I am writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had at your store tonight. I am a regular Target customer and have always enjoyed shopping at this location, which makes what happened tonight particularly upsetting. When I arrived, there were no shopping baskets available except for the small handheld baskets. I took the last one, but it was stuck in the metal rack and would not come out. I wasn't sure what to do, so I asked an employee whether I should take the entire rack. He told me, "Yeah, why not?" Based on his response, I proceeded to shop with it, believing I had been given permission. When I reached the checkout and was about to pay, a female employee approached me in an extremely rude and confrontational manner, repeatedly telling me that I could not have the rack. I tried to explain that another employee had told me it was fine. Rather than speaking to me respectfully or attempting to clarify the situation, she continued addressing me in a hostile and unprofessional tone. I even offered to remove my items from the basket so the situation could be resolved, but she continued arguing. At that point, I decided to leave my entire purchase behind and take my business to CVS instead. I understand that employees have rules to follow, and I would have had absolutely no problem complying with any reasonable request. However, there is no excuse for speaking to a customer in such a disrespectful manner, particularly when the customer was simply following the instructions of another employee. I am a loyal customer, and I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this employee's behavior was completely unacceptable and turned what should have been an ordinary shopping trip into an unpleasant experience. I would appreciate it if management would look into this incident and address the employee's conduct. I hope Target takes customer service seriously and ensures that customers are treated respectfully, even when there is a misunderstanding. Thank you for your attention to this matter. read more

The reason I gave this location at five it's because of the head manager of the Store Tahoy (I hope I spelled it correctly) If it wasn't for her I just would've left the store quite upset and crying. I do shop there quite often and I've never experienced bad customer service. When I checked out in the self check out line I felt there was an error on my receipt and if she could do a price check. she was quite abrupt and said "well you'll just have to go to customer service" . I had already paid she took my receipt and said you'll have to take your items and go to customer service. So she became manipulative and rude to say the least i've never had an employee do this I was shocked . When I asked for a manager she sent a girl over her looed like a friend of hers who told her that's ok so I left my stuff and went to look for the item in the store to check the price at that point I had tears in my eyes from the treatment she had given me. I saw this woman and asked her if she would be able to help me with a price check and then I told her what happened. And she told me I actually got the right person because she was the head of the store manager I was so happy I found her. She was so kind and nice and she helped me with everything. Tahoy Made it right and refunded me for what was supposed to be refunded. To be truthful it wasn't the amount of money it was about the treatment where the employee was so rude and nasty. Tahoy made it right she is such a valuable employee. The reason I would go back is because of her and her customer service! She is a valuable employee I hope she will be acknowledged for her great customer service read more

My last experience at Target warrants a 3-star rating. The service at this location was up to the high standards expected from Target, with helpful staff readily available to assist customers. Additionally, the selection of products available was satisfactory, offering a decent variety to choose from. Moreover, the value provided by Target remains great, with competitive prices and frequent promotions. However, one notable drawback was the slow checkout process. Despite the efficient service throughout the store, the checkout lines were often long, resulting in extended wait times. This detracted from the overall shopping experience, causing some frustration for me,who was eager to complete my purchase in a timely manner. In summary, while the service, selection, and value at Target were generally positive, the slow checkout process was a notable downside, resulting in a 3-star rating. Despite this drawback, Target remains a convenient and reliable destination for a wide range of shopping needs. read more

Since target online is so terrible, I'm going to post this 1 star review to every target store as they don't have away to review their online store. To begin with after waiting and being denied access to their live agent for about 5 minutes, the agent eventually introduced themselves and said thank you for your patience while i review your chat with our AI. 5 minutes later nothing. I reiterate my need for a certain size curtain that my office mate bought from them. I had already explained I was having trouble with their search and was requesting the shoe me a couple products that cover my size needs. The live agent send me another link and disconnects our chat. Boycott target! read more

why do the customer service clerks NEVER give you the benefit of the doubt when it comes to exchanges? does it come out of their pocket? do they make a commission when they piss off a customer? i had an item that my friend bought me off my baby registry for full value and they gave me a credit for the discounted price because the time i registered for it, it was on sale. however, the item was no longer on sale and my friend purchased it for the non-discounted price, yet they stood there and argued with me, ripping me off of the difference in price. i will make sure to delete my registry and never return to this particular store ever again. awful, awful customer service!! read more

I like target compared to the rest of deparment stores because they are clean, organized, have good deals, and theres always one close to me whenever I go. It is true that their staff is not the most helpful and they are always missing personnel at more than half of their cash registers, but their prices can seriously compete with any store out there. Target is always filled with super deal throughout the store and they have this red card which you get 5% discount for your entire bill. You can't beat that. This is the first place that I think of when I need to buy any kind of present. They also have great seasonal items on thier shelves. read more

That rotted gutted monster working self check out should be fired. She's there right now. I won't shop at this store ever again. If she wants to be that heartless the airlines are hiring. She'd be great at a regional outsourced clerk. I hope when her moms in as bad of health as my mother in laws she gets the same treatment. I hope whatever emergencies people throw at her, she gets met with that cold "you're lying and I could care less" attitude from everyone. I hope her own reflection vomits when she looks in the mirror. This region has the most soulless monsters I've yet to meet anywhere else in the world. read more

My closest Target and it's great. Always organized, great items and prices, clean carts and enough parking. The staff is polite and helpful when you ask for things and they never make me feel rushed, even though I tend to come right before closing time, which would irritate me if I worked in retail. No complaints, anyone talking about it being terrible has some dumb expectations - it's Target, not Nordstrom. read more

Wow I didn't know that the store remodeled! I went in to get a few fall sweaters and the whole women's department looks like shop in the mall! I love it! It really was a good selection I bought a Knox Rose beige cardigan and a pink sweater. Both were on sale for $15.99. Very happy read more

This is a great store in a great location. Customer service, while not the best, is not bad. Only thing I would improve is the cleanliness of the store. Other than that, pretty decent place to shop at. read more
