I came here today with a list of items to get. Sadly a lot of the items were out of stock. It was hard to find an employee to ask questions but once I did they were nice and helpful. The cashier was friendly but for the store not being that busy the lines were on the longer side. The bathrooms were dirty so I decided not to use them. This is my local target and I hope inventory gets better and the store and bathrooms can be cleaner. read more

This target, man. Convenience is no substitute for proper packaging. THREE times, now, I bought something with a piece missing! First, a $99 super blu-ray player which was significantly marked down came without an HDMI cord. Instead of going back and complaining, I just got one at a Wal-Mart. Secondly! I bought a blender for my mother the very same day. She opened it the next week and some round rubber band aspect was nowhere to be found. A bust! Finally, today I go to charge a laptop I recently bought and the HP laptop came with a DELL charger. I know, why put myself through this again. Welp, prime day was slowly approaching and my OS chrome no longer cut it. Best Buy didn't have what I needed so here I am again. Very perturbed. Grr read more

Today I was with my family when an aggressive homeless man entered the store and proceeded to grunt and scare people away... The curious person i am (not to mention to secure mine and my family's safety) I kept an eye on him and naturally looked over my shoulder the entire trip out of safety concerns. Seeing him a few times he had hand fulls of stuff, then upon check out - he ran into my child and waked out. I found clerk and she was VERY rude when I asked why she is letting him just walk out without paying - She "assured me the security team was on it" so i left after paying and followed him from a distance only to find NO ONE was going to stop him (by now he's at the end of the parking lot) I wanted to let a manager know since at this point none of us felt comfortable, So I walked back in and informed the girl that was initially rude to me that no one was stopping him - she literally Rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Then a manager came over to me, aggravated. The manager basically told me this is protocol and they don't stop aggressive homeless from entering the store. If you have families and shop at target THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO TAKE THEM! I will no long shop at ANY target after this experience. read more

Super dirty Target! They invite the homeless in and let them take whatever they want and hang out in the electronics dept. and listen to music. The employees won't do anything about it and it doesn't look like this store has any security or loss prevention, at least none that are brave enough to confront transients. Also, there's the usual gypsy family with the accordion and depressed looking children out front to greet you as you walk in. Sometimes an old lady with a baby in a shopping cart, shady high school kids selling candy bars for $10/bar claiming that it's for "school". Anyway, go to the Topanga mall Target- it's a little better. read more

I came to get a fitbit for work and I gotta say, these guys back here in electronics are fantastic. This is what great customer service is all about. Kudos to them and they should run the whole store. I love coming to Target. The big red circle around that little red ball makes me feel so happy. And when the kid is in front playing the street organ to the boompa boompa polka music in front, well, I gotta stop and throw a few dollars and some change in his case. We all have shopped at a Target,but I want to share this you all with my experience.I was shopping with my roommate who has a 14 months little girl,who I'm the Godfather too.A precious little girl.She was looking for size 4 in dippers,Hello.The last time I looked for dippers,was when my Son 23 years ago.Anyways a employee saw I was lost and came over to me and asked me if she could help.I said yes.She then called the back room an another employee brought out the size I needed.This is service. I commend both of these too employees for doing this for me. Training never stops in the retail Industry.First and foremost,don't take things personal.I know sometimes customers can be mean and rued,just don't take things personal.Great Job. I when today at this Target in Northridge and my daughter and me were so surprise we saw two lady's with a little boy too they stole a full Shopping car plus the boy has a big toy I think it was a water gun holden by his hand!!! They pretend made line in self checkout like one minute they from us. And after that left the line walked around the cashier straight to exit I can't believe that happened and the employee they don't said nothing!!!!! read more

This is not a COVID safe facility. They have ONE door for ENTRANCE and EXIT with NO divider at all whatsoever. How do you block the other door for the Exit and make everyone go in and out in one area??? YOU HAVE ANOTHER DOOR FOR EXITING!!! Who thought of this??? I really would love to sit down and talk to someone at target and explain to me the logic of this practice....They are keeping NO ONE safe with this high traffic cluster f$&@ area. It makes me sad that this Target is the closest one to my house but also my least favorite of all the Target locations near me. They always seemed to be under stocked no matter which day of the week I go. The advertised prices don't always show up on the register and then I feel the need to argue with the cashier to get the price I was expecting. They have carts all over the place throughout the store and all over the parking lot. They have an employee at the front to make sure everyone comes in with a mask but they do not enforce keeping it on while others are shopping. I saw multiple people taking their masks on and off. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff is also always a hit a mess. Sometimes they are kind, but today specifically I asked three different employees for help and they were unable to give me the correct answer on a product or send me in the direction of someone who could. I will probably drive two miles down next time to the other location as it is always a lot cleaner. read more

I go to this Target more out of convenience due to location than anything else. Other Targets are nicer looking, have better parking, more of a selection etc etc. However, this place gets the job done. My biggest gripe is they take too long to open new registers when it gets busy and when they do open new registers, they have a tendency to take people from the BACK of long lines. Uhhhh, no. Fairness suggests you should take the people deeper in lines that have been waiting for several minutes, not the people who just got in line. C'mon man. This is common sense. read more

Don't depend on getting groceries that you need here. I was going to do delivery and just pay a tip, but I was passing Target anyway and ahead of time saw that they had what I needed. I came to Target this morning August 17,2019 about 11 AM after my experience at Walmart Porter Ranch , Ca about 20 minutes before. Manny the manager of the store could not have been nicer. He bent over backwards to help me and went beyond anyone I have ever dealt with in any major retailer. I needed a certain item and he remembered he had one in the back and went back himself to see and sure as can be he found it and gave it to me at a great price. Today I was assisted by Sebastian in customer service. He was beyond helpful. I had my 3 toddlers with me and I had several returns. (They we're on different receipts, some with gift receipts, others on the target app, etc) He processed everything so quickly and he was very patient. Often, I feel overwhelmed doing these things especially with children, but people like him really make a difference. read more

I called for a pick-up order to be placed at this location. There was a little bit of a mix up/misunderstanding but the manager who was here 11/8 around 8pm took such great care of us. She is attentive, helpful, and resolved the issue right away. After a long hard day wandering around targets looking for this out of stock item, she finally helped us find what we were looking for and secured the item at a nearby target. I think this is my least favorite Target between the three nearby. The parking lot is good, but the other drivers seem to be extra aggressive and disoriented here. The other pedestrians also tend to be only focused on themselves and stand in doorways. This store also seems smaller than the others. The staff, however, was extremely friendly. read more

I just ran into Luis today at 9:42am and as I approached the aisle he instantly acknowledged me and greeted me with a hello and good morning. I was looking for a sparkling water and he went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I really felt at ease with him and his customer service was great. I appreciate all of the help and I hope that more employees would give the effort that he does. He was stocking drinks and still helped us out. He definitely represents Target well. Worst customer service, About 2 weeks ago I came here with my husband and he asked about the Ps5 at electronics and Dante, was very rude and his response to my husband's question was "We'll have them when Sony makes more!" So rude! I went back today and the same person Dante, tried helping me out, he was getting Nintendo switch for my son and a Stuffed animal which he got for me, but I had to get other things, when I finally came back to pay, another worker was hugging the stuffed animal, and to top it off she was coughing and sneezing . The café in here has the worst service..... When we got here. There was no one in line.... Ruth, the employee was not busy and she didn't seem happy and want to serve us.... Tried to order popcorn and she says it will take ten minutes... So we wait... As soon as the 2 boys who are her co workers come.... Her face movies up and She eagerly serves them and chats it up while we wait... Instead of starting the popcorn... She continues to chat it up with the boys.... Still hasn't started the popcorn.... Now there's a line.... After taking everyone's order and serving them.... Then she starts to make the popcorn... Another customer comes and orders popcorn.... Then she gives them the popcorn first... Although I'm closer to other Target stores, I usually drive to this location because it has a better selection and I like the layout. There's plenty of parking and there is a Kohls next door. This is my go-to target because it is the closest to home but it is the messiest target I've ever been to. It's always unorganized, clothes all over the floor in the women's clothing department, bathrooms are gross/dirty or out of order, price check scanner not working and they never seem to have enough staff to cover the registers so the lines are ridiculous. I had to give atleast two stars because their staff is usually nice and another star because I do just love target! read more

I spent 45 minutes getting my stuff for my coming baby. I asked for assistance and Brandon helped me getting my crib and my mattress. He told me that it was only one crib left that I got. He said that he will place the crib and the mattress in the front. When i was ready to pay, to tell the cashier that i got the crib and mattress. GUESS WHAT? They gave the crib to someone else. Hahah! I love Target :) After moving to California, I was so surprised to see two-story targets and having their own parking structures! Except this one, I was a bit disappointed because it looks like every other one in Washington. But Target is Target, everything is easy to find and the people are nice. Check-out was a bit strange though... I used my credit card, I swiped... and I saw the sign here screen for 1/2 second and it disappeared and the cashier just gave me a receipt right away O_O what?! This target is pretty decent. It isn't my first choice, but it's not my last. Pretty well stocked and neat. The sales racks are a nightmare though. I know that has nothing to do with Target and the people working there as much as it does the crappy people who shop their not caring that they're making someones job harder. They still have a selection of bathing suits (surprisingly) and a nice mixture of fall / winter clothing. I really like they're jeans, they fit true to size and do not lose their shape easily. My favorite part about this target is the fresh flowers they have for sale right when you walk in. It really brightens up the place. read more

There's never anyone that can help me when I need it. You would think it's easy to find someone in a red shirt but it's not lol I come here often because it's close to my house. However, the people that hang out in the beauty aisles are helpful because they're always willing to help with questions regarding skin care.
