Tucked behind some other shops right off Detroit Rd, the office is very inviting. A large, chic waiting room with a ton of glasses to look at. My appointment with Dr. Bader was effortless and painless. We discussed my needs, I recited some letters and I was off. Being a majority contact wearer I was in dire need of some new ones. They gave me a great price and they arrived within a week or so. Overall it's just a friendly, relaxed, professional environment in an easily accessible location. And if you can't find it that first time, they are more then willing to give you extra directions!

It's very clean and organized and they make good use of the space they have. Dr. Good is very personable and thorough with his exams and his staff is super friendly and accommodating! They have a vast variety of glasses frames on display, so you shouldn't have a problem finding something you like. They do offer a nice selection of Oakley frames if you want to be fancy. Prescription sunglasses are available as well. Their website is great! You can check your account statements and prescriptions, and schedule appointments too. You can also order your contacts through the website and it lists all the prices so you can comparison shop if you wish. You can setup email and text appointment reminders which I find very helpful. They were confident their Zeiss lab -- in Kentucky or Germany -- could handle it, and they were absolutely right. I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I've ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect. I'm over the moon with my new glasses. Outstanding service, expertise, and results. I was previously a patient of Dr. Pham's until I moved out of town. I am back in town this weekend…read moreand accidentally left my bag containing my daily contact lenses at home. I called Dr. Pham's office to see if they would either give me a sample size of lenses or allow me to purchase a small order of my lenses. The receptionist said that with a copy of my current prescription, they could help me out. When I called to confirm they had received the Rx from my current doctor, I was told Dr. Pham was refusing to do anything for me because I wasn't planning to order a full supply of lenses directly from their office. I then went in to pick up the prescription they were faxed so I could take it down the street to another office who was willing to be more than helpful, and they told me the prescription was on his computer and he wasn't in the office. Coincidence? For a local, "family" practice, I would expect kinder and more understanding service. I literally needed 2 pairs of daily lenses and you know there are a million samples they were given for free in the back office. If you're looking for a doctor who won't waste his time helping others and is planning to hold your prescription hostage, this is definitely the doctor for you.
