I had only ever heard "Burlington Coat Factory", so that's what I thought it was. But it's basically like a lower quality T.J. Maxx. The day I went, it was extremely crowded and the racks were jam-packed with clothes, but the quality and styles were not that great. It's definitely one of those places where you might find something, but it'll be a scavenger hunt to get there. I left from there and immediately went to T.J. Maxx just a few stores down and there was a noticeable improvement in the store, atmosphere, and quality. I don't know that I'll be back to Burlington.

I'm really not a fan in general of the brand and what they have to offer. This location, however, is really nice. Tons of space and inventory and some really good prices, which if you aren't familiar is kind of a staple for Old Navy. Staff were helpful and processed an exchange my wife had (from an online order). The process was simple and didn't take much time. Another plus, the fitting rooms were open. So many places have closed these down with all of the COVID stuff going on, but you are able to try clothes on before you purchase at this location. All in all, if I was in the area I'd come back and see what they had. Worth stopping in and checking out if you're near by.
