I ran in and did a little late night Target shopping at the Missoula location. It's a fairly sized store with a unique layout but if you're not in a hurry it's worth taking your time to explore. With the convenience of having the restrooms on the right hand (for my hydrated guys + girlies) side past the entrance threshold makes for a positive keynote! There's a lot happening in the store so for the most part I feel you could take care a great deal of your household and or travelers essentials. During my shopping experience I visited women and ya clothing produce snacks/dairy baby section music|books health + wellness travel essentials makeup + body care pet area The store looked clean from what I could tell and as for the employees I had no personal interactions during my visit. There was a in-store Starbucks and an expansive parking lot with the option to do the online shopping and pickup parking spots. The returns and exchange is at the front of the store within view as soon as you walk in and is accessible. A total of 13 items cost $37.46 3 for 5 sale on Noosa yogurt My total went down to $35.59 (with my target birthday rewards) Other than the heavy handed amount of cameras (not a fan of EMF) overall, the store was bit overpriced in certain areas. They know they are the only game in town. This is ridiculous it's the holiday season they know they're going to be inundated with customers. They have two cashier lines open and that's it. There are at least 17 people in my line and maybe 20 to 25 in the other line and the self-checkout is backed up 17 deep. And get your act together Target this is ridiculous. read more

The customer service was very poor. They were rude when serving us at the Starbucks. Not very friendly.

Target gets 5 stars from me! What mom doesn't love just wandering around for hours on end with no purpose at all except to pass the time away? If I could pick one store to shop at, it would be this one! I've been to countless different Target stores in my life, in different cities and states. This Target stands out to me because of how consistently clean and stocked it is. Many others I have been in have clothes and shoes all over the floor and items just thrown on shelves no matter what time you are there, but not this one. I'm sure it happens, but what sets this store apart is that the employees are always on top of keeping it looking its best. It's a shame other stores don't follow suit, but I'm sure that has to do with management. The one downside would be that there are times they do not have enough cash registers open and lines will form. There is a self checkout area which helps, but sometimes people who scan their own items can be so slow and it's almost worth it to just wait in a regular line. I've had to make many returns here and have also picked up several online orders, and the cashiers have always been great! read more

Before switching careers and going into media and being a producer, director, etc. I worked in retail for over 20 years. Back when managers of each department knew what they were doing and talking about. At a time when pay was decent. By today's standing my management starting pay would be 55k. Today, especially at target you have not one person on the floor that has a clue about the company they work for, customer relations, or the merchandise, Granted I am in Missoula Montana and this tends to hold true with almost every retail store and restaurant, hospital, etc. The art of communication is something that the employees are not gifted with. The staff at this target is 99% white and mostly liberal and are easily offended by my trump shirts and actually complain to management which in turn told me not to wear them in the store. The store also has caved to the left so it is ok to treat senior citizens like myself who is a mixed race like garbage. Do not try to ask a question to a member of the staff, even if they are a supervisor while they are stocking shelves. they will get confused and tell you I don't know the answer to your question. Could this be the reason why so many people now shop online? I have seen the staff scold an 80-plus-old black woman for wanting to come inside the store during the winter pandemic. they, two young females told the lady with a can that she had to wait her turn like everyone else. The staff was white I guess also in target talking to the store manager is akin to setting up an appointment with the queen or king now. God forbid this person male or female comes out to the floor to see how customers are treated. I will NEVER shop at the target again. They are truly intolerant of their horrible service and abusive attitude toward senior citizens and the disabled. This leads me to the parking lot where I who have a disability placard had to park far away since the spaces were taken by cars without disabled placards. Only has self checkout which is a bummer because you'd have to wait 10-20 minutes waiting for a spot to open up. It's also way to expensive so I'd recommend going somewhere cheaper. The target here is pretty good when it's not so crowded. read more

I've been trying to find a pair of jeans for a few weeks now. Everytime I go into the store it is filthy. Clothing is on the floor and the jeans are in a pile. I tried talking to workers there to ask why but they just walked away. I tried to call and speak to a manager but was hung up on. I've seen cleaner more organized stores in the ghetto. It seriously looks like a mob had just rub threw the store. This is everyday. In the last few weeks I've been in at least 10 times and its never been clean. If I could choose 0 stars I would. read more

I have to say, this big chain is missing the mark with their 'new layout'. It is disorganized, especially health & beauty- with strangely shaped displays in the middle of walkways. The Bonney Lake Target used to be a fun place to go browse around. Now I cannot even get easily through for an essential. I wish they could turn back the clock and undo the remodel. Last time I was there, only one check stand was open. A manager was standing in the way of the shopping baskets and would barely move for me to grab one, and self-check was backed up for days. read more

Target is one of those very consistent brands. They're always professional, happy to see you and willing to help you. I find their properties to always be clean, a plethora of cards for your availability and it doesn't hurt that there's a Starbucks inside. read more

As much as I love Target and all of the wonderful things they have, I do NOT love the employees here. The past couple of times I have been I have received HORRIBLE customer service checking out and returning items. No smile, no greeting. Snappy attitudes and nothing at the end of the transaction but a quick "bye". I'm severely disappointed in the employees behavior here. It's almost disgusting how disrespectful some of them are. I love shopping here for Pokemon Cards and MLP collectables. They always have a wide selection and there are sometimes Target exclusives. I've never had a bad experience either in the store or in the little restaurant they have. Only thing I suggest they do is clarify store hours. My fiance and I went in recently and thought they closed at 10, so we rushed to get what we wanted only to learn they ACTUALLY were closing at 11. But, we got what we needed anyway so it wasn't so bad. Just a sign update is all that's needed, really. read more

Yeah. It's a Target. Which means you know what is there you know the price and you probably know where everything is. It's a good thing.

Just returned an item that was defective a year later with no receipt. Wasn't the exact amount but really close in store credit. They were very nice, helpful and really worked with me to get me the most useful exchange. Above and beyond. Very happy with my interaction. 0 hassle, great customer service. Gotta love target! Only downfall is that they cut hours like any other big corporation and never have enough help on the front end! But it is a clean store and friendly staff! They always have unique products, a great selection of method products and great prices on cleaning and laundry supplies. Plus you get 5% off just by using your target card!!! Love love love it! And... They took out those dumb mountains of speed bumps they had in their lot. read more

Reminds me of most other Target stores. The layout is a little different that the one I usually go to, but that's not a big deal. There didn't seem to be a lot of employees available to help and I wouldn't say the cashier was really into customer service either, but you do get the same products you expect from any Target store. read more
