I have had a great experience with Dillards Missoula, over and beyond customer service. My daughter is getting married in April, the hunt for the perfect Mother of the Bride dress had proven to be harder than the Brides Dress. Discouraged and loosing faith in other Retailers I decided to give Dillards a shot. My dealings have been with Mgr. Michele and Sales Associate Tammy in Formal Wear, they are both stars in my book. Great recommendations and Customer Care and Service. I thank you both so much for the peace of mind and "Dress". Dillards is a One Stop Retailer - Dress - Shoes - Under Garments - Accessories. Shop Dillards. Thank you again, Monique read more

I shop here for my nice clothes as well as shoes. Jo in the women's department is sooooo amazing. She takes time to listen to your style likes and dislikes, she then will go out onto the floor and pick out choices for you. I really hate shopping because I'm a larger woman but, Jo makes this fun, easy and stylish ! Thank you Dilliards for having Jo there. Today I almost hugged her ! read more

I was helped by Mitzy in the women's dept. She is an absolute gem of a person. I didn't know that kind of customer service still existed in this town. I'll continue to shop here because of her. She was able to help my Mother in Law who hates shopping find the perfect thing. I found the selection of clothing to be quite varied. Def recommend. read more

I've been shopping at this particular store for many years now, and I feel like the aisles and get smaller and smaller and the store has become more cluttered. There is almost no room to walk and every time I go, I feel like I'm always having to side-step just to find what I need. They have a large selection of name brand clothing and accessories. Occasionally you will find sales, but for the most part you will end up paying full price. I do find myself shopping here a lot for my pre-teen daughter, as they do have stylish clothing that many other local stores do not carry. I always find amazing sale and clearance prices in the spring time. While I do like many of the items they sell, I find it to be a very unpleasant shopping experience every time I am there. If you've ever set foot inside this particular Dillard's you will know what I'm talking about. Their clothing racks are so close together that there is practically no room to maneuver. They have way though inventory on the floor for the size of it. Since many of the brands they sell are not available elsewhere in Missoula, I come here to shop even though I know I will be cursing under my breath the entire time. read more

Jared in the cosmetics department deserves more than FIVE stars! It has been a long time since I have invested in my skin, Jared taught me so much and was so genuine and positive. Jared took the time to explain all the products, I am so happy with my makeup now. I am forever grateful for Jared! I am now a happy forever client! read more

The manager Wendy that helped me it was amazingly kind but Bradley a service worker is the most unprofessional space invading gremlin he took my backpack out of my hand and told me I was stealing because I wasn't walking towards the check ought read more

Piss poor customer service! Made eye contact with three associates, and NOT ONE ASKED TO HELP ME! I walked around in the shoe department for 30 minutes....NOTHING! Was there to purchase a pair of Hunter boots and socks.......Dillard's has lost my business! I understand help is hard to get now a days....but you shouldn't lower your standards! The people I saw in the shoe department need a class on customer service or a simple class on how to be polite! read more

Incredibly rude, unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. I watched an employee in the formal dress section of the store publicly humiliate a young, very sweet girl looking for a prom dress because of her size on 03/02/2019. A little suggestion for this employee: For your own fulfillment, and that of the people you know, regardless of anyone's weight, consider adopting a less judgmental and more open-minded approach. People come in all shapes and sizes. The human body has a tremendous capacity for variation, which is why everyone looks different. The sad fact is, some people just love to judge and condemn others, and will find any excuse to do it, no matter the burden it places on society. Why don't you just learn some self-control? You disgust me, you really do. read more

This Dillard's was very clean and organized and had very friendly staff. They are doing Covid 19 procedures and they were sanitizing every thing. 10/10 read more

I recently visited the Dillard's store in Missoula. An associate, Judy Erickson, in the ladies' dress department provided the best customer service I've had in any store in many years. She searched her inventory of dresses for me and brought at least 15 dresses for me to try. I was visiting from out of town and only wish I could find this level of customer service anywhere I shop. Thanks to Judy/ read more

My dear friend got married a couple days ago. She hired one of the stylists (Chris) in the Dillard's salon to do her hair. The day of the wedding he didn't show. No word. And Dillard's still hasn't given her a refund for her trial run. The most beautiful, perfect day of her life and she had to do her own hair. If you're going to get your hair done at this salon, do yourself a favor and pick a stylist that isn't a flake. read more

During Christmas it's often frustrating to shop while waiting in long lines, big crowds and to put up with rude and inconsiderate people. David in the men's department at the Missoula store was amazing. My girlfriend and I were both helped by David on different days. The customer service we both experienced is how all retail customer service should follow. David went above and beyond to make our experience at Dillard's memorable. We both commented on his service and realizing we were both helped by the same employee. Thank you! read more

Hair Salon was an incredible ripoff. I took my daughter to get her haircut and the woman spent less than 20 minutes including the hair wash. It wasn't a horrible cut but it was barely a trim and definitely not even. When they were finished they didn't even dry her hair. Then I went to pay and it was $54. I could not believe they charge that much for what they did to her hair. I could have done a better job at home. Or taking her to cost cutters and paid half price for the same trim. Do not recommend. read more

They can't just let you browse. This is not the first time. Also, I'm not alone on this. When I tell my friends they all agree. I'm asked numerous times can I help you. 1-2 minutes apart , the entire time I'm there. I don't have the ability to really ever look because if there not asking me constantly, then they stand behind me . How uncomfortable is that to shop. Tonight when I said I was just looking , the dark puffed hair cosmetics girl firmly said( I'm just doing my job)!!! She was so rude to me, I of course was asked by someone else if I needed help right after that by someone else. Geez Dillard's ! I needed a lot of little things and walked away so shuffled with only 1 thing I needed. Tell your employees to get organized. read more

Want to give Emma a big shout out to thank her for assisting me finding new bras. I was dreading the event and Emma helped me quickly, kindly, and was very knowledgeable. I will go back to her again and will reccomend her to my gal pals. Dillards does need to carry more sizes that inaccurately represent the average women's bra sizes. read more

Spent an hour waiting for shoes only to be told that out of 8 different pairs there was not one in my size. Pretty ridiculous

I made the appointment over the phone, told them what I needed done and I emphasized the current condition of my hair (length, thickness, and color as well as color history). I've had my hair done in different states and this was the first salon I'd tried in Missoula. The dillards in Utah was fantastic so why not try one here? The girl quoted what I wanted done to be $100. Got to the salon for my appointment and $200 later there was no difference besides the trim of split ends. I told the girl I didn't have time for her to fix the same day and she said ok that's the only time she could do it. Called up customer service and spoke with the manager of Dillard's. She was very rude and sarcastic when I explained the problem her response was "Oh, and hair is so important in life." And "she does my daughter's hair and I never have a problem." Yes, it is important when I pay for something, I expect what I pay for! As well as me having to walk around with it, its very important the way one presents themselves especially when working in sales as I do! The only thing positive is I did manage to get a refund. I do NOT recommend this salon or Dillard's in general here in Missoula. read more

One of my favorite stores in Missoula! Great selection, great prices- love the sales. I've always been greeted in each department and the sales associates are very helpful. Sorry if someone had a bad experience... that's not typical for Dillard's. The mall is Missoula is really nice and Dillard's is one of the best shopping experiences. read more

For Missoula, Dillards men's department has a pretty solid selection and while most of the staff are helpful, there are a few standout performers and one in particular who remembers my prior visits and is always incredibly helpful. read more
