BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! When applying for a credit card.... I showed my driver's license for the sole purpose of facial recognition and specified that (I pointed) this number can NOT be entered into the system. I was assured that it was ONLY for confirmation. I further stated if the drivers license ID number is required, I understand but then we do NOT need to proceed. I found out later when I was filling out the application on a tiny electronic pad, the woman behind the counter swiped my license. She blatantly lied to me. By swiping my drivers license all my information on my drivers license was permanently imputed into their computer system. To my dismay I found out that Target fraudently stole my information and now refuses to delete this information from there system. I even closed out the account immediately ... But am still denied the removal of my numbers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! read more

When I lived in the area I was constantly here. Since moving about 2 years ago I have only been in a few times while visiting home. This Target is clean, organized, and they usually have everything I need. Its hit or miss finding a staff member to help you but if you are there in the morning they usually have people stocking the shelves everywhere making it really easy to find someone. The checkout usually has an average wait time. Occasionally there will be a minor back up but they are usually right on top of it. The best part about this target is its convenient location. Target has to be one of my favorite super markets. Place has some great selections from groceries, to furniture,to all the electronics you can think of. Place is maintained very well store items isn't scattered everywhere like Walmart as well as employees that actually help you look for stuff not just point me in a direction where you "think" something is. We enjoy shopping at Target and although I prefer the Westbury location for it's extensive size and selection the Levittown one comes close. They had many good deals and were fully stocked on all the items we needed. A great store to stop in when you need a little bit of everything. The only clothes I buy here are the Wrangler brand jeans. Be warned that most of the other clothes are shmatas. Today we picked up cat litter, all purpose cleaner, eye makeup applicators (up & up / target brand ) , cosmetic latex free foam rounds for makeup (up & up / target brand) , a pair of Wrangler Jeans, black pens, and two cute cat toys for our fur friend. read more

Target is my all time favorite store, the levittown stir is great always busy which is both good and bad! They never seem to have enough registers open and the lines are so long it's very aggravating!! Ran into this Target like I always do once a week. Picked up milk and cough drops. Went to check out there TV stands for poops and giggles since my Bob's Discount order fiasco happened on Monday..... Anyway they had a similar unit for $199.99 about $100.00 cheaper then Bob's. ( Okay, my hubby has to put it together but he's handy). I then checked Cartwheel guess what 20% off too....So I paid $159.99. The stock kid dragged to out to my car and put it in my car. Yay!! One of the better Target locations in Nassau County, it is not nearly as crowded as the one by Roosevelt Field and is cleaner. For Target in general, it's a great place to get affordable Christmas lights, but those are the only type of light fixtures I would ever buy there. Their home decor are flimsy and wear quickly. I made the mistake of buying one of their house brand shelves a few years ago and it felt like it was made of thick corrugated paper covered with a fake wood finish. Groceries are usually a good bang for your buck there and I always find myself drawn to the toy section, specifically the Legos, which I always walk away from empty handed, though that has more to do with the Lego prices than Target itself. read more

Target of Levittown is a great place to shop on the Turnpike for everything from their music section to the gaming section, clothing to household accessories, and everything in between. The staff are usually very quick to help and very helpful. The shelves are rarely bare - which really adds to a great experience. I remember growing up and this location just being a big field - Target was a great choice for this location. It's pretty awesome being able to buy some necessities for my car, the newest Xbox game, and a new pair of jeans all at one place. The wait for the checkout is pretty painless, and when there are lines, the staff help shift customers around to ensure the quickest possible checkout experience. Just went to target to return my daughters broken walker that we received as a gift at my baby shower. The customer service representative was trying to exchange the walker but it was coming up as an error saying it was a discontinued item. She called the manager over, Barbara to assist and told us there was nothing they can do since the item was over 90 days. We had the receipt and the item was BROKEN! She said she couldn't exchange or give store credit nothing! We continued to tell her we never checked the item because our daughter is finally able to use the walker. The customer service representative was pointing out to her that they can do something and give us the store credit. She was insisting not to help us and walked away. The only thing i could think on why she didnt want to help us, we were white and wearing a cop sweat shirt. Thumbs up to management at target for the AMAZING MANAGERIAL SERVICE THEY PROVIDED TONIGHT. The management and employees of this store are incompetent. I went to the store on a Sunday to purchase two items that were on sale, ending that day. I looked online and it indicated both items were in stock. When I asked for help I was advised that they did have them in the store, but at an off site building warehouse. I said fine,let me pay for it now and I will come back tomorrow to pick it up, since the sale was over and this was a savings of over $60. Simple request. Both the first customer service person and the supervisor said there was no way I could get the discount since it was over tonight. I was shocked...... Why is it my fault that you have the items in another building, when your website clearly says you have it in stock. I was willing to pay for it. What is the big deal?! The "supervisor" was both rude and dismissive. Her only excuse was it was not her vault the web site didn't work, so is it mine fault? This is just awful customer service. I will NEVER stop at this location again. Honor the dam price. I wrote into customer relations and they offered me nothing except for a generic apology. All I was looking for was the correct price, is that so much to ask for? I want the items, just at the right advertised price. This Target didn't get a facelift like the one in Westbury, so it doesn't look as nice as the other one does. This is closer to my house and we typically go there once a week. sometimes I buyt food there, but most of the times im there to buy baby formula and diapers. This Target for some reason seems to get emptied quicker than the others and depending on what day you go, you will either walk into a store with mostly empty shelves or a fully stocked store. The baby formula does run out more often, and I then have to head over to the Walmart supermarket down the street to find the baby formula. When the supermarket part is fully stocked you find some good stuff. Bigger selection of kids clothes than the Target at Valley stream or Broadway mall. Like all the other Targets, having an open register is scarce. Target really needs to understand that there are many people who buy large amounts of items who do not want to go through the self check out line. two manned open registers is not enough to cater for a store of this size. read more

Have been to all the Targets in the vicinity and this one is my favorite. It's well stocked and clean. Hicksville is my second favorite because it is not as well stocked as the Levittown Target. Do not like the one around Carle Place. read more

This target truly surprised me. They have a full grocery section where they sell fresh fruit, meats, etc. It was amazing!!! I'm glad this one is not too far away and that it's becoming a one-stop shop! While the parking lot may look like it's really really full, it's not at all packed inside. read more

This really addresses the Target chain........If I could give a lower rating I would. I went to Target to purchase Passover greeting cards. I was told by Trevor, who identified himself as the store manager, that they didn't carry Passover cards because the demographic didn't warrant it. This is Long Island where a huge Jewish population thrives....what was he talking about?? I called the customer service number Trevor gave me and it was the wrong number. I found the correct number, called, was on hold for a solid 18 minutes while they searched for a " specialist". I finally spoke to Christine.... Good luck trying to explain Passover to Christine...some specialist. Bottom line , I was promised a call back or email from an individual who could/ would help. That was April 9, 2016. I have heard nothing. Clearly Target is not interested in this issue or the needs of it's Jewish community. Bye Bye Target...I have plenty of other shopping choices that are truly customer friendly! The front end Manager Dee is terrible and has no concept of customer service. I will never return to this store again after my last experience. I was on line for 20 minutes and half way through empting my cart the cashier said no I'm closed you have to go on that line. She refused to ring me even though she never shut her light or mentioned being closed untill half my cart was emptied. I moved to the next lane and another 15+ minute wait. When I complained to the manager Dee, she told me that the cashier had to leave on time, when I began to question why I was left with half my cart empty she walked away from me and looked at me like i was wrong for being upset. Mind you all this went on while I had my 2yr old and 2 month old kids with me. Waiting 40+ minutes before even starting to get rung up with young kids, someone is going to get fussy. All this could have been avoided if Target would have a somewhat competant front end manager. Trying to find the GM or hire ups e-mails to tell them why they lost another customer. E-mails no where to be found, I wonder why? read more
