Had to arrange the groceries myself and she didn't say sorry or even tell me have to have a good rest of my day or anything of the sort. I'm concerned as to who's interviewing these employees before they're hired. Target ticks many of the boxes when you need everyday things and their prices are always reasonable. The staff here were very helpful and the cashier checking me out was certainly friendly. Compared with my local Target store in Beverly Hills this one is massive, free parking (vs $6) and mammoth parking lots all around the store. It is too far to drive for this benefits but I happened to be close by. read more

Look let's just call it what it is ...3/4 of them need to be standing up and moving around!! as a society we have coddled people so much and made their life so easy they can't even be asked to stand up while doing their job. I know Target probably thinks they're doing the nice thing, but they are just making these poor people's health get even worse and worse. The other day, my fiancée and I visited Target, which is always an adventure, you never know what you'll end up buying! The store was well-maintained, and the staff were generally helpful. An African American associate with glasses (we didn't catch her name, but she reminded me of my grandmother) went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. When I released myself back into the world, and by that I mean drive-up order pickups, I've become quite good at using and evaluating order pickup service. You either have the juice or you don't. It's either a disorganized mess or a well-oiled machine. This Target location is pretty efficient with drive-up orders. I like how they have ample drive-up designated spots because people decide to park in them rather than just pickup and go. They time things pretty well here. As long as you use the app to ent when you're on your way and then when you arrive, the drive-up folks have your order in their cart and get it to you quickly. Unlike some other locations that never seem to be ready for your arrival, the guy who helped me on July 2nd was on it. I appreciate how he checked my pickup code on my app through the window and loaded the items into my trunk, as per my entered app instructions. Easy in and easy out. That's what's up. I like that this Target has a big open outdoor parking lot. Narrow parking garages at other Targets are such a hassle to get in and out of. Cool stock everywhere you turn! I'm digging the pet section with all of the Bark Box toys especially. They also happen to be 20% off this week if you join Target Circle. The restrooms at this store are filthy. Absolutely the worst I have ever seen at any Target store. (I am a product vendor and visit many). Urine all over the floors in stalls, and even blood on one toilet seat. Waste bins in stalls were full and overflowing and smelled awful. So gross. This was not just typical of a couple of hours. The AI automated phone system has destroyed the experience of being a CVS pharmacy (at Target) customer. It repeatedly disconnects calls after saying it is going to transfer you to a pharmacist. This is on the direct line for the pharmacy. In addition, at least half the time the automated phone system doesn't recognize when a birthdate is typed on a phone keypad. And it used to allow the customer to type in the prescription number to see if a refill is ready, but it usually doesn't allow that now. read more

Worst target I've been to. They got rid of self checkout and there are never enough checkout lanes open. Forget popping in to grab one thing you'll be in the checkout lane forever. The checkout people just look like they don't want to be there. A big pet peeve of mine is when they open a new lane they don't take the effort to grab the people waiting in line first so all the people behind you get to checkout first. Extremely annoyed with the customer service at this Target. In the electronic section, I needed assistance with getting an item behind the case and waited over 15 minutes for help. While waiting one of their cell phone reps comes over and said "oh I don't work here and I don't have a key, but who's your provider?" Why even approach me to sell me something when you can hear over your radio that I need assistance? Then I ask a nearby Target employee in the toy section if he can help me. "That's not my section" and just blankly stares at me. After asking "well can't you call someone who can?" them employee is like "oh yeah". Like it's basic common sense and customer service 101. Finally, when I finally get the item, I tell the cashier that I was making an exchange for an online purchase and they gave me a merchandise exchange card with the value of the item. I purchased it with my RedCard so I should have a 5% discount. He couldn't figure it out, tells me to click on my "debit card" and it'll work. Nope. Instead of an exact exchange, I got charged the additional 5%. I just left at that point because obviously no one in this store cares enough for their customers to problem solve. Avoid this Target if you can and just drive a mile to the one on Jefferson. read more

My least favorite Target in the area, especially on the weekends. Shopping-- It was decent until they started locking up sooo many products, some as low as $5. It's ridiculous. I assume they had a terrible shrinkage problem and this is how they're dealing with it. The issue is employees aren't always around to help & each section doesn't have a bell to ring for assistance. Parking-- It's what you expect. It's Target. Everyone shops here. Starbucks-- They have one. Ulta-- They have one but I'd rather go to a stand-alone location because again, many products are locked behind glass and I've found the beauty employees aren't very knowledgeable about the products. Self check out-- It's available but I hardly ever use it. They usually have plenty of employees behind the register. Overall-- I only come here now when I'm on my way home from work and too tired to go to another location. read more

This is one of the Targets in LA. It's also one of the oldest. Plus it's next to See's Candies. Which is the best!! But I digress. The reason this Target is one of the best is outdoor and ample parking, there's a Starbucks inside and it's the biggest which means they have the most of the stuff that you really want like the stuff from Magnolia or Tabitha Brown. This was me has a mini Ulta and carries products for people of color. Hallelujah! But the cherry on the cake today was my new friend Andy. I have to say the majority of the service at target is just meh. But Andy help me find an edge brush, which is what people of color use to comb their little baby hairs into some cute little designs. Anyways, Andy, help me search for it and when the isles of regular target or picked clean of edge brush as he walked me over to Ulta and help me find one from Pattern. read more

They locked everything up and the self checkout is always closed, forcing you to stand for 45 minutes in 1 of the 4 registers they have open. I love Target, and this location is no exception. If you've lived in LA for a few decades, this Target is located where Fedco used to be. Parking is plentiful, and the store is easily accessible. This happens to be a much larger store than most other targets. Each department within the store offers plenty of choices, and more so than my local store. I even ventured into their clothing dept., because there was so much to look at. Killer buys to be had! Seriously, a variety of looks, sizes, and styles. The homegoods area is chocked full of beautiful accessories, candles, and some pretty cool throw pillows. So much goodness under one roof! 5 stars for our experience with the Rowan ear piercing service at this Target. Our 6-year-old had her ears pierced this afternoon with Beiyna. She was so kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely invested in my daughters experience. My daughter completely walked away feeling seen and proud of the experience. Highly recommend the ear piercing with Rowan and Beiyna is awesome! 1 star deducted because the service at the Target is hit or miss (mostly miss). The woman at the guest check out line was courteous and helpful while picking up our pick-up order. The 2 attendants at the self checkout line seemed annoyed when I asked them where the Rowan station was, one of them didn't even know about the service. Because they were so terse I asked an attendant in the girls clothing area where I could find the ear piercing service and she was impatient and visibly inconvenienced by my asking for help. Not the worst thing and I get it but this location is definitely not my Target of choice for this reason. Better signage for the ear piercing service would be great so it's easier to find without having to ask the staff. read more

I went exchange picture that I buy a few weeks ago, I lost the recipe, and I paid 2.99$ for the Rachel frames. Because they don't have any proof of purchase they give me 0.34$ per frame that's just crazy. The frames was in perfect condition, and still on the system, so they have the original price. This is actually one of my favorite Targets. The store is always clean, tidy, fully stocked and very well organized. Whenever I've needed assistance I was always met in a timely manner and all my needs were met. This Target has two huge parking lots that are patrolled by security and at night they are very well lite. I once bought some plastic containers and crushed then putting them in my car. I knew this was totally my fault but when I went back inside they allowed me to exchange the containers without a hassle ( now that's great customer service). This location (like most of the rest) has a Starbucks inside. The Starbucks us a great addition and I always see the pastries and other items well stocked and fresh. There is also a Mc Donald's on the same lot (also extremely convenient). All in all , I love this Target and would highly recommend to anyone. read more
