Let me just say that this is one of the nicest Target stores I've stepped foot in. I'm honestly surprised at the bad reviews. The store is modern and feels very upscale. I love the "department store" style. Plenty of lighting and it's very clean. I visited very late on a Friday so it wasn't busy at all. I was able to find what I was looking for and I would have been in and out had I not been wandering around amazed at everything I saw. I noticed a book section which I can't remember seeing at the location I frequent, but maybe I overlooked it. In that section several children's books geared toward POC were displayed - I loved that. 2020 Oct 05, 16:16: I have never visited this store but my experience is based on calling this store before entering. I often do that with new places to see what their customer service is like. This store , like most has a "call router ". Basically an automated attendant. When done right is is not a bad experience at all. When done wrong.... well it can be ugly. This store had a call route of 1:48 minutes before it even stopped talking to offer you a chance to make an option. Because I have done call routing for a living I listen and pay attention. This one hangs up before you reach customer service. It is a simple fix and better call plan would make customer experience way better. So I would not suggest calling Target if you want customer service. read more

I went in to have my glasses fixed for the nose plastic piece missing. only one person in the store. The lady took my glasses back, corrected them, cleaned them and handed them back in 2 minutes. Nice Store but selection is limited. Went today at lunch to pick up a Sunscreen product that according to their website they had. They did not have the particular product I was looking for but as a general observation, i was shocked about how little of this category they actually have and this includes the Sunscreen Section and the two end caps available Very limited selection but one the whole, store is well laid out, clean etc but they never seem to have what I am looking for. read more

What a bright experience. Fresh, clean, bright and cheery. I found everything I needed. Even better was the checkout experience. I was in a checkout line and a nice lady who was manning a remote checkout offered to check me out. If was all fast and easy. Only suggestion I have is put the name of the people on checkout lanes on the receipt. It is hard to remember names and if it was on the receipt I could have mentioned her by name. read more

Target literally has everything to offer. aisle by aisle there is something you didn't think you needed but now want. There are so many different unique items that you find that you can't possibly find anywhere else. They always have clearances on many items. Their clothing is so underrated. I love all of their men's styles, it's modern and flashy. Are you one of those shoppers that spend hours shopping? Well enjoy it with some Pizza Hut or some Starbucks coffee located inside Target! Yes, from time to time I need to get a picture or two printed; especially those 5x7 & larger prints. Luckily, because I'm almost always in Target, it's easy to use this photo lab. I LOVE that I'm able to upload the pictures from my computer (via Target.com) & bam!, they get printed at the lab. Generally, by the time I get there, they're ready for me to pick up. The quality is always great! The folks that work there are friendly. Thankfully they know how to do their jobs & operate the printing machines. :) read more

Target is still a pretty good store although it has kind of lost its cachet. And I hate the idea of having groceries and other goods running down the same conveyor. Still, it is a bright clean store which is half way department store and half way discounter. It is also a grocery store, pizza outlet, pharmacy and Starbucks. But the decline in retail has led to cutbacks in staff which makes it harder and harder to find help and leads to long lines at the counter. Luckily you can eat pizza or drink coffee while you wait. Or a rotisserie chicken but it would probably be quite messy! read more

I like the stuff at Target and it is always clean but... ...what the heck is up with the sales but you have scan it into your phone on the cartwheel app to get the discount...sooo extra. Like I gotta whip the phone out, scan the item, take my phone back out at the register for a $2 discount. I went to buy a rug and saved like $20 but had to do the whole dog and pony show just to get it. Also the customer service will not tell you any balance on the RED card. I walk in and say I would like to pay my balance and they do not have the "capability" to tell me my balance but they can add some stuff on there lickety split. This is a major company binded by tech and they can't give me my balance, that is some sort of bs. Anyway, nice clean store, just some of the listed above grinds my gears. read more

This is my go to store when I am in the area. The store is always clean and well stocked. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Before I shop I usually go on the app and make a list of what I need which is helpful, because it tells what aisle items are on. When I order pick up items from the store it is usually ready in an hour which is great. Highly recommend this store. They do have rewards account that if you type in your phone number when you check out you earn money to use in your next purchases. read more

I have had a great experience with their optical department Thanks to Lynn, Went to see if they could help me with a broken frame, Lynn tried but it could not be fixed then she searched ebay for me and found a replacement frame. The Mooresville Super Target is pretty much marketable fare game in the midwest meaning it carries the grocery store and all the other departments that I took for granted because "regular" targets or Greatland Targets just dont' have all this. I never have to go again as it wasn't bedazzling but confusing since I don't know the aisles like the other places I fancy BUTTTT all in all the staff includes some really sweet and helpful ladies. Also, the shopping center location is pretty much suburbia GREAAATTT. Michael's. Game Stop. Rue 21. Several fast casual places and so on. Self checkout can't scan cartwheel barcodes so you'll have to manually enter the numbers. But they treat everyone equally here and I do like that. Honey, it's a Target. The search for the Champion shirts continues... We found the larger sizes here and in the past we purchased most of the shirts at Target. With our crew- the shirts gets messed up so fast and need lots of them to change into. So far Target has what we needed. This Super Target was like empty on a Sunday afternoon. Walmart not too far away was packed. Maybe too many stores and stiff competition. What is it about Menswear? They are always placed in the back somewhere or on a lower level. We came to return a perfect condition toaster. When we arrived we had a receipt and the toaster. They then made us go back to our house about 20 miles away to get the box if we wished to return the toaster. He spent a very long time retrieving the box and coming back to target. When we returned a new lady was at the register and said we could no longer return it after approximately 20 minutes of getting a box just so that we could return our toaster. Before we went to get the toaster box and another woman gave us full clearance to return the toaster if we were able to retrieve the box. I am very disappointed with the service here and I am unhappy that we are uable to return the toaster read more

Customer service wouldn't work with me on a return. Received a PS3 game by accident yesterday and popped it in my ps4 not thinking about it. Well of course it wouldn't play so I took it back to exchange and pay the difference but they wouldn't exchange it because the PS4 game wasn't the exact game I brought back. I can not believe the unwillingness to work with a customer!! I frequent this Target and felt like today's outstanding service warranted a good review. I picked up a few groceries and personal items today. When I went to check out I noticed employees not letting the few lanes open back up and opening up additional check out lines. I have noticed employees standing in front of their lines before directing you to their lane but today they really seemed to be putting forth the teamwork. While I was checking out the manager came over to the help the cashier bag my groceries. There was a lady waiting behind me and another employee came over and offered to take her in their lane. My check out was as speedy an efficient as I have ever experienced. After checking out I stopped by Starbucks to purchase the Guatemala Antigua coffee I typically get. The barista told me about their new anniversary blend that had the Guatemala I get in it along with other robust flavors. I went and ahead and got a bag of it. We sampled it tonight and it was excellent. Couldn't have been more happy with my experience today at Target unless of course it was free, lol. read more

conveniently located about a ten minute drive from the house my family rented for the week on Lake Norman, this was where we did our grocery shopping for the week upon arrival in town. They have pretty much anything you could want (except metal shish kabob skewers which my mother is still complaining about five days later- oh the joy of family vacations lol) and if they don't have groceries you need, Harris Teeter is two minutes down the road. As in every other state (seemingly) except PA, you can buy both wine and beer here. They have a ton of fresh veggies, a VERY minimal fresh fruit selection, and some fresh meat, including these Asian marinated skirt steak skewers that were quite yummy on the grill back at the house. All in all targets are generally the same everywhere but it's always a reliable, familiar choice for shopping on vacation. read more

Good variety of household items in various price points. Quality kiddie clothes (though, like most places, more for girls than boys). Can get great deals on kid clothes on sale. Seasonal sections are always well priced. Nice deli, sandwich trays are well priced and really nicely prepared, always go over well at parties. People esp. love the turkey/brie sandwiches and the rotisserie chicken salad. We do most of our grocery and household shopping here. Great selection of toys and gifts. Bargrain cards that I stock up for the gazillion family birthdays we celebrate. Larger book selection than WalMart but movie selection seems a bit smaller. Knowledgable sales team in electionics. I love that a number of managers are always on the floor and watching for gridlock up front. Three people in line? Open a new lane. They also always point out where the lines are shortest and they will also get behind the counter and ring you out. Returns are easier than anywhere else. The only reason I didn't give five stars is b/c the produce section is not that good. It is getting better, but on that, WalMart and Lowe's Foods have them beat. read more

I started ordering online only because I live in Salisbury and didn't want to drive to Concord and I got a 15$ gift card from my job at NGK Ceramics. I tried to order 24$ worth of items and the order process said I had to order 35$ worth of merchandise to get free shipping. I didn't care if I got free shipping, I was done shopping and wanted to check out! It would not let me unless I got 35$ in my cart, So I took my items out of the cart and left! What a joke! By far one of my favorite Target's in the area. Great selection of groceries, including organic produce. You almost don't need to go to Fresh Market or Earthfare after shopping here. Great selection on frozen vegetarian items as well. Staff is friendly and quick while checking out. read more

The store is clean and well stocked. I have lived in this area for a month and have been here over 10 times already. I have not had any issues until my last visit a few days ago. The sales person was pushy and the cashier was the same way with offering me their credit card. At this visit I spent over $200 and could not fit an item in my car. I asked them if they could hang on to an item until I could get back. They have done so but today I was told they can't hang onto it forever. That really disturbed me since it was PURCHASED, not on hold. I felt like saying, yes that was my plan when I bought that item for $100...buying it and leaving it with you so I cannot use it! This has been my only negative experience and I'm hoping its a one time thing because I really like this Target. read more
