I don't imagine…read moreone's expectations can be too high when it comes to shopping at Wal Mart, because we've all been in one and can attest that many of the Wal Mart memes you see on the internet are indeed accurate. You never know what craziness lurks behind the doors. With that being said, I have been to countless different Wal Mart stores in my life, and this one scores pretty close to the top of my list when it comes to cleanliness and availability of products on the shelves. This location is one of two in Missoula and is also the largest. The parking lot is of adequate size, so much so that it is not uncommon to see an abundance of RV's camped out in it. Inside, you will find everything your average Wal Mart carries, including groceries. In addition, there is a Subway, an arcade area, an online order pickup area, a money center for those who utilize cashing checks here or find the need to wire money/purchase a money order, a nail salon(ish), customer service desk, optical center, and a hair salon(ish). All those are located at the front of the store. As with most Wal Mart stores, they also have a garden section that is both indoors and outdoors, and an automotive department. Restrooms are located at the front and back of the store, however the ones in the back are much larger and include a separate family restroom which the front doesn't have. Fitting rooms are located in the center of the clothing area between men and women's apparel. What I love about this store is it is clean! Yes, CLEAN! You will not find things tossed around the shelves or on the floor. The staff do an excellent job at keeping the store looking its best. Even at busy times like the holidays, the store still looks neat, and I can definitely appreciate that. I have been to many Wal Mart's where that was not the case. As for the quality of their meat, well let's just say I do not purchase meat here anymore. After two separate occasions of opening up rancid beef and chicken, I learned my lesson. Both times, the meat wasn't expired, but immediately after bringing it home and opening the package, I was hit with the smell of rotting meat. I assume it was not kept at the appropriate temperature as it should have been, so it spoiled. Both times I returned the meat (yes, you read that correctly) along with my receipt and was given a fill refund with no hassle whatsoever. When it comes to Wal Mart's prices, they really can't be beat. I work hard for my money and want to get the most out of it, and Wal Mart is just the place to do that.

The employee had no right to say anything to her! They CAN NOT legally ask about someone's disability! And just because he couldn't see an outward disability does not mean she doesn't have one or that she shouldn't use the cart. Then 2 days ago after abdominal surgery to deliver the baby she returned to pick up her medication. This time she was told she shouldn't be using a cart " you look fine. These are for old people and people with disabilities!" She doesn't have outward sighs of disabilities and your employees CAN NOT ASK!! My son stated that she just had surgery and he got defensive and said " Well you look fine to me! And you shouldn't use it!" This store needs some serious retraining!! They CAN NOT ASK ANYONE ABOUT THEIR DISAILITIES!! And just be you can not see a disability doe not give you the right to treat people like that!! If you are disabled go to another store!!

Kohl's split the order into 6 different boxes. The first box arrived today. In the box was a very, heavy cast-iron pot with 2 toys and a tween nail care set. The nail care set was crushed with its contents all over the bottom of the shipping box. Who packs a heavy item with fragile ones without putting the fragile ones in a separate box? I called the Kohl's customer assistance number. The phone tree is ridiculous to get to a real person. The online chat option wasn't working either. I was told, "You can go to the store IF they have one and exchange it (the roundtrip drive to the nearest store in good weather is over 3 hours and it is currently snowing heavily so it would be 6 or more hours of traveling) or we can process a replacement but if you don't wait for the rest of the order we cannot help you with any other damaged items." I was told the rest of the order could take until Christmas to arrive. These are Christmas gifts with some of the items needing to be mailed from my end, which means there won't be enough time for them to make it for Christmas. This is NOT customer service! I paid for undamaged items, and I should not have to wait for the other 5 boxes to arrive to file a complaint for the damaged item(s). Their Kohl's Capitol One credit card also will NOT warranty items like a normal credit card does, so avoid this as well. Definitely, NOT a good experience, and I shudder at what I'll find with the rest of the order, since there is another cast-iron pan and fragile toys and jewelry still in transit. I will NOT be able to get a replacement for the damaged nail set in time for it to be mailed and for it to arrive for Christmas. There will be a VERY disappointed child. I will have to miss a day of work to return the item to the Missoula store (if they have one in stock, which may not be the case, the representative said there was only one left at that store according to the computer but that is "often wrong"), pay for a tank of gas, add wear and tear to my car, and risk my life on the treacherous roads, or NOT have a present for the child in time for Christmas. For shame KOHL'S!!!! Do better!!!!!!!!!!

This is the only place we buy our pillows. Upon walking into the store, I checked in with my Yelp app and began to take some pictures while on our way to the pillows. I immediately made eye contact with one of the employees who I can only assume was the manager or supervisor on for that shift. I don't know what she thought I was doing, but we were watched the entire time we were in there. They did not have the normal pillows we buy, so we looked around for a few more minutes. I ended up purchasing one item, and while we were leaving the store, the same woman who stared us down in the beginning continued to watch us as we were walking to our car. I can't say why she thought she needed to watch us so closely, but this is the first time I have ever felt so uncomfortable in a store. I am guessing that when she saw me taking pictures, it set off a red flag of some sorts to her. I honestly felt like walking right up to her and asking her what the issue was.....but I didn't. I usually enjoy shopping here, as there is never many customers and I can shop peacefully. The store itself sells good items, and many things you can't find elsewhere in Missoula. I don't know how they have managed to stay open as long as they have because the parking lot is always empty, even on the weekends. This particular store is always clean, but some areas of the store, especially the clearance sections, can be very much messy and cluttered, as you can see in the photos.
