    I went to purchase a bedroom set, and I'm doing so I made the decision because of CoVid that I would take what they had available so that I wouldn't have to wait long. Well now I've been waiting and getting the run around for over 2 months. They keep telling me all my items are there and available, setting up delivery dates and them backtracking and saying it's no longer available. I called in to say I was coming to get a refund and was told by my salesperson Bill (William) that they didn't have a manager to process my refund that I paid in CASH. I being in management myself know that it has to always be a manager on duty. I will never shop here again.

    Still dealing with your mistakes Ashley. Why is it that I'm stuck with this frame that has parts of a king size and California king size frame. How are you still running a business with a bunch of scammers.

    I still give them a negative 10! Since this review, as you can see, they sent their automated message saying they want to help. Well guess what!? I'm still waiting for that "help" / resolution! I've attached just a few pictures of how much I have tried to get a resolution with zero help, response, or calls from upper management!

    I live on the south side of the city and checked out a few furniture stores that were HIDEOUS. All of the pieces had the design aesthetic of 2005 and they were insanely expensive to top it off. I wasn't crazy about ordering a couch off of the internet because I really wanted to see how it felt to sit on. I wasn't even thinking about Ashley but THANK GOD my niece went over there to look for her own couch. The pieces at Ashley are in style, comfortable, and sturdy. If you are in the market to furnish your home then you MUST stop here. They have pieces that look similar to RH for a fraction of the price. Plus the staff is great. I know there seems to be some complaints on this site but that was not my experience at all. plus anyone complaining about furniture delivery during Covid needs to realize that ALL of the stores were backed up due to our borders being closed. It happened to me with an outdoor couch I ordered from West Elm. The stores had NO control over furniture coming into the country.

    Hey fellow Yelpers! I've been to this Target location many times and it's a pretty good location…read morewith friendly staff, good inventory, & good clearance (it's hit or miss). Customer Service: The staff are usually friendly and welcoming. The return/exchange area is located on the left side of the store, so if you need to do returns/exchanges or pick up online orders, I recommend parking on the left side of the store. The right side of the store has the food & makeup section. The left side of the store has the sports, electronics, & Bulleye's Playground ($1+ section). Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the front of the store. Every time I've gone to this Target, the bathroom is always clean and smells like lemon. I'm not sure how frequent they clean the bathrooms, but I love it. Merchandise: This Target location has good inventory. There's almost a clearance section in every section of the store. The clearance section has a yellow sign that says "Clearance" so you can't miss them. The clearance is hit or miss. I've found some good clothing on clearance for the most part. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a good shopping experience at Target. The staff are usually friendly, good inventory, & great deals every so often. I went in on a Wednesday/Thursday to look for furniture for my new apartment. It's Christmas time, and I have a Christmas party coming up, so getting my couch and bed delivered on time was extremely important. I specifically asked for items that were in stock and guaranteed delivery before my event. While in the store, I found a sectional and a bed frame I liked. I was told both items were in stock and would be delivered the following Tuesday, December 9th. That timeline worked perfectly. On Sunday around 2:30 PM, the salesman called me to say the opposite--the couch was NOT in stock and wouldn't be available for 4-6 weeks. I was shocked because I was directly told it was in stock when I made the purchase. He offered me the same couch in charcoal gray, but my decor is black, so that doesn't work for me. He said he would "see what he could do" and call me back. He never did. I had to call the store myself. When customer service called me, the story changed again. Now they said they had no date at all for the black couch--no timeline, no estimate--nothing. But they kept pushing the gray couch as the only option. I explained again that I have a Christmas party and needed the furniture this month, which is why I bought items listed as in stock. I asked: * If I take the gray couch, I want a discount since I'd have to change my whole decor * OR sell me the black floor model at a discounted price She said she'd have the manager call me. The manager never called. So I went to the store the next day as soon as they opened. I asked the manager why I was sold items not actually in stock, because had they been honest, I could have taken my money elsewhere. Instead, they caused delays and stress right before the holidays. The manager again offered me the gray couch and said the best he could do was a $75 credit. $75? What exactly am I buying in your store with that? And why would I ever return after how I've been treated? Then, after all of this, the manager called the warehouse and came back to say: They don't have the gray couch either. So they lied when I bought the couch, lied on the phone Sunday at 5 PM, and lied again that morning when I walked into the store. Every time I was told something was "in stock," it turned out to be false. This is unacceptable. It's misleading, unprofessional, and feels intentionally fraudulent--telling customers items are available just to secure a sale, then changing the story afterward. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

It's similar to stores like Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, etc., but they have deals that no other store can beat. They have a $29.99 yearly membership where you can get access to even more discounts. Faves/Go-Tos: I usually come to Harbor Freight for their $0.99 bags & batteries. The $0.99 reusable bag is 19 gallons and is very similar to iconic IKEA one, so save yourself to trip to IKEA if you're looking to get big reusable bags. I usually use the big reusable bags when doing laundry or grocery shopping. Customer Service: The staff are usually friendly. In my most recent visit, I was greeted when I walked through the door which was nice. Merchandise: This Harbor Freight location has some decent inventory. Most times when me & my boyfriend come, almost every visit, he buys something for his job. Bathroom: The bathrooms are located towards the far right corner of the store. The bathroom is usually clean at least all the times I've gone. Overall Experience: Overall, I have a good shopping experience at Harbor Freight at the Burbank location. I bought a case 13 days ago to be exact and they had a coupon come out a few days ago so what did I do go into the store to try to save some money but when I went up to do a return and then buy back with coupon even though the cashier knew she could do it the "manager" Martha tells her no we don't do that. Because she can't articulate her reasoning ahe says my manager said we can't. Awesome to put someone like that in charge of people. No wonder the store looks and feels a mess.
