I can look past that we settled on two pieces and had no choice but to have them ordered and they keep nothing in stock. After they get your money is the problem I have. After everything was paid in cash for o was told 30-45 business days. So we waited about 28 business days in I called to find out the status. Was told they still didn't know and I asked for a call back when they new something. Was told they simply don't have the time to call everyone and update them on when to expect their furniture. Never asked for weekly updates just a one time. 53 business days later I finally called them back and like magic my furniture was their and they guessed they could deliver it a few days later. One piece came in with a staple hanging out and a small tear. Was told it was no problem they would get it fixed. Had to call them the next day as I had heard from no one. Took 3 times calling to finally make them put down the excuses and get an answer. Supposedly some furniture repair company will be calling and some point to fix it one day. Because they choose not to Keep stock of any furniture they list everything as special order this nothing is returnable. This business is nothing but crooks. They will be nice as can be to get the sale. Once your hard earned money is in their hands they disappear. There is no service after the sale with them. It may be a minor problem to them but I saved for awhile to afford new furniture and did not buy floor samples. I expect my furniture to have no flaws.
