Bought a target gift card for my granddaughter's birthday was worth $50 it was compromised. Went to target with the receipt to show them they were no help and told me to The number on the gift card for help. Now it's going to take two weeks for them to review it and get back to me if I get my money back or not ... I will never buy a target gift card again what a joke highly recommend that nobody buys a target gift card. read more

Target - This is my receipt and the gift card - Department Stores Near Me - Lake Elsinore, California

This Target is now a child grooming center. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have "tuck friendly" swimwear designed to look like little girl bathing suits with extra fabric for little boys to hide their private parts. read more

Great customer service at this location. Of course I am a Target girl so it's easy for my to like this store! Starbucks inside could be cleaner, but that's not on Target. Drive-Thru pickup is always fast and they're always super nice. Haven't had a bad experience here, ever. read more

*** Pitstop Review (Lake Elsinore) *** I lost my sunglasses somewhere and decided to make a quick stop here to get a cheap replacement. Gotta say, there are some areas that gives me a positive vibe and this place is it. Here's what liked... * Love the easy puil-thru and plentiful parking! * This seems like a super Target because the place is huge! * Everybody is really happy from the store patrons to the employees. It makes for such a pleasant shopping experience! * Very clean inside and outside! Here's what I didn't like... * Nothing comes to mind. read more

the shelves are never ever really stocked. 99% of the time, nothing i want/need is there even though the app says it is. i have worked at Target before, do not @ me. the staff is always short / rude with people, especially the customer service counter. even pre-covid. i miss working at Target. 10/10 a job I would have again. all in all, 1 star because Bullseye's playground is ALWAYS stocked. read more

This Target is okay. They have the older carts, and today when I went in there weren't very many carts available. A woman next to me mentioned it to the Customer Service girls and one of them yelled over to her, "Don't even talk to me about this...we know." Well all righty then. When I was checking out there weren't enough cashiers (something I usually only have to deal with at Walmart), and by the time I got up to the register the girl checking me out was just throwing my stuff in the bags. She took a card I was buying and threw it down in the bag, then she took some canned stuff and threw that in on top of the card. I had to stop her, and she said, "Oh look the card bent." When I went out to the parking lot a young man was gathering carts...verrrry slowly. He did not look very happy to be out gathering carts. I have some advice for him...be happy you have a job!!! Oh well, not like I won't be back, but sometimes I just shake my head at these young people and their laziness. read more

Although the store was clean and well-stocked, a dedicated cashier should always be available for purchases. I purchased $100 of Baby food--and a cashier without her light-on APOLOGIZED to other customers for continuing to wait-on me when they requested her help mid transaction. Screwy transaction. Is a $100 sale worth five minutes of employee labor? Maybe I should just buy these products from Costco Online--with free delivery to my door and a 30% reduction in price! Just sayin'... A receipt which does not include UPC's--and provides only an item number and a one word description of an item--is useless because the charges are unreconcilable. read more

Been coming here for years , and never had any issues. But some punk kid, Jeremy caught an attitude with me because they brought me the wrong car seat, they brought me out a car seat that wasn't even close, that's fine! They were fixing my order. But when I asked what happened to my item, I was told they don't know. Also, fine! So I simply asked girl (don't know her name but her service was perfectly fine) what the managers name was . Clearly triggering the little boy in the background. We get it, you've got a crush, but chill buddy. Jeremy decides to throw a comment my way "it's because he doesn't understand how retail works!" And I simply asked him "are you talking to me bud" he replies back "uh uh uhmmm" "Are you talking to me about what you just said ?" And he proceeded to hit me with a "if I was talking to you, you would have know" and walks away. All the confidence while outside. So I follow him in, ask him his name , and I spoke to Andrea about it. I could be wrong but she gave me the impression that nothing will be done about it. It's all good, won't shop here again, and I'll also be contacting corporate about Jeremy . Crazy thing, is I've had many interactions with him as a cashier and he was great, today he tried to show off. I'll be holding this manager Andrea accountable. Nothing was done To compensate for our inconvenience either. You guys throw these gift card around but tonight I got nothing but petty shade for spending over $300 with your company. I was better off going inside of the store and buying it myself. Would have saved me time and stress. Do better. read more

Service was great they had all the items I needed and I only had to make one stop. Thanks Target. read more

You need to teach your employees the difference between an executive order and the LAW, forcing a mask is NOT A LAW and it cannot be enforced on customers. Masks also cannot be enforced on those with disabilities, and you also have no right to ask what disability I have. So stop having your employees at the front telling people they have to wear one WHEN WE DONT. You guys are blindly following what the governor says with no actual understanding of HOW THE LAW WORKS. read more

I went to this location to pick up a few items even though the Menifee Target is my usual store.I saw a woman ask if they had any empty boxes that she could use for moving because she had gone to Walmart and they wouldn't give her any. The staff was so amazing and went out of their way to give them to her. I have always been loyal to Target because no matter which one I go to the staff is always so nice. I can't say the same for Walmart and it's nice to see examples like this to prove that Target is awesome. read more

By far the worst target in lake Elsinore, some employees are just horrible, and the manager a little worse. Couldn't be more disappointed, if I'm being honest I felt racially profiled. They told me that they couldn't accept my I.D. Because it's from Mexico. My matrícula consular that was issued to me here in the US, I've never had a problem with my ID before. So now all of the sudden it's a problem and not to mention that there were people behind me listening to what the manager and employee had told me, using really loud voices. Anyways I stopped coming here, the one in corona is so much better !!! (: this one sucks. read more

Just left the store and wanted to let it be known that DEVA was an excellent help! she stopped what she was doing, walked us to where she knew an item was and even offered to check in other locations and report back to us! We have certain places for certain things. Target is my household goto place and we get our perception filled here. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and Doug always addresses us when we walk up as the if we were old friends. I like that the floors are clean and not thrashed with items all over the place. I use to be a Kmart shopper for clothing but I have found that target has stepped it up for all ages and sizes. Glad it's not a dollar store because I would be broke!! LOL read more

I can't stand every returning something here. First they make you feel like you've stolen something even with me having my receipt. The girl doing returns Vanessa couldn't of been more rude.. she doesn't even hi anything.. I had asked her a question she mubbled something under her breath as if I was worth her time. Don't work at place like that if it's such a hassle to you! read more

Went into Target tonight. The cashier Adele was super sick. She blew her nose right in front of me and was coughing. She was obviously extremely sick. She should have not been at work. I was super discussed and upset that Target would let one of their employees work that sick. That is how illness is spread. She was handing me back money and touching all the food I had just got. She didn't have anyway to wash her hands after she blew her nose and cough. read more

Love target. Good prices. Always clean. Workers are aways friendly and willing to help. Every now and again a little allusive lol. But still good read more

Lake Elsinore doesn't deserve such a place. It's too nice and too clean and too bright. All those zombies look way worse when they step foot into this Target. But I digress... What I really like about this store is that they hold an annual Christmas shopping day for Special Ed kids from local schools. They open a little early so the kids have free reign over the store and can shop with relative ease. I've been to the last three. They even give the kids some freebies. It's a great gesture and I know the kids love it. How could you not like a place like this? Remember folks, this is a national chain. Yet, they take the time to make it feel like a local store. Always a fan... read more

Even though this isn't a Super Target, it's still a large Target w/a good selection of products. The staff is friendly and does a good job of keeping the store clean & the aisles free of litter & misplaced items. Another plus is that this location has a Starbucks & sells Pizza Hut items in their snack bar. The highlight for me is that they have the best popcorn. :) read more

Everyone is always so helpful and awesome. I'm that person that always uses the self check out and the machines always hate me. But the employees are always friendly and helpful. And Jess...what can I say. She is just straight up AWESOME! If she's working, then you known it will be a great shopping trip. Only issue is they SUCK at restocking and reordering. But that is a management issue. Oh and their carts are a little jenky. But employees on the floor are great and always helpful!!!! read more

I have lived in Lake Elsinore for nearly 3 years and watched this Target in particular in its stages of construction to finish. I really have no complaints in its services and products; its a very roomy store, well lit and clean. My only complaint in this store is the messy and dirty food court. In all fairness there has not been one Target that has had a clean food court. I could never figure out why a store like Target would have dirty tables, food, napkins and straws on the floor? I've seen some of the nicest, cleanest and well organized Targets only to find the food courts... nasty! Lake Elsinore Target would get a 5 Star if it were not for the unclean food court. I don't blame the employees, but I would say management or corporate can certainly do something. read more

Great store. Well put together. Items were well stocked and neat. Super appreciated. Went on a day where it wasn't real busy so I scored big time. Not one for crowds of people falling over themselves thru the aisles. The girls at the Starbucks yesterday were really nice & made my drink BOMB. Thank you. What a great way to end my shopping spree after having a deplorable experience across the street at Ulta. read more

Love this particular Target!!! I have been to many all over and this one by far has the best cashiers!! The store itself is usually pretty clean and orderly, but could stand to have a little bit more love!!! HOWEVER, the cashiers make up for what the store lacks in looks...lol!! I love shopping here and prefer this store to the one in Menifee and Hemet! read more

BRANDI who served us food at the Pizza Hut was extremely rude. I ordered my combo. Was confused about why it was so much, repeated my order to make sure it was correct, which it wasn't, in which she proceeded to not say a word to me throughout the rest of the transaction seeming annoyed that I corrected her , not even a thank your or your welcome at the end of the transaction when I said thank you despite her being extremely rude. Cmon target, I know this is lake Elsinore, but NO customer service here. read more

Today I called in to see if they had a product I've been searching for that my daughter asked Santa for Christmas I live in Santa Ana and her Godmother lives in Lake Elisore she told me I'll see they have it at my Target. I did one better I called ! They had it I asked if I can place the product on hold. They said yes! So late that evening she goes and they told her they no longer have it!?? Yet I placed it on hold they reassured me that they can hold it until close time. Might I add i went before closing time. All they could tell me was they have another shipment in. It's irritating because now I have to wait and possibly not get her that gift! #dontoverpromise #shithappens read more

Very nice Target. Its is one the cleaner stores I have been in. Staff is very friendly. I wish this store was closer to my house.

I'm a big fan of Targets. This Target looks like one of the newer ones. It's large and spread out. I prefer the multistory Target stores with escalators for the carts. Like many Targets, this store has a Starbucks inside it though there is a actual Starbucks store within the same lot. Location/Parking: Easy to find off the 15 Freeway. Plenty of parking. Service: The people are very friendly and informative. Returns are really easy. You can return things without a receipt as long as you have the credit card you bought it with. I was able to return something in less than 3 minutes. read more

Target always has every item I need plus the prices are amazing and totally worth it They also returned an item I had the other day with no receipt which makes me feel like they treat every customer like a loyal customer even though I spend thousands every year here at the store I still really appreciate when they go above and beyond customer service read more

Ok target you guys are falling so far behind all these new stores are coming up near you you have not a chance and I have the same because politeness in this is Target in Elsinore off of Collier lacking they use to have awsome enthusiastic team members but not So Much Anymore every time I go in there now and it's very rare used to go there all the time I don't I have now I have options I don't have to go to just them but I do go there occasionally and let me tell you it's always the same story their employees don't even acknowledge you you go up to the register they don't even say hello there very there just very rude it's a wonder why I still go in there occasionally for the little things that I do by but I'm pretty much to the point where I'm not going to go there any all anymore they have their poor team members they just don't know how to behave they're not nice they're not polite. read more
