The customer service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They made it easy to customize the pieces exactly the way I wanted and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The all-wood dining table and chairs are beautiful, and the craftsmanship is truly impressive. One of the chairs arrived with a small crack, but I was very impressed by how quickly and smoothly they resolved the issue. They are making a replacement chair, arranging delivery, and will take the damaged chair back at the same time. No hassle, no runaround--just excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Welcome Amish Furniture to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality Amish furniture. Despite my initial hesitation about making such an expensive purchase online and receiving a chair with small crack, the entire experience exceeded my expectations! It was a Saturday morning so I made a large tumbler full of iced coffee before I hit the road. About an hour into the drive my bladder decided to go ding ding ding. I knew Milaca Unclaimed Freight was just ahead so I thought I'd stop in to use the restroom. Biggest mistake of the day! After using the restroom I decided to walk up and down the aisles. And boy did they have deals. I happened to be in the holiday home decor section and my hands were full. There was a lady standing next to me and I mentioned to her that I should have grabbed a cart. She responded with "you always grab a cart". So I went and grabbed a cart and put my selections in the basket. I kept running into her in the other aisles. And every time I saw her she was interested in what I added to the basket. She was fun, nice lady. I got stuff for the house. I got stuff for work. And I guess I started my Christmas shopping today too. The grand total was just under $200. That was an expensive rest stop. Dang coffee bladder!
