I had a very frustrating experience at this location today. I spent a large part of my morning going through the Valentine's clearance section, where many items were scanning at 70% and even 90% off. However, when I got to the register, I was told they could not sell me the items because they were "clearing the shelves." If the items aren't available for purchase, they shouldn't still be sitting on the shelves for customers to sort through. It was a complete waste of my time. What made it more frustrating is that four Valentine's pillows they did allow me to purchase rang up at full price -- even though a friend bought the exact same ones at another Target location for 90% off. Clear communication and better shelf management would prevent situations like this. Very disappointing experience. read more

I go to this Target all the time. They have improved a lot. I don't usually look at the shoes department. I'm glad I did this time. A New Day brand flat shoes are so comfortable. I've been looking for soft comfortable shoes and I love them. So glad I checked them out. Since they don't have my size, one of them helped me order online and it's free delivery. Prices of the shoes are very reasonable. Wow. CVS in this Target is the best. The pharmacists are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I've been going to this pharmacy for years. I love my two pharmacists. They take good care of me and my husband. It's like family. Unlike other pharmacies, you're just a number. I definitely would recommend going here. It's always on point here, or should we say it's always on the "bullseye!" When it comes to our lives we are always busy, today is no different! We are on go, go, go and then some more go time! If you want "time," truly then buy the magazine. This trip was worth the drive too. The best of all worlds Target carries, but these days the cards from Papyrus are few and far between. The Christmas cards that this company sells is true art and they had a few, but not like in years past. At least they had some. Of all the Targets in the Henderson and Las Vegas area this is the "golden one," that even carries the Christmas Papyrus themed version of the cards. Come check it out if you are seeking it. This Target is themes like most all other Targets. It's highly organized and very easy to find what we need. The store is clean and well lit as you wander through and know where something is based on other Target locations trips. Thank you for keeping it simple for the customer. Black Friday Shopping, 2024. I ended up with 6 pickups! The Drive- up area - is very nice. I am a regular customer, this is the third location in our regular rotation. Very easy process. Use the APP, it's very handy. Show the code to the clerk, and we're good to go! This is a fairly busy location. Yesterday, 12/1, the lines at checkout were really long. Filled with the essentials that you might need or things you forgot to bring to Vegas. Plenty of options for last-minute gifts. This place is need of some new training or at least more staffing. Wife and I were trying to get baby formula they have a new help button which is a sensor you wave your hand and bam it calls help. When we did this we waiting 4 minutes and nothing. We assumed they must be busy, but the store was practically empty. I waved my hand under the sensor and waited another 5 mins still nothing. I continued this for 5 more minutes finally I decided to get an employee to see if they can help. I waved down this female employee who was able to help us. Regardless we waited 15 minutes for help. I haven't been to Target in quite awhile so I thought hubby and myself would go check it out. It was around 8:00 pm and the store closed at 10:00 pm. The store was very quiet and it didn't appear to have too many customers so shopping was kind of fun. We took our time looking around and checking out some sale/clearance rows. There were a handful of employees in some of the aisles who appeared to be stocking items and putting things in their proper place. My husband and I were talking and I mentioned in a loud enough voice, that it's really irritating to me when there's no price on items I'm interested in. All the while an employee (male) was within six feet of me and didn't even budge. No can I help you, let me check on that for you - nothing...! Then hubby went to check prices at the price checker which of course was OUT OF SERVICE! It also felt like the employee was hovering in the areas/aisles we were interested in looking at, but never would acknowledge our presence. We continued our shopping and went to check out about 9:25 pm. I was quite surprised when there was a HUGE line to check out! I looked again and YES, it was the self checkouts that were open. No cashier checkouts were open at all EVEN tho there were employees standing around who appeared to be cashiers. I don't think I'll be heading over to Target anytime soon after this trip. I just bought this today from this target and yes what you are looking at is mold. I ate one before this and when I bit this one I noticed mold after I had already swallowed it...I really hope the first one I ate did not have mold on it but I had already thrown the package away to check, after seeing this I went to check the expiration date and it expired 11 days ago. And I bought two boxes and the other box expires in 3 days from today. If you like these make sure you look at the expiration dates because I really hope I don't get sick from eating mold. Like most women, I'm a fan of Target. If the store brand were a band that went on tour, I'd be right up with the rest of them, throwing my panties on stage. But this location is a little odd. It's right across from Koreatown and when we went around 4PM there were literally seventeen cars in the parking lot. So if you want to avoid a crowd, this might be the one to go to. However, what is missing in customers is also missing in staff and selection. Store layout is a little odd, and the first thing you see when you walk in is the little food court area- which zero people went to while we were there. The store also lacks a produce department- they would probably increase their customers if they replaced the snack stand with a fresh produce area. But that's my completely unprofessional opinion. Usually I can spend my weight in cash on the women's fashion department, but here nothing was styled or really on display and nothing caught my eye- a rarity for Target stores. Found the basic items we needed, at prices we expect for this chain, but was just underwhelmed. Other reviews say this location feels vaguely dirty, and I see what they mean but I can't put my finger on why- it's not physically dirty, but the lighting seems a little dim and the store itself just isn't as cheerful as other locations. Service was okay- we were stuck in line behind a couple who racked up a $200+ bill but couldn't seem to figure out which combination of credit cards and cash would cover their purchases. Cashier graciously offered to have us check out ahead of them while previous customers got their payment together, but we declined. Throughout our visit, saw staff cleaning and reorganizing, and when we couldn't find specific items they were quick to tell us where to find them. read more

i don't even know how this is possible, a 5 minute experience turned into what felt like 30 minutes i went to this target to get a duffel bag and went up to the cashier with the new found bag but as i was walking to the register i realized one of the straps were broken and so me and my partner decided to see if we could get a discount on the item (i used to work at target so i've experienced this situation first hand) we go up to the cashier and nicely ask her "oh we realized that this bag, which is the last one back there, has a broken piece here for the end of the strap, we were wondering if we could possibly get any discount on that?" and without a second thought, she instantly says no and we're like well we tried alright then she then proceeds to fail to find the barcode (i guess the easy barcode to see was taken off?) for about 5 minutes before saying she was going to go ask for help at customer service, she comes back and says that the price on it is 40 something dollars, we say okay we'd still like to purchase it and then she proceeds to spend the next 10-15 minutes not only failing to find the barcode again, but also taking an unbelievably long time to log into her account and every single time she logged into her account (4 separate times, with each session taking a minute) she would just sit there expecting our payment, when we couldn't give her cash, and there was nothing to put our cards into, and that cycle would repeat until the workers screen timed out eventually she tells us to just go to customer service, so we do, and we get a guy who tells us he actually showed her where the barcode was (really really small barcode that's very easy to miss inside the bag) and that she must've just forgotten on her way back i suspect that she's new at her job but to instantly deny our request of a discount when we're purchasing a bag we need when there's no other option that's slightly broken? when there is an option to do a discount? to not even see if she can get the answer for us, but just to instantly say no, and then take up 20 minutes of our time we witnessed 2-3 groups of people set their stuff down behind us and then pick them back up to leave because of how long it took to get through that line i'm not saying she was mean to us, and we tried to be very understanding, especially me, as i've worked in customer service for 4 years now, but i've never had such a more frustrating customer service experience i just had to write about it read more

Target pick up was faster than the promised, it's the second time I do this and It's great, especially during this time. I actually really like this store, it carries a great variety of women's clothing, toddler section is always kept clean and organized. I did have two bad experiences with one lady who works there, she probably though I was shop lifting. Once she tried charging me for the shoes my daughter took off while she was in the shopping cart, we set the shoes by her side, she asked me if I was going to pay for them and asked to see them. I've twice now tried to order here for curbside delivery. In both instances, they tried to give me the wrong item(s). In every case, the item they tried to pass off was a much cheaper item. For one item, I ordered an 8-pack, and they even tried to pass me off a SINGLE unit instead of the 8-pack! Worse yet, for several items in my order, the correct item was not actually in stock. So not only did they have their inventory wrong, but they didn't check the items when they were pulling them and didn't check when they were delivering them. I was wiling to forget and forgive after the first bungled order, but on my second order, NOTHING I had ordered was actually in stock, so I literally made the trip for nothing. Only a "sorry" really doesn't cut it either. At least toss me a $5 gift card or something to make up for the gas I just wasted driving to your store. I get things aren't easy now for retail businesses, but they have to do better than this. I haven't had this problem at any other Targets I regularly go to, so based on this I would definitely go elsewhere. As far as Target go, this one is fairly nice. The outside looks older compared to other locations, but inside has been well kept. The store offers same items and the prices are the same here as all other locations I've been to. However, the staff here at this location are really friendly. They'll say hi and ask if you need any help. This location does seem smaller, so certain departments like their grocery department seems a lot smaller than my usual Target store. Thisnis okay, since I don't come to buy their groceries. Another nice thing about this location is the fact that I've never been here and it be busy. I see a few people here and there, but for the most part it's very quiet. So its nice not to have to wait around to check out. Will come back again, especially since it's the closet one to my place. read more

We love this target because it is always quiet. We came here on a Saturday night and the parking lot was almost empty. We were able to get in and out within 10 minutes, except for the fact that we wanted to browse a little bit. The shelves were well stocked, prices were pretty good although we didn't see many employees around, we aren't complaining. I come to target for things that tend to be much more expensive at grocery stores. For example, bottled water, paper towels and dish soap. Target prices are much better than what you'd pay in other stores. I come here once per month and it is worth coming out of my way. It's never busy, I can always find what I need and I've never once had to wait in line for checkout. Nothing to complain about here. read more

I was there last Sunday (a week to the day) I went in to pick up some things. I went up to the registers and only self-checkout was open. There were no regular check stands available. I had $60 worth of groceries and asked the woman if there was any other regular check stands available. This was at 8:45 am. She said no and I'm standing there because I really don't want to ring up my stuff. She's talking to a woman in customer service who she says can ring me up. In all honesty they both seemed interrupted. The woman in customer service rang me up and was pleasant. A few minutes later I turned around and that woman who said only self-checkout was not open was ringing up someone. My idea is this; only go to Target after 9:00 am or just order online from Walmart pickup. read more

This is the worst Target that I have ever shopped at and this was my last visit. I have to hand it to them as they are consistent however not in a good way. They never have advertised sale items in stock. It does not matter what the item is, if is on sale or on a cartwheel app promo they will not have inventory. The not so nice staff in front at "Customer Service" told me claim when I voiced my complaint that they are a smaller store so they don't have to uphold to the standards of other Target stores. The Management at this store is Horrible, Rude and they just don't want to be bothered. I will save my wasted energy and drive to an alternate Target location that is not close to home from now on. The waste of my time that it takes to stop at this store in hopes of picking up something I want or need when it won't be available as advertised is just not worth the aggravation.
