My appointment was scheduled over two months in advance. When they called a few days prior, I verified everything necessary before I attended the appointment, to ensure I wouldn't waste my valuable time. Nevertheless, I took an Uber to my appointment, which caused issue in locating it, as the company name isn't apparent outside. So walking up and downstairs to locate it, after the car dropped me at the wrong address in the first place, I found them. I cannot speak on whether these comments reflect any management awareness, but as a patient, it made the environment extremely uncomfortable to hear what I understood and perceived as carelessly ignorant. Living in California for a long time, these were not words I expected to hear and very inappropriate for the workplace let alone a "professional" clinic. The rest of my experience here has been great; amazing doctors and aides who have persistently helped me through my slough of issues, which makes this all the more unfortunate. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage a refresher of basic empathy, inclusiveness, and client-sided professionalism.
