The store is a bit cluttered…read more(particularly the upstairs portion) but it was great to see the full-sized nursery sets in person rather than online. My frustrations: - Staff is incredibly rude/speaks down to you. - Staff/store processes appear very disorganized and unsure about their offerings. Wrote my order on a sticky note/piece of paper and lost it twice in the matter of 15 minutes. Example of rude staff: First, I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. Fine there, no issues, ordered plenty enough in advance. At the 8-9ish week mark, I called and checked for an update. I was told Million Dollar Baby had a nationwide outage and they can't check anything. (That's also fine, I get it) However, the staff made me genuinely feel like a bother for calling and asking, and I felt like an inconvenience. The lady on the phone repeated herself about 6 times when I kept saying "okay, understood, thank you" and just kept emphasizing that it wasn't their fault. I wasn't rude, didn't question anything beyond the estimated delivery date, and was genuinely confused. From point of order, I was told many times their delivery driver would call me with a quote so I could decide on delivery including assembly, or pickup. It took until week of delivery to get that quote so I was then stuck with a choice made for me. Two and a half weeks before delivery, Rolly's called me and told me the delivery was ready. A week of silence went by, so I called to find out when delivery would occur (we are working folks and don't just have people home on demand) so we can be prepared. Again, made to feel like I absolutely just ruined their day by calling, I was told I'd hear something later that day. Never did, took another week and a half and two more phone calls with the rude staff. The customer service absolutely is bottom of the totem pole. Nick the delivery driver, once he was given my contact information from Rolly's, was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional at delivery. For spending over $4K in one visit, even if I was spending $4, bare minimum expectation is always kindness and decent customer service. For these reasons, I will not recommend Rolly's, nor will I be returning. I have told several expecting families it is not worth the hassle, and to just not bother with Rolly's. There are several comparable boutiques in the Triad/CLT area that are comparable in product offerings, that care I'm an actual person and not an annoyance, that I recommend instead. Thanks, but no thanks.

The only options I am given are to drive 30 minutes to the store to get the dvd or a refund. This was our fist visit to this location and it will be our last to any Once Upon A Child ever. Once Upon A Child is a reseller of children's clothes. They also have a few toys and strollers and such, but the real content is the clothing. The brands they sell range from Ralph Lauren to Walmart and everything in between. The clothing we found was in very good shape, much of it like new. Prices tended to run (for the 3T sizes) around $2.50 to $4.50 per item. Very good when the child grows out of things so quickly that you never stop buying more clothes. The problem, though, was not the inventory, but the people. The employees are guaranteed to ignore you and not smile. They are either talking to each other or talking on their cell phone in casual conversations while they move clothes around. When we took our items to the counter, there were eight employees there, some behind the counter, and some in front. I know there were eight because we stood there for so long with nobody acknowledging our existence that I had time to count them a few times. There was no other customer up there, just my wife and I and eight employees. I asked if we were in the right place to check out (it's the only counter in the store) and one of the ladies who had been moving things around came to help. She was polite, gave us a smile, and checked us out. I would never return.

The staff is always so pleasant and helpful and greets me every time I enter the store. I think this store is very clean, organized and has lots of options for babies and children. My favorite items are the one piece pajamas with double zippers. Makes getting children dressed and undressed a real breeze! They have cute designs and new arrivals every season so I always look forward to that. They have a sale of some sort going on at all times in store and online, on top of their clearance items available in the back. There's also a section for toys, backpack and shoes. Not a big selection but still enough items to choose from and be satisfied. You can earn points for every purchase and if you download the app there's even more ways to earn. I used curbside service once and that was very helpful! Will definitely shop here again!

They have a huge clearance section where everything is an additional 20% off the ticketed price. I just didn't have a TON of time to browse but I will definitely be back soon to get some cute stuff for baby #2- which we didn't find out the gender of!!!

I have a picky daughter and she found an outfit here that was stylish and not crushing on the pocketbook. Place is huge - they do need to fix their outside entrance - had to walk through JC Penney's to get in - yellow police tape over their outside entrance. We (my wife an I) planned a weekend trip around visiting this store, as they do not offer an online shopping experience, like other larger retailers. We drove from Charlotte to Winston Salem (approx 1.5hr) to search out this H&M location. For starters, the mall is very "old". The stores on the ground level each have two entrances one from the parking area, and the other is inside the mall. The mall itself is a long strip mall, which is divided in two sections - The North Mall and the South Mall. I will write about the mall in a different review. Back to H&M. It is filled with great values, good selection of clothing and the service was very friendly. The staff was presented a picture of what we were looking for which was shown online, they were able to produce that item quickly and it was very reasonably priced. Again, they do not offer an online shopping experience, they just have a few items featured on the website which are offered in the retail stores. The men's section was disappointing for me, as they did not offer my size, Obviously, I am not one of their customer's core audience, so I will not rate the experience based on my own personal shopping, as I am either too old, or too fat, but now that I think about it, I may be both. Just for an fyi, the women's section is on the lower level, the men's section is on the upper level. If I were in the area, I would stop by again, however as my wife assured me, I would not be required to make the drive again, just for this store.....(whew) For those that are close......happy shopping.
