I recently got vision insurance and the Juliet Blvd location was the top listed provider on my insurance. My husband went for an eye exam there was told under no uncertain terms that they did not take our insurance which would have been a $10 copay and he paid approx $100. We went back a week or so later to pick out glasses only to be told from the woman helping us again that they absolutely did not take our insurance. We tried to reason with her and explain our insurance told us to go there but she wouldn't hear of it. We left with no glasses. I called back a day later and the woman then on the phone was rude said they were busy, I should be quieter, and that she really couldn't help me anyway because she gets off work soon (it was 10am!) but I could call tomorrow and ask for a manager. I confirmed with my insurance again that they take it. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness in this optical store are out of this world. No one offered to take the phone number to call and check if we had coverage, nothing. Just rudeness. They could learn something from the staff at the North Naples Location. It's time as consumers we start standing up for the way we are treated by employees of retailers and restaurants everywhere.

I took them into the store and was told they were delaminating and V O was able to get me a new pair at n/c. In 6 months the new lenses started delaminating. I called V O and asked them to call the company that made them, Essilor, to see if they would replace the faulty product and was told that Essilor would not replace the faulty lenses. V. O. said that the company had had issues with some lamination combinations. BUYER BEWARE of lenses made by Essilor . i'M OUT $1,000 AND NO GLASSES.

It couldn't be, so the clerk said they would find another frame for my glasses and would contact me within a week. I waited 10 days, I called them, they said they were sorry for not contacting me. I went to the location the next day, they found only 2 frames they thought would work. One for $89, one for $109. I chose one of the frames, and then the Dr said the lenses wouldn't fit. They couldn't find 1 frame out of 500? Never ever will I go back there.
