I shop here every week. I love this store. It's always clean, items are in stock, the staff is friendly and the parking lot is easy to maneuver. I have never experienced any issues at this store. I've purchased cell phones from the mobile department here as well. For the people complaining that everything is on lock and key- how about you open your own store and allow people to freely steal your items. I have no problem calling someone to open an item that is locked. I'll be upset if this store ever closes down.. read more

I frequent this Target quite often and here are my thoughts. This Target is a hidden gem in a lot of ways as it's never overly crowded, the shelves are always organized and any employee who has ever helped me has been courteous and professional. It's a pleasure to shop there and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The main drawback is the checkout area. In specific, it is mind boggling that they don't have a bank of self checkout registers. Target is not efficiently designed for speed at the register in regards to large scale orders and as soon as one register gets slowed down with a large purchase, anyone with a handful items is dead in the water. If they did this, they would get 5 stars out of me for sure. Aside from that one negative, this Target location, this place is great and recommend it to anyone who lives in the area that doesn't currently go there. read more

Love this target always clean and well stocked. My only complaint is no matter what time of day you go there's never enough cashiers. Today we waited in 3 lines! And we only had 4 items! They really need a speed line for 10 items or less and they have GOT to get more cashiers we were about to drop our items and just leave and so were about 4 other people. I've shopped at this Target for about 8 years now. The shop hasn't changed much in the 8 years. The electronics department is still in the same location (left area) and grocery location is to the right. Clothes are still in the middle area of the shop. One of the newest additions is their self service check-out area. I would say that their staff in regular check-out has been a lot less since Target has incorporate their self service check-out. If you don't like to use the self service check-out, do not go to Target first thing in the morning, or late in the evening. Typically, I've only seen about 1 person on staff in the regular check-out booths. The Target location is kept clean and well-stocked. The clothing line has a variety of different sizes at Target. I find their prices a little high in-comparison to other locations (IE: Kohls for clothing, or even Amazon for select toys), but if you're looking for a location that's near your house, I'd recommend checking this Target out. I've also gone to Target on Black Friday, during the evening, and it gets crazy busy inside! There are typically really good deals on blu-rays, or electronics (Like ipads, PS4 etc.) on Black Friday offered by Target. read more

I'm over this Target and their managers. Always rude no matter what. I went in last night to return an item I purchased online. The app gave me an option to save the return receipt to my phone instead of printing it. I don't always get great cell phone service so it was saved to my pictures (their app gave me that option) I went in last night to return the item with saved gift receipt and the manager said oh we can't take that?!! What?! It's a gift receipt! She said we can't take anything that's saved to a phone?! Funny because every other Target I have been to takes it no issues! This target is just rude! The girl managers all have serious attitudes. Two days before Xmas I went in and was looking at Xmas shirts. The bigger lady manager walked by me and I asked her if they still had any kids Xmas shirts, she looked at me said nope real fast "we are sold out". I took two more steps myself and guess what?! They had kids Christmas shirts! But yet she was real quick to just tell me no! It sucks because the target is the closest to my house but guess I'll drive to another one! read more

They sell stuff if you are looking for stuff come to Target. They have lots of stuff and I would recommend Target if you like stuff.

Poor size selection - most of the clothing sizes available are small and x-small, unless you need a bathing suit, in which case the only matching pieces are XL & XXL. Not a single 34DD bra that isnt a nursing bra in the entire store. If you have a small chest, then this Target is perfect for you because 90% of the bras are small B & C sizes. I thought I had found several bras on my size, only to find out they were on the wrong hanger and not my size. I won't be wasting my time here again. read more

Who doesn't love Target?! What can I say, it's not a WalMart and that's why I love Target! This Target is close to my house so that's why I shop here. I wish it was all decked out like some of the newer Targets in the area, but they are remodeling so I am hopeful! I buy a lot of my running clothes here because they have a decent selection and the prices aren't bad. Literally my all time favorite store. You can go into target for just ONE thing and come out with a cart full of things that you just had to have! They have a nice bullseyes playground dollar section. I always love their selection of clothes for women, men & kids. I'm totally digging Chip and Joanna Gaines new home line "hearth and hand" can't forget to stop by the café for a soft pretzel and cheese with an icee. Target is the best! Unfortunately, this is the best target in my area. Although it's in a decent area, it's already run down and the employees are strange. I was looking at security cameras in the electronics section for a good 10 minutes. I was also looking at wireless head phones for my tv because I could really use both. I stood around for awhile and no one appeared. They are all locked items that I can't take out to look at. Ok, maybe they are just really busy....or,maybe not. I forgot an item I had a coupon for which was stocked by the entrance. I had to walk my 80 bucks worth of merchandise right near the entrance. And, I guess I found all of the employees...they were hanging out by the front door as if they just had a security alert but as I look around, it's all families and kids...who could possibly be getting a watch put on them? I don't think I've ever written a review for any store but my experience here really frustrated me so here I am . I usually go to the Decatur and 215 target because it's right next to me but I was in the area and decided to go to this one . Everything was fine until I got to the register and was ready to pay. I have 30$ of gift cards saved up and wanted to use that as my payment option on my target circle so that's what I selected as my payment and took off my Red card. As the cashier scanned it she said it wasn't going through and was confused(not blaming her she seemed new) which makes no sense because they're gift cards that target gives you, not a credit or debit card so she called the "manager" who was working up at the registers(older man with balding grey hair, mustache and glasses) and he was absolutely no help at all, every question I asked him, I didn't get a straight explanation just an "oh yeah you can't do that" or "I'm not sure why it's not working" as a manager shouldn't you be there to answer questions or at least give me an actually reason not a half assed "I'm not sure". My daughter works at target and was telling me there shouldn't be a reason that the target gift cards that are connected to my circle wouldnt work since they're the ones that Target gives us back for shopping there. I had two transactions and one the first one I used 2 coupons on that purchase, which I called to make sure I could use the 2 and they said that it was fine. I'm not a crazy coupon lady that holds the line up and complains about everything or raises my voice I was very calm and felt like I was being discriminated because of the fact that I used coupons on my first transaction. I always hear stories about how Target doesn't like couponers or how they get annoyed with people who coupon and today I actually experienced being one of the people in those stories, as I left I heard the manager tell the cashier "Oh, so they're not going to buy any of this?" in a condescending tone and I kept on walking because I didn't want to start any other problems and there were people in line behind me, I was speechless. Never going here again, sticking to the Decatur and 215 target. Hope that whoever the actually store manager is talks to that front end manager about his actions. I'm a fan of Target because I always know what to expect. This Target Greatland was built in 2002, has a easy sales floor layout with blue, green, and red "worlds" and two entrances with 22 straight checkout lanes across the front make sure you are always a short trip from car to cart to checkout and back. Store services includes only a Pharmacy, (the One Hour Photo was recently removed) and the Food Avenue has no Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks. This location also has a small grocery selection compared to the new upgraded Target stores. Overall though, a very clean, well designed store, easy to shop, so long as you just need the basics. I would prefer to shop at a Target with more food, as that is what I primarily purchase form Target. Very accesible parking from Sky Pointe Drive on the south, Buffalo Drive from the north, and John Herbert to the west. A few quick tips I've compiled over the last year or so, to give everyone a "real" experience lol.... Get the Target REDcard! You get 5% off every single purchase, every single time! There's a debit option too for those that don't want credit Switching to Sprint and getting a new phone @ Target Mobile! Coke products only $2.50/12 pack! Doritos on sale $1.90/bag! Market Pantry milk $2.69/gal Humidifiers on clearance for $9! Super cheap! In the back of blue world. Food Avenue popcorn! Picking up Chips, chili and Velveta cheese for a chili cheese dip before the big UNLV game! REALLY good valentine section, check it out on the right side. Towards the back in green world :-) Doritos and bean dip for the UNLV game party on TV! Market Pantry Orange Juice on sale, only $1.99! Picking up mailing supplies. Cheaper than the post office. Picking up eggs and cake mix for my wife's egg salad and cake pops :-) Target Pharmacy is open 9am-9pm weekdays, open late on weekends too. Really helpfull Pharmacy staff! This place is a joke got in line at 11:15 it's already 11:30 the only thing open is self-checkout and out of 20 lines there's only two registers open. Lots of unhappy people waiting in line the fact that I come here to pay more than Walmart to wait in line is a joke very unsatisfied with their customer service they need to get it together and put more people on the registers. The cash register situation at this store is a joke. I come here numerous times a week and it has change drastically in the last few months. There are currently 6 people in the ONLY lane open. Multiple parents with crying children. The self check out is open, but when I have a ton of items it's a hassle to do everything myself, not to mention I'm spending tons of money here, is it that difficult to pay someone to check me out? Management here needs to do a better job of monitoring the needs for cashiers and getting the lanes open. read more

I'm a frequent Centennial Hills Target shopper. I love Target: it's clean, organized and friendly staff. The reason for my 3 stars is the cashier Rosa. I shop with coupons (manufacture and store). I've had Rosa ring me up twice and both the times she has rejected my coupons. Why? "They don't match the picture." she says. I ask her to read the coupons. I am not violating any coupon policy but, she won't budge. She seems annoyed that she has to deal with coupons. I hate holding up the line so, I just went to customer service and they rang me up with no issue. I told them about my situation with Rosa and they didn't understand why she did that. We started going to Target a number of years back because the quality of the experience is well beyond that which is provided at Wal-Mart. However, like most superstores of the same caliber, they need to open more registers to move customers through the point of sale faster. It doesn't seem to matter what time we go there, it is always the same. They have a few self checkout areas open and 1 or 2 manned cash registers. I'm not a fan of self checkout and you can't use it if you buy items with security tags or items which need age verification. The deals are average at best compared to other stores, but the atmosphere seems to be a little less crowded and a little more open. Overall, it is an okay experience and stands out a little more than other places of the same type, but not by much. Make sure you check prices on major purchases online at other stores before you commit because Target is not always the best. read more

I like this target. It is always clean and I like how guest services is separate from checkout. I've only had good experiences at guest services as well. I removed a star because a very sure manager I came across was clueless about coupons. He was certain I couldn't use more than one coupon in a transaction because it said, "do not double" across the top. I tried to explain I wasn't doubling the coupon by using two coupons on two like items. Worst part is he taught the cashier that wrong information. I ended up going to customer service to resolve it but employees should be trained better on policies. read more

This is my local Target and I am glad it is a Greatland, meaning it has food as well as all the other things Target usually carries. If there is one grip that I have about Target it is that it's not open late, but that is not a deal breaker for me because of all the great things they have in the stores! Although Wal-Mart has stepped up their game in terms of merchandise it sells, I think Target still has the upper hand in terms of clothing and home goods.
