We're only human. I would have been fine paying whatever extra if they were respectful to me about it. What I am unsatisfied about was the behavior of the 2 women who were at the front desk. They basically acted like I came in with the sole intent to commit fraud. They were very curt, dismissive and downright disrespectful. They both had this 'I don't care, this is not my problem' type attitude. The first woman who took my info said nothing although she was the one who signed me in for my appointment and basically let the second woman take over. I ended up paying for something I didn't come in for AND had a generous serving of attitude. Nice. Don't waste your time coming here. It's like dealing with pubescent teenagers.

The technician was very courteous and professional, and even tho I've had MRI's in the past and know what to expect, they still made sure I was not only comfortable, but was informed of everything that was happening as it happened. Their yelp page (specifically for the Otsego location) has not been set up yet, but since I had a procedure at the Blaine location, I included my experience at the Otesego location here, When it came time for a needed spinal injection - they could not fit me in at the closer Otsego within the timeframe I requested, so they sent me to Blaine and got me in the literal next day. Another fantastic experience. Fast and easy check in, exceptional care pre-injection, And detailed explanations of what was happening during the procedure. Once again the Nurse was exceptionally courteous and professional, and alleviated all my fears of having a long sharp needle so close to my spinal cord. And, the Doctor was (aghast!) ON TIME! His skill had the injection done and over with in about 20 minutes, and the only thing I felt was the initial stab of the numbing needle. The dude had light hands ! YAY! I don't like my back being messed with, but if someone HAS to mess with it, I feel comfortable having the doctor and staff here messing with it.

Dec 7 around 11:00 am I experienced an unnecessary wait as the CVS employees ignored the few customers in line. The employees were really just ignoring the waiting customers for an unreasonable amount of time as they worked on other things. Considering that there were more CVS employees than customers, there was no need to keep the customers waiting for around 10 minutes. The Pharmacist who was waiting on a customer when I arrived, told me she'd be right with me. She then proceeded to walk away and do other things and never came back to the counter. Around 10 minutes later one of the employees finally came to the prescription pick up area and waited on me. Very irritating when the CVS employees behave as if their time is more valuable than their customers. Serving waiting customers should be a priority rather than working on items for future pick up.

Although I was not able to get help online to correct the problem, Mel got on the phone with Vzn and resolved the issue (after at least an hour with various departments). Working with her resulted in a huge savings - way beyond what I'd been offered with the online agents. I walked away with complete confidence that I was in good hands -- the right plan, the right phones and a commitment on her part to resolve any future problems. She is a great advocate -- knowledgeable and 100% on integrity. I went there because it was close to home; however, if I moved 100 miles away, I'd still go there - it was worth it.
