After my yearly appointment in February, I cannot stop singing their praises. I am only 48 so when my vision got suddenly blurry, in my right eye, I just assumed I needed a new prescription. Dr Justin was able to recognize that I was experiencing a possible retinol dislocation and he called the surgery center (whose apts are 2 months out) himself and got me an immediate appointment with them. His experience, possibly, saved my right eye. Also, I have never had a problem with receiving my measurements.

I have a picture of her walking around with no shoe and a recording of her screaming at me. Then when I asked them to send me my prescription THREE times they refused....then send me it after I told them ITS LAW they gave to send it to me, it was a prescription for readers!!!! How did my eyes go from +2.00 and +3.00 10 years ago to almost perfect how?! Then they sent me a bill saying I owed more because they didn't take my insurance and argued with me saying they never checked and blah blah. My issues are from the optical department.I've bought several glasses from here. Love their frames very nice. When it comes to the lenses , they are crappy. The last pair i bought inside of the lens, would shatter I had to go back multiple times to get new lenses. Very disgusting to me and to the employees. I'm sure they got tired of me. The ones that I bought last year i don't inspect my glasses every time I put them on my face.I just put them on. I noticed my vision was getting more and more foggy , so I finally looked at my glasses in the sun so I could see what was wrong. The coating of my lenses came off . They Were all scratched. My glasses are very well taken care of put in a case every night.I rinse them off before I clean them.Just to make sure the particles from the elements are off of my lenses , so they don't scratch. Plus I could see a waviness in my by focal so there was a defect in the lenses to begin with. Like, I said, I don't inspect my lenses.I expect them to be perfect when i buy them. My glasses are not cheap.I add things to them so they're even more expensive. I will never ever buy another pair of glasses at this establishment. The lensecraft makers they have are crap PERIOD. I bought my new glasses in a different optical business.. I give this establishment 0 stars because of the lens crafters not the employees..
