It's definitely a newer vibe and cleaner than most of the other location so I will give it that, but they should've been playing some light music in the background and had a little better system to the store. There was a smaller selection than usual, especially in the men's section. The women's section had a large variety of things, but it just felt a little claustrophobic. I bought one sponge holder and went to the checkout, which was relatively crowded for a Friday afternoon. The line was pretty long, but it went by quick, so I can't complain about that. I will definitely give it another world since the HomeGoods in Wintergarden village is chaos. My sponge holder was well worth the $4 and the person who checked me out was quick and kind.

With the huge amount of tourists in the area it is hard to find times when it is quiet.

I like that the store is well lit, eye catching displays battle for my attention. The displays are color coordinated from purses, backpacks and wallets. Pretty trinkets are in the center, earrings, bracelets, necklaces & cuffs. There is a small clearance section in the bank with further mark downs. A small area is dedicated for apparel, eye wear and phone cases. The cashiers are friendly and detailed, when I asked for a gift receipt, she offered some tissue paper. I will return.

They have a wide variety of everything and they are worth shopping, especially if you're looking for a deal. They had a massive deal on some books. the one day I was there and I walked out with a basket full for three dollars. They have regular vinyl sales and that really helps out with keeping my crafting costs down. I try to get standard colors when they are on sale so I have stock. They get really good low prices on seasonal / holiday items right before the holiday happens and just after it ends. Get some storage and same 'em for the next year! It is rare that you will fond an employee on the floor willing to help you find an item. They seem to be focused in on stocking over customer service. If you need assistance it can become a hassle. All of the employees are pleasant...just busy. The store is always clean and organized. New merchandise seems to come in a couple of time a week. I noticed that over the years that this location doesn't seem to get as many of the popular name brand purses that they used to. It used to be a gold mine of great finds in the $150 range. Now there is an abundance of average name brand items made in fake leather or the new term vegan leather. The shoe department is a hit or miss. The good shoes and average sizes go fast. Their prices are good.

This is specifically for the Marshals side of this joint Marshals/Homegoods location…read more Not a huge Marshals customer. I prefer TJ Maxx but we don't have one close to the area so marshals it is. It's attached to a Homegoods and they share a till. As a result the like to check out is always egregious. I normality do a quick run through after a Homegood shop and only if I'm already purchasing something because again the line to checkout is intense. I rarely find anything. Also worth noting, on this most recent visit, a woman (with a child) decided to just not bother going to the fitting room to try on a shirt & instead opted to instead strip down to her bra in front of a mirror and try the shirt on there. Right in front of that child, me and everyone else. Truly wild, inappropriate and gross behavior. So I very much doubt in will vis the marshals side of this store again and will possibly drive to a different Homegoods in the future. I don't really went to be around people who think that thatMs normal and even remotely acceptable behavior.

If you're in love with them. Now for their customer service, I think that is one area they are lacking in. No one really seems to want to go out of their way to help a customer. This isn't our usual location (we're usually at the Clermont one), but we love the area. It's definitely a bit busier because of where it's located, but that's usually a sign they've got great stock -- and today proved it! We came in looking for some bathroom items for our son and a few seasonal pieces to decorate for fall and Christmas, and left feeling like we'd practically robbed the place (in the best way). The clearance sections were amazing -- especially for kids' clothes -- and between the Kohl's Card and Kohl's Cash, the savings were huge. This store is always clean, organized, and has friendly staff even when it's busy. Kohl's continues to be one of our go-to spots, and this visit reminded us why.
