At each clinic I was happy with either the doctor, the support staff, or eye glass selection but never all of those things until my appointment with Savage Family Eye Clinic. Easy to make an online appointment! Dr. King spent as much time as I needed talking to me about my vision and answering all my questions. She was amazing! Wendy helped me pick out glasses as I never can find any I like. With her help I had over 5 that I really liked! She was so patient and great at giving advise and suggestions! When it came to deciding on features for my glasses she gave me honest opinions and suggestions not the most expensive. I really felt she was working to get me what I needed and not trying to sell the most expensive products! She spent time figuring out the most cost effective options that worked with my insurance without compromising the quality I needed. She ran numbers various ways to give me clear options. I left this office feeling great and excited! I am happy to say I finally found an eye clinic that offers top service by the doctor, support staff, eye glass selection, and my eye glass cost was less than I paid at the last clinic for glasses I really like! I like that his office has the some of the latest equipment to preform in eye exams without have to get my eyes dilated. And since its all digital he shares the resulting images and does a great job explaining the anatomy of they eye. His office staff is great to work with. They're very helpful with rescheduling appointments if needed, working with insurance and helping to select frames. I'm 100% satisfied with my experience at EYE 35 and highly recommend them.

He used old lenses that he pulled from a case to check vision, but had new equipment to check for eye pressure too - the best of both worlds. More than anything else, he was friendly and genuinely concerned about my vision and me as a patient and I was saddened when he retired. The past several years I've opted for the corporate giants for exams, but this year I decided to look for a real private practice and found one right down the street! I'm adding all of this because I was so surprised by how much Dr Tyler reminded me of that optometrist! Dr. Tyler did a great job with his exam and he spent a chunk of time with me. His effort to answer questions and explain what he found in the exam was way over and above what I've gotten used to the past years - like I said: Superb!!
