I had just bought some beats studio pros in the electronics department and go and shop around a little bit. i find four more items i need and go to the self checkout. come to find out my items qualify for a $5 gift card. ok fine, so i scan it and it needs a team member to put some security label on it. so i wait for 5 minutes for one to come over. finally a woman comes up, grabs the label and scans it, and as she's doing it she's muttering something about "f my life." young woman, short hair, glasses at 3:30 3/29/26. throws the gift card on the scanning platform, doesn't say a damn thing to me and zooms away as fast she can. i would have been perfectly happy to give up the stupid gift card as long as i didn't have to wait and put up with this bs. read more

Went to Target in Oxford Ala to pick up my Stanley Wicked Quencher online order and to also see if they had some other Wicked Stanley's I wasn't able to order online so I go to the area where the cups are and look and check them for defects I had about 6 or 7 cups in my cart I then go to the front to see about my pick up order as I am standing an employee approached me and asked me if I needed any help I told her no that I was picking up an order there was only 3 employees besides her at the front the woman getting my order one employee at self checkout and another employee that came to the customer service desk as I am standing there she proceeds to ask about all the cups I have in my buggy and I told her I was checking the cups for defects and I was purchasing some of them and I was going to check my pick up order cups to see if they had defects well she starts acting like I am shoplifting even got on the walkie talkie about the cups I had in buggy I asked her was there a manager there she said she was the manager and I said you act like I am shoplifting she proceeds to tell me she isn't bothering me that she is having a meeting with the employees but then she walks away I told her before she left I buy cups there all the time and I have a right to check the cups. I shop there a lot and I felt like she was targeting me for some reason as if I was going to steal those cups I will be reporting her to corporate and I don't think I will shop in that target ever again you don't treat customers like that I was inside the store and at customer service not trying to run out of the store to steal something. Oh and that meeting I guess that never happened. And I have a right to look at stuff before I purchase it. read more

I was able to get in and out quickly just in time to make my bus. The staff were very helpful, store was clean and check out process occurred smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of ethnic products available. Nice to know that this store honors diversity. I highly recommend this store. read more

I'm typically all about Target. They have just about everything you could possibly need. This location, isn't really as well kept as most of the other ones I've been in. I don't typically note on bathroom cleanliness, but this one wasn't kept up to the normal store standards, nor was it really up to my standards. They really need to spend a little time on cleaning and making sure these are kept up. The store itself just kind of feels blah ... again, in this case, they are their own worst enemy. We spent plenty of time shopping here, but middle of the day aisles blocked so they can stock stuff and it just kind of had a dingy feel. Prices are on par with any other Target I've been in so that was a plus. If I was in the area I might run in quick if I know what I'm after, but probably wouldn't go as far as to go here to go shopping again. read more

Horrible store ever time I come to store, electric carts are always dead or die during first 3 minutes in store, rediclous

SO: first off, I want to give the person that answered my phone call the benefit of the doubt, that they were very busy-and perhaps my phone call was impeding their time with in-store customers. HOWEVER- this does not excuse what she did. I called around 2:15pm to the women's clothing department choking back tears, bc I was looking for a dress that my one of my closest friends who days before she took her life said ,"I'd want to be buried in that dress!". I live in GA, her funeral is Saturday(on her birthday) and I have been calling every Target to try to find it. It's a clearance dress so I'm not having much luck. I tried to give the target clothing department lady the Sku# for the dress, but she just kept asking me what it looked like, and put me on hold. Finally, she came back and with a rude tone asked for the sku# then told me there were none. Then...the crying started. I stopped it after a few seconds. I tried to explain why I cared so much about a stupid dress. This is how that exchange went: I said, "I'm sorry I sound so upset over a stupid dress, it's for a funeral....". I heard "OK BYE". I don't care if she was busy. I don't care WTF was going on in the background, unless she was in the middle of being fired. I worked in retail for years. You don't hang up on ANYBODY while why're thanking you for your help, and trying to explain that they're sorry for sobbing a little bc your BEST FRIEND IS DEAD! Hey Target in Oxford, or anywhere for that matter- Empathy matters. It's also necessary for good service. Unbelievable. read more

I love shopping at target! The Starbucks coffee is better here than at the drive-thru! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are always cheerful and eager to help. The store is neat and organized. The family restroom is always clean. read more

I love shopping at Target. Everyone that works there is so friendly & the bathrooms are always clean and smell so nice. I also love using my Red Card and the Cartwheel App. It really saves me some money. There are a lot of things there that I can only buy at Target. Just always have a great time shopping there. read more

This was the nastiest Target store I've ever been to in my life. The bathrooms had disgusting black stains all over the entire floor. The bathroom trash can was overflowing, and there was no tp in the stalls. The only handicap stall was broken, etc. It was a mess. When I looked at the maintenance schedule on the door, it said it had been done three to four hours ago.....right. I attempted to speak with an employee at the customer service desk about it, and Miss Lisa only wanted to argue and say it was nasty because it had been done three hours ago. Three hours doesn't create those kinds of stains, or all the tp being empty. ANYWAY, there were several disgruntled employees walking through the store complaining about their lives and their jobs loud enough for customers to hear. The aisles were a mess. There was trash all over the floor. The area near Starbucks had litter and a huge mess all over the carpet, and at the exit. It was nasty. I hold Target to a higher standard than Walmart, but sadly this one was worse than going to Walmart. Such a shame. read more

I met the nicest lady working the cashier station a few days before Christmas Eve. She told me that the holidays have been busy a the store, and tempers were a little bit on the short side. I felt bad for her and gave her a Starbucks gift card good for one drink. I figured i"d make her day since she was stuck working on a holiday so that I could shop while I was on vacation. Hopefully it made her day. This target is still not as crazy as Walmart. I prefer go here even after 4 years. read more

My wife and I are avid target shoppers. But today we needed to return an expensive item that we were unhappy with. Although the staff was helpful - the "reasoning" behind why I am STUCK with the item and CANNOT get a refund or even a in-store credit is very frustrating. The loss of trust in that I cannot return my item is worth questioning where I make my purchases. read more

Living a few miles away from Target I decided to try out their pharmacy. They are hands down the BEST. You are always greeted with a friendly smile. Rarely do I have to wait because I use auto refill and they are an extremely efficient team. When it's busy I've seen the pharmacist come to a register. The staff cares about their customers. When I saw their rating I felt the need to share. The store is clean. The staff are friendly. Great asset to our community. read more

The customer service at this Target is horrible, the Store manager "Daryl" is the most incompetent manager I have ever talked with, Susie who claims to be some type of manger is also lost, I can not see how these people were ever given a job at a higher level than cashier. I will not shop at this store again and further more any Target due to the lack of care of their customers. When asked to speak with a distract manager by phone, they gave me a 1-800 number to call which is to the HQ office and I know my issue will never be handled properly. I will however visit this store and call everyday until the distract manager is in, so that I can speak with him personally. read more
