I just had the most worst experience at this store. They accused me of stealing! I felt my race was a huge factor today. I forgot to scan 3 items in my cart which were all under $15.00. I was not able to see 2 of the items as they were at the end of the cart and I had two large cases of water. When security addressed the matter I said oops I didn't not see them. I will go back and pay. I still had 88.00 dollars in my gift card that I got for my birthday. The secret shopper this y'all white redneck, yup! He sure was acting like a total prick and being super aggressive. I explained to him the situation NOPE! I'm a Thief. He even said you don't even look like you live around here. Why cause I'm Latino? You've never seen Mexicans in Norwalk lol I'm confused. Point is, i do self check out multiple times. I've seen many forget to scan an item here and there. I was behind a white lady once that forgot to scan a 100 dollar LEGO, you wanna know what security did? Hmmm nothing! They told her you forgot to scan it, she immediately said she didn't want it. Yeah right! She jut didn't want to pay. I let him know I totally did not see them and wanted to pay for them as I needed the items for my upcoming trip, NOPE I got treated like shit by the security that was there tonight and that prick white dude. I love down the street from this target and I am a loyal costumed that should not have been treated this way over an honest mistake. I have never been accused of such a thing. This behavior is totally unacceptable. Not to mention I was with my child. If I was stealing why didn't they check my bag? Pat me down or call the cops. This was a total lack of training, unprofessionalism, racist young white dude thinking he's a cop. I am also getting my lawyer involved and writing target corporate a letter. I have never been convicted of a crime. Nor ever been in this type of situation. The two employees would not give me their name. Which they are required to do so. read more

This target is by far the most disrespectful rude target, there's has been plenty of times more then I can count when people walk out and Steele more then 200$ of items. The door monster jay thinks he is a under cover police officer with his tall dorky looking secret shopper buttbuddy humiliated a young mom & daughter for walking out with pampers oranges a watermelon & a book for the lil girl, the lines were way too long, & again there's been plenty of times where I've witness thugs walking out with very expensive items & he's so busy texting that he doesn't even care to notice. Hopefully the steroid body builder door monitor got a raise or a metal for that, sometimes a mother has to do what she has to do to provide, it's not like she wasssnt waiting in line long enough to pay where it just became ridiculous to wait that long, target is way over priced & just as ghetto as wal mart. I'm sure it's way above your pay grade to be harassing and stalking young ladies with their children trying to make a quick stop at target! Watch out for the door monitor & his secret lover shopper following young woman & stalking them! When there's thugs, bums, tweekers and everything else walking out freely with carts full of items when they're walking in barefoot! Watch out for jay read more

Nicest looking Target entrance ever. ________________________ Top 3's: - Huge parking lot - Clean and organized - Helpful staff Low 3's: - Nothing standout beyond basics - Low energy - Busy during peak hours Overall: 4.3 Ambiance: 4.4| Service: 4.3 | Value: 4.2 ________________________ This Target has one of the nicest looking entrances I've seen in Norwalk. The parking lot is massive, with plenty of dedicated pickup spots near the front. You'll see the red canopy for curbside service. When you walk inside, you're immediately hit with a refreshing blast of AC, Target's signature touch. I love it. Returns and exchanges are right past the entrance to the left. Starbucks and the snack court are to the right, right past checkout. A unique touch here is the optical section, something that I haven't seen at other Target locations. The store is well-kept and organized here. Staff are pretty helpful without the attitude you sometimes get elsewhere. Solid and safe spot for essentials. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at the Target Clinic with Nurse Dalia Hernandez. I arrived for my 6:00 PM appointment a few minutes early--at 5:57--and let her know I was there. Her response was, "Well, your appointment is at 6, so you have to wait 3 minutes," in a tone that was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn't asking to be seen early--just to be acknowledged respectfully. What really bothered me, though, was how she treated an elderly man who seemed confused and unfamiliar with the check-in process. Instead of being patient or helpful, she was cold and short with him, which was hard to watch. It made the whole environment feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. This kind of attitude has no place in a healthcare setting. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures patients are treated with basic kindness and respect. read more

From March 13, 2021 morning shopping hours..Thanks to the employee Luz, who was working the aisles and was so kind to help one other shopper and myself. For my case, I couldn't find a toy, she looked it up and went to the back to grab it. I appreciate her helpfulness , she was the sweetest. THANKS again Luz! Also had a great help from Elsa, she approached me as I was waiting for the cashier behind a customer and asked if I would prefer going to self check where there was no wait. She helped me get my items over the the first self check out . It wad such a grear and positive trip to my local target. Thank you so much read more

I just had quick stop at Target in Norwalk and had a mostly positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful when approached. However, I encountered some challenges with long checkout lines, which caused a bit of a delay. Despite this, the overall shopping experience was pleasant, and I appreciate the wide variety of products available at Target. I would give it a solid four-star rating. read more

It's been 10 months since I was racially profiled at this particular target location and was offered a $20 gift card even after the district supervisor reviewed the video and agreed with me that I was racially profiled and still nothing has happened nor have they reached back out to me which makes me believe Target condones being Racially Profiled as a Black Man. If you are a African American person stay away from these Targets they don't like our kind here!!!! read more

Lazy ass employees at this store. Apparently the management FAILS at their jobs too, they need to either hire more people, or FIRE the lazy morons working there since nobody picks up the phones. Trying to call to check stock on an item, EVERY extension just rings and rings. Does this store not have any employees answering the damn phones??! read more
