out, to help out. From the moment he came out to help me he was completely unprofessional and rude. Didn't greet me at all. The first thing that came out of his mouth was " do you have your receipt". After I explained to him the problem then he blamed me. What kind of customer service is that?? His team members gave me the wrong headphones. But he had no empathy and sympathy at all. He constititenly insintuated that I was a thief. Again no way to talk to a customer. Which at some point stop being about me trying to return the product and get better ones that I liked but instead not being profiled and called a thief especially when his teammates made the mistake. He was not helpful at all. If he doesn't like his job, maybe he needs to invest in getting a new one. Then at the end of it, he called the cops on me. I have no record, I have never stolen a thing in my life but for this man to imply that and to do it over and over again was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

Shopped at Peachtree Corners Target today and received the worst customer service from the store manager. A huge sign posting $25 off $100 of toys was posted above legos. Took our $120 worth of toys, legos to check out only to be told that legos are excluded. I brought this sign to the manager's attention, she could not careless. I think her attitude of not caring about the customers was what made the experience so bad. Customers beware, look at the fine print especially when it is placed by the items that you are purchasing. It may not apply. Horrible management, customer service center online is equally bad. read more

This target is a hot mess. The store is soemtimes clean, sometimes not. The sections are jumbled differently then other stores, but the worst part is that they always one 1 line open and no other associates ever hop on a register to help. It's starting to turn into a Walmart. read more

Horrible customer service! I came here with my husband to exchange a product that had gone bad which should not have happened. Instead of an apology the front manager had a smirk on his face and made the experience very stressful by saying the exchange would leave me with an extra fee. This doesn't make sense because I wasn't exchanging for a different item that cost more. It was an exact same item with the same bar codes. After trying for the third time and asking if there were any promotion that came with the purchase ($5 gift card) which it did. But really is that important.... It's like he wanted me to pay Target back that $5 gift card that was rightfully given to me. When I started to become impatient with this SO CALLED FRONT MANAGER, he finally asked do you have the receipt for this purchase. (Wtf, he should have asked from the beginning before making me swipe the red card three times!!! what an Id***!) After scanning the receipt the exchange was complete in one second. He really must be a fake front manager. I hate giving bad reviews, but this location deserve s it with a manager like that. I didn't notice much difference in Target stores until I started shopping at the Norcross one. The Customer Service people were always polite and helpful, but the cashiers I've endured at this one are a different story. I made the mistake of trying to use coupons in this one. The cashier was nasty about it, called the cashier supervisor. She was nasty beyond belief. She called an impromptu meeting of the cashiers to tell them why she didn't like coupons. I told her to give my coupons back, I wasn't there to provide her idiotic training. I go to the one in Duluth now. It's a longer drive, but they're pleasant in there at least and don't hassle about coupons just because they personally don't approve of any of them. read more

She offered me the Target card and explained me the benefits of the card. My husband and I visited this store to purchase a few things and get a coffee from Starbucks. The Starbucks staff is always nice and give good customer service, on the other hand the other sales associates are horrible. My husband and I decided to browse the store and to purchase a few things that we needed. When it was time to check out we went to the check out lanes and there were two lanes open with no cashiers present. We waited a few minutes in hopes that someone would come and check us out. We went to the service desk to pay and then out came the cashiers who were supposed to check us out in the regular lanes. My husband proceeded to ask one of the cashiers if she was ready to check us out and she gave him a bad attitude, rolled her eyes, and proceeded to ignore us and help the next customer on line after we were standing there for over 10 mins waiting. We got frustrated and asked to speak with the manager. We spoke with the manager about the cashiers poor customer service and proceeded to put the things back that we no longer wanted to purchase. We left the store and walked over to the publix as we walked back to our car the target had called the police on us and they were pointing their fingers at us. We went to our car and 2 police cars surrounded us and ran our license plate number. It was appalling, we will never shop at this Target again!! read more

Target has lost my business forever. I purchased an Xbox One from this location on 12/11/2014. The boxing looked a little worn, but I was anxious to play and didn't think it was a big deal. Upon starting my Xbox I entered the Destiny game I had just bought an noticed the Xbox was having trouble taking the disk. With a little push the disk went in, however the Xbox could not read the game. I tried 3 more times, same thing. I also tried a few DVDs and the Xbox would not take, read or return the disks cleanly. Ok, broken unit, i'll go back to Target and exchange it. When i tried to return it, it turns out the serial number on the box/receipt does not match the serial of the unit and no return can be processed. I believe this unit was returned once before, due to the questionable boxing and unmatching serial numbers and the employees at this store did not catch it the first time. Now i have to pay the price and figure out how to repair this device or return it to Microsoft. I have a steady job, make good money and have no reason to try and "cheat" target. As i said, all of my business and my wife's business will no longer go to target. That is thousands of dollars over many decades that you will now never get, over a $350 Xbox. read more
