This is one of the worst Target locations I've been to. Their makeup, body wash, and skin care isles are always horrendous. They also never seem to have what I'm looking for in stock. The Frenshe and other perfumes section are always a huge mess and haven't been restocked in quite some time. They never have EOS lotions in stock, their skin care and makeup isles are messy and unkept with products opened and scattered. Their clothing isles are messy as well, but not as bad as the makeup section. Employees are hit or miss when it comes to being helpful and polite. Just go to Walmart instead. Their items are normally $1-2 cheaper than everything there is at Target anyway. read more

Awful service didn't get through 5 isles before I'm told i can't be purchasing merchandise for over an hour in the store ave that no one takes an hour to shop for anything.. in a target. Ended up calling to report the worker who claimed his name was bb Andrew with no name tag on and came at me very aggressively multiple times trying to impress who..? Hasn't purchased a thing from there since went back for a drink and was told it doesn't matter how long you ago you got your Starbucks drink are you using there Wi-Fi or what as if they don't have seats and there own Wi-Fi in store inside the target. I love the LW Target. The employees are friendly, and we've gotten to know and be friends with quite a few of them. The store is always clean and if you happen to need to ask where something is, they always seem happy to answer, not treat you like a nuisance. I've gotten some great deals here too over the years. I think my favorite time to visit is during the holidays. I love the holiday knickknacks and candles they get, perfect for gifts. read more

They have a great selection of puzzles and an exceptional amount of handicapped parking spaces. There's a selection of cute clothes. And I usually shop here for party wrap and birthday/holiday cards. I really want to praise Angel for her exceptional customer service at the Starbucks inside the Target. She noticed I was dealing with a difficult situation over the phone. Once I reached the counter to place the order she was kind and with smile says "What drink may I get you started to relieve some of that stress today" Sometimes just a simple gesture of kindness or words can turn around a situation. As I had my drink and dealt with my situation. I noticed she was still very professional and kind to others. We can't tip barista in Starbucks but she absolutely deserves to be acknowledged. I like this Target a lot. Though it has the old school Target store look, its almost a borderline Super Target (sans the bakery and deli departments). I was a bit surprised to find that they have a pretty decent sized grocery department inside. A big plus for them is having several working game stations in the electronic department. (something that's a bit of a rarity these days) Anyhow, the overall cleanliness of the store was fantastic (and I was there a week after Christmas) and we'll likely come back to check out the Clearance stuff if we're in the area again (probably when we have an urge for some of Ginger Brown's fantastic Cinnamon Rolls). read more

I am high risk and they are not enforcing the masks. I don't feel comfortable going in this store, more than 20 people without masks grabbing produce and food and shopping for clothing. I can no longer enjoy my target close to home since it is on longer safe. I will write corporate in regards to this as well. When I asked the employee if we were not required to wear masks? She said "we do, but we cannot enforce people to wear it" well in my eyes that's absolutely absurd. How do you have a policy and not enforce it? read more

Wow... so, we placed an order maybe around 9 am for one item, a spring pan, in which there were seven items left (this matters later). So, we go and grab our spring pan... or so we thought. NOPE! Instead, we are informed maybe an hour after we placed the order that we are in some sort of line of orders, which makes sense. After all, we aren't the only shoppers and we do not expect to be catered to just because we have an order we need. So, we realize our wait is going to be a bit longer... or so we thought. Nope! We wait another 40 minutes. At this point, after watching several other vehicles get their on site delivery, we decide to call. They tell us that it might be another 20 to 25 minutes. Well, not ideal, but okay. We decide we're going to go pickup from Braums. Pleasant experience by the way. We get our food and go back to wait at Target for our order which, at this point, should be ready. We pull up, wait for another 10, only to find out that this spring pan is out of stock... I normally do not have issues with Targets. They're usually fairly on... well... target... but I will never be going back to this location. I can't imagine a less functional location. read more

I am so disappointed in this store! For the last 5 months they have been out of 12 pack cans of diet coke on a weekly basis! I don't understand how this happens. I go during the week and in late mornings, and every time there is no diet coke! I'm so frustrated. I've also noticed that for the last 5 months the clearance items have been about a third of what they use to be. The cartwheel has also been lacking on its sales for the past 5 months as well! I really use to love target, but if something does not change soon I'm going to have to find another place to go! I am very disappointed in them. read more

Overall, this is a pretty decent Target location. There is a Starbucks inside, there are usually plenty of lines open - so the wait to check out is never too long, the store is pretty clean and well organized, and the customer service is very good as well. I went there this morning and, even though the clerks were all busy unloading boxes and restocking shelves with new merchandise, I was greeted by at least 6-7 people throughout the time that I was in the store and asked by several if I needed any help finding anything. I appreciate that - especially nowadays as it often seems that customer service is a dying art. The parking lot is often a little busy and parking sucks sometimes - especially on the weekends. read more

Compared to another pharmacy I visited recently (Cough, Walgreens) my Target pharmacy does not feel the least bit harried or disorganized. No, there is not a drive-through window, but what you do get is prompt, personalized attention. Sometimes it really is better to park your car, get out and walk inside. You can usually drop off your prescription and have it ready in pick up in 20 minutes! They will even send you a text message alert. Do a little shopping while you wait, or pick up some in-store Starbucks. And don't forget to enroll in Pharmacy Rewards. Fill 5 eligible prescriptions and get a certificate for 5% a day of shopping at Target. read more

This target is usually great, but they did really irritate me today. Being the day before Halloween it is unusually busy and the lines were long with only 3 cashiers. I was looking for a specific item that I couldn't find, so when I got to the the cashier, after waiting 10 minutes in line, I asked if they had the item since there was a cartwheel coupon for it. The cashier instructs me to ask the other cashier that works in customer service who tells me they are in athe back of the store and I can go get it myself. First issue, after standing in line for 10 minutes I expect that they will go get it for me instead of instructing me to go all the way to the back of the store to get it. I run back there to get it and when I return to the cashier instead of taking me next I'm instructed to get back in line to now pay for my items, which took another 10 minutes. Having an infant at home that needed to nurse, I was in such a hurry by the time I got to the register again that I forgot to use my cartwheel coupon. Then when I said I forgot to give her my cartwheel coupon she said you can go to customer service again, which would have been a waste of more of my time.
