Target used to my go to and a must for weekly errands. I know they are going through renovations and have a lot going on, but the customer service has been lacking. The last few times I've been in the store, I have not had a good experience. Today, I went in and had a pleasant interaction at Starbucks. Started my shopping knowing my main item would be in the tech area. I arrive and look around for someone to assist Me. I stood at the counter, walked around the area, called Target from my phone and could not get an answer. After about 20 minutes, I walked until I found an employee. She called on the walkie and someone finally showed up. He seemed irritated from the get go. I was as pleasant as I could be and told him what I was looking for. He opened the cabinet, handed me the package and rang me up. I was a little concerned and wanted to make sure the item was correct. So, I unpackaged and tested it and sure enough, it was the wrong Item. At this point, he was out of sight! Instead of continuing my shopping as I had planned, I ended up at customer service for a refund and took my business to Walmart. The experience was night and day as I was greeted and helped immediately with a smile and thank you! I went to the website to provide this review/ feedback and it kept rerouting me so that was another frustration. I hope my local Target can do better! read more

This was a typically wonderful Target when it came to products and selection. However, we visited as soon as it opened on 28 Aug 24 and it looked like I just missed a big party there. Every clothes section had clothing and hangers on the floor. Items were on the wrong racks. Shelves were disheveled. Trash on the floor. There was someone buffing the tile floor though. It was such a mess that were I shopping alone, I would have left without purchasing anything. I've worked retail before and customers sometimes leave a mess. But staff never would have left a store in that condition for morning customers. read more

Not sure about the the negative reviews. Everyone seems to be nice and they are doing an excellent job considering supply chain and attrition issues. Never had a problem with returns. I set my expectations that it will be consistent with the Target brand. Overall good experience. read more

I have some mixed emotions about my experience at target. I felt really disrespected and was spoken to in a very demeaning way by the guest service members at this target location. I feel as the customer asking a simple question about my return shouldn't be answered with attitude and by employees who have no composure.... I asked to speak to a manager and he was short, rude, and seemed to be bothered by me. I asked for his name and he seemed hesitant but said "Frank". I understand they see ppl everyday, but I was trying to be calm and polite, but I don't think it would've mattered when dealing with him. read more

Was there today, women's clothing, men's clothing and shoes looked like a hurricane had come through, everything was just a mess, very disorganized and product was strewn everywhere. The makeup section for ELF looked like it hadn't been stocked. I'm hoping this is a temporary issue. read more

The team who does drive in deliveries is on top of it! I never have to wait long. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and everything is pretty well stocked. This is one of my favorite targets to go to. read more

The seasonal section of this target is absolutely incredible, no words could even describe the pleasure and fun I had browsing the isles of this target and the seasonal section was out of this world, the staff member that helped me out I believe her name was "Liz Miller" she was just absolutely so kind and the most helpful person ever and deserves a RAISE!!! The Women's section leaves a lot to be desired. It's close to 100 degrees and I'm seeing long sleeves and long pants galore. The bathing suit area is one small rack with nothing for a young woman. Very depressing considering it's hard enough to find clothes when you're "plus sized". read more

I purchased an expensive camera at this store and am very happy with it. So, when we needed a new tv, it was only logical to shop this same store. We purchased a tv and upon getting it home (45 min drive away), realized it was damaged to the point of no return. We returned it the next day to find that they did not have another in stock. This meant an additional 30 min. drive to the next Target to get the same tv. Without having to ask, our sales guy Jared fixed the situation so that we walked out of the store with a new, perfect tv and no hassle of having to drive to another Target. His knowledge was vast about the tv's and his customer service is what will keep me as a loyal customer to this location. read more

Shopped at Target on Friday, May 30, 2014; what a pleasant and relaxing shopping experience that was. I asked one of the pharmacist the location of a store shelf product. She gave me the information and even left the pharmacy area to locate the item for me. While in the store, I needed to get a bridal shower list printed, a young man who was busy stocking shelves in the ares near the pharmacy, stopped what he was doing and walked me to that area. I told him how nice of him to do that and how I was enjoying shopping at Target. I and my granddaughters were in Target on yesterday, again the shopping experience was so pleasant. Happily I say good-by to Walmart. Target's cashiers are quite friendly also. My niece told me last year that I should start shopping at Target. I say to her, THANKS!!! Made a mistake today. Went to Target. I wanted a DVD player and found one on line at Target - could order on-line and pickup at the local store today for $149 - store had them on hand. Decided I would just go down to the store and buy it. When I got there (very crowded) the shelf price was $249. So I took it to self-scanner that said $189. Asked an associate if the store would match Target web price - he didn't know and wasn't interested in finding out. Went to service counter (misnamed) and waited for a long time. Occasionally Target personnel would come up to the counter - not to the line I was in - wait on one person and then leave with people still standing in line. After a very long time the clerk on my line finished with one person and then left and did not come back. I finally gave up - I don't know if they match prices with their website or not, but I am not going back. read more

I've been shopping at this Target for around seven years now. I've never had a bad experience until the other day. Jasmine is the rudest person I've ever encountered at this location. She lacks any customer service skills and is not a friendly person. She acts like she has a chip on her shoulder and seems to be a generaly angry person. I expect that type of service at Wal-Mart not Target. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location if she's still employed at this location. People have a choice as to where they shop and I choose to shop where I'm treated with respect. It seems like she's forgotten that by me spending my money, it ensures a paycheck for her. Have shopped this target several times some good experiences but most were not, was there Friday with my 4 1/2 year old grandson to purchase him a new bike for being the STAR student of April at his pre-school. He saw a Nita Turtles bike on desplay and wanted that bike, I wanted to make sure it was the correct size, one team member tried to help us but another (I believe his name was Brett) refused to take the bike down, (the store had no other 16" bike assembled in the store, I called Target customer support line and the team member there tried to help and asked me for the store number, at that time Brett came by and I told him I was on the the phone with their corp customer service and I needed the store number he was very cocky about it and gave to me, then the customer guy asked to speak with him I gave him my phone and he still refused to get the bike down. He finished talking and handed me my phone say "here" I could tell he was pissed off . We left the store without purchasing the bike, a helment, or the other items my woke wanted in all $200 in purchases. Went to Toys R Us and was in the store for less than one hour and a nice young man got down several bikes some 14" and some 16" we left with a 16" Turtles bike. I guess you see the difference between a retailer that provides customer service and cares and one that don't, this could be why Target has been closing stores, and don't forget about the breach of customer credit card info not too long ago.
