I was unimpressed with other furniture retailers in the area....either too high priced or quality wasnt there.. Got a GREAT Outstanding deal on some great floor sample models! Went back yesterday and purchased a temperpedic matress. Just got the furniture delivered today...they were amazingly fast, on time and very competent! Because they have the same items, similar prices, same warranty and same delivery. Also beware their receipts say final sale and refunds!!! Delivery wasn't good. They don't give you a window of the time to be expected. The driver really does call you 15 minutes out. Unfortunately my delivery was at 7pm. The quality of the bed set isn't what it use to be. But it's looks nice. I doubt it lasts until my little one moves out. Idk if I'd shop here again. To save money yes. At least I know what to expect.

I wasn't even thinking about Ashley but THANK GOD my niece went over there to look for her own couch. The pieces at Ashley are in style, comfortable, and sturdy. If you are in the market to furnish your home then you MUST stop here. They have pieces that look similar to RH for a fraction of the price. Plus the staff is great. I know there seems to be some complaints on this site but that was not my experience at all. plus anyone complaining about furniture delivery during Covid needs to realize that ALL of the stores were backed up due to our borders being closed. I ordered a bedroom set sold to me by some Middle Easterb lady named Amina (I think). They gave me a delivery date and told I would get a call to confirm delievry. I was told my room had to be empty. I dismantled all my current furniture the day before delivery as instructed. I noticed mp one had called to confirm, no email, no text. On the day of I called customer service and was told they did not have have furniture in stock and it would be delivered a week later. No one called and told me that. I called the store sales rep and she scrambled back and forth with calls to other people and excuses. She then texted a meesage where their delivery team LIED and accused me of not confirming delivery 2 days before. THEY NEVER REACHED OUT!! They did not text, not did they follow up with a call. They are liars. When I called to cancel my order, custoner service offered an inadequte discount for my inconvenience. I told them I did not appreciate being told to empty my room where I had nothing to sleep on for two day, and then lied about my not confirming delivery which was contrary to what I was told about not having the items in stock to begin with by another CS rep. I told them to kiss my ass and would never shop there again.
