I had only ever heard "Burlington Coat Factory", so that's what I thought it was. But it's basically like a lower quality T.J. Maxx. The day I went, it was extremely crowded and the racks were jam-packed with clothes, but the quality and styles were not that great. It's definitely one of those places where you might find something, but it'll be a scavenger hunt to get there. I left from there and immediately went to T.J. Maxx just a few stores down and there was a noticeable improvement in the store, atmosphere, and quality. I don't know that I'll be back to Burlington.

Way above and beyond on the customer service, and even though we were disappointed that the computer inventory system let us astray, the employees deserve props for the wonderful customer service they provided to us. If we were in the area we would for sure stop at this location to shop in the future and would recommend it to others. On 2 occasions told Isaiah that the old bed had a headboard and footboard. Was charged $159 for break down and haul out. When the delivery crew arrived, Was told they only removed beds with a standard collapsible frame. Had to pay them cash to break my old bed down. Feel like I was lied to by Isaiah just to make a sale. Store manager blew me off when I called to lodge a compaint complaint.
