Primero empezare por decir que era un cliente fiel de oakley ,siempre he optado por sus sun glasses…read more,pero espero este review habra los ojos a muchos ,hace 1 año y medio compre umos sunglasses y una patica se rompio por donde dsta la marca, yo hice el reclamo solo del frame ,que en su pagine expecifica que la farantia del feaim son 2 años.cuando pude comunixarme con costumer servicds via mesg ,cada 24 a 48 h ,me dijeron que la garantia no lo cubria,pero me descontaban en unos feaime para remplazarlo ,al costo de 200,los sunglassds costaron 217, es robarle al cliente mas aun cliente que a comprado mas de 20 pares de sunglasses .al revisar en la tienda donde los compre ,quiero presten atencion los mismos fuero emsamblados en china ,el sriker lo dice claro,por lo tanto al comprar unos dspejuelos de ellos chequeen ,donde lo fabricaron. Con la mala atencion al cliente y poco respaldo a la garantia. Creo que seri mejor optiin optar por otra marca.s

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering replacement lenses from Oakley's…read morewebsite. I placed an order on Father's Day (Sunday) and accidentally selected the wrong lens color. I realized the mistake immediately and tried to cancel or modify the order right away, but there was no way to do that through the website. Turns out, the only way to cancel or make changes is to contact support, but unfortunately, support only works during business hours, so I couldn't reach anyone on Sunday. I submitted a help ticket and emailed support immediately, asking them to cancel the order. To my surprise, they told me it was too late to cancel or modify the order, even though the product won't be delivered for about 7 more days. How is it possible that you can't even make changes to an order that was just placed less than 24 hours ago and hasn't shipped yet? Now I'm stuck having to wait for the delivery, pay for shipping, and go through the hassle of a return and refund. This was especially frustrating because it happened on a holiday, and there was no customer service coverage at all. This process is not customer-friendly at all. Oakley, please improve your order management system to allow customers to cancel or edit their orders shortly after placing them -- especially for orders that clearly haven't shipped yet.
