Target is good for certain items but more expensive than Walmart. I think their longfellow line of clothing is good. Their up and up brand is similar to Walmart's equate brand however, with the Target Red card its cheaper on some products.Service at Target is usually spot on and they keep the lines moving at least at this location. Was in the area and came here looking for a clothes iron and an ironing board to buy. Lots of parking in a large lot that is shared by all of the neighboring businesses in the same strip mall that Target is in. This Target seems to be a very popular and busy store. I walked around in the store, and apparently passed the part of the store where the irons and boards were located. I stopped to ask an employee where these items were, and told me where they were. His directions were perfect, because I found the section quickly. I noticed how clean and organized this store was as I walked through it. Surprisingly, there were various clothes irons on the shelf, with a wide variety of of prices. They all looked like they were of good to great quality, so I chose the one that I thought would be best for me. There was only one ironing board, and I picked that up too. Checking out was easy; I did self check out. A helpful employee came by, thinking I needed help checking out. Actually, there was a pop up screen that asked me if I wanted to pay extra for an extended warranty, and I was thinking about whether or not it was a good idea to get it when the employee came to me and asked if I needed help. Love Target, so this review has nothing to do with Target. And everything to do with Consumer Cellular. IF I could, I would give ZERO stars. It turns out after having consumer Cellular for 4 months, one of the two phones in our plan wasn't even activated in their system. On the phone with customer service for 4 hours and now that I want to switch back to my original provider MetroPCS, my phone is locked. And the only way to unlock it is to either reinstate my consumer cellular account for 30 days or buy a new phone. This company is the absolute worst! I never should have switched to save a a little bit of money, which turns out I wasn't really saving at all. And the company (supervisor ) doesn't even have the decency, to apologize for the inconvenience. MetroPCS, my phone carrier for 20 years was always excellent. Always had full bars. Never dropped calls. Month to month. And $55 for two lines unlimited everything! So if anyone reading this is contemplating switching providers, think twice about Consumer Cellular. Their main issue is having employees who have no idea what they're doing. The other thing is that the signal is extremely low so many dropped calls. They don't have their own towers they use other phone carriers. So of course I wasn't about to pay for another month of this horrible company, so I opted to get another phone. I had to pay for a brand new phone!! So, I'm out the cost of 2 new phones, paying for Consumer Cellular, and paying for new service. So, it ended up costing: About $400. Probably one of the worst Targets. The worst most unhelpful employee in the Electronics/media section. I wanted a CD that was released a few days ago and the CD section at this store is always terrible. They never stock them on the shelves. I will check the website to see if it's in stock. It's a pain they keep everything in the back so you HAVE to ask a staff to help you get it. Usually the staff will help me get an item from the back or at least go check on the back. But this time, a male staff refused to. I showed him the app that showed this store's available inventory. He had the nastiest attitude and said that means they don't have it. He wouldn't even go check and just waved me off. I come to this store a lot and I check the store inventory online. They never stock the shelves but will help me check if I ask. But not this staff. I was upset by his attitude and this caused me to drive to another Target. Where there was a wonderful staff who was able to find me the CD in the back when I asked. I think he was just unwilling to help and wouldn't help me locate an item even though they clearly had it stocked. Thankfully I found the CD elsewhere. Stay away from this Target if you need any help at all. I was able to get great service at the Alpharetta Target. read more

For some reason, this store refuses to provide assistance in the men's clothing department. I have been there several times and not once has there been an employee available to help. Today, I called and spoke to a manager about the issue. He told me that there was always someone in or near that department. He even told me that there had been someone there all morning. I had spent more than half an hour looking for an employee only minutes earlier. read more

This target is centrally located to all retail stores. Upon entering the store it appears this location is big and has the Starbucks within the store. I had to go in to get a snack and see how the layout of the store was. One thing I like about Target is the inclusion of healthy foods and drinks. Unlike my local Target the food section all the way past the skin and hair products. So you have to walk a way to get to the food aisles. The cashier was super nice and very relatable. In addition, they had my favorite items in stock. No matter the location, I always love the Target essence and aesthetic. read more

What they don't say is that after 15-20 days Your Data slows to a Crawl. Then they go from a 25.00 plan to my bill being 62.00 a month . When addressed they say we just added 5 .oo because Your Data was over , I told them after it happened 5-6 times to just not allow data when mine runs out. Usually I gave great service here and I understand it's Christmas but the woman at the "pick up" customer service desk was extremely rude. So busy looking at a single item (plush cat she couldn't find on her phone) to restock she couldn't be bothered with customers. There appears to be an area for "pick up" and one for returns but she looked at me like I lost my mind when I dare walk in front of her. Only response "line is over there". Not sure when target became Walmart but at the Johns Creek location it has happened. Hope Publix is not next. read more

I like this Target. It's clean and organized and the associates who I come in contact with are always pleasant. I especially like how they didn't slack off on the Covid-19 practices like a lot of other businesses have done. They still have an associate at the door cleaning and wiping carts and offering one to customers who enter. I appreciate that. Also, everyone had on masks appropriately. I can't give 5 stars because they will be out of items (not Covid related) that I need. Overall, I'm good with them. read more

Too bad finding a Target is rare now. Many have closed down but I still love them. This particular Target is my favorite. It's across the street from Whole Foods in Duluth/Johns Creek. Their selection is plentiful. Customer service is great at Target. Their makeup section has more variety than others. I love looking at greeting cards. Another plus is their shoe selection. There are plenty of size 10 for women. My daughter is a lot taller than me and has huge feet and never has a problem finding shoes here. My SIL also wears size 10 and told us that Target, in general, has stylish shoes for big feet like them. In the food section, I like to grab some of the healthy goodies. I like going to target and especially searching for their yellow tag clearance. Its always a pleasure to shop here since its peaceful and not utterly crowded. You get everything if you visit the super center but the regular Target does not have a huge fresh produce section which is alright sonce you still do get the basics. They bave a great collection of toys section amd always something on clearance too. The bakery has yummy cakes and I like it more then many of the bakeries around. Again the bakery is only available at the super target and not regular target . Over all i prefer coming here since my kids are smalland easier to browse here. And their carts are also pretty smooth to maneuver. read more

Terribly managed store. I had a 15% off coupon for items left on my registry. It only took it off one of my items instead of all of the items. I went to customer service right after and the Manager Lisa said I don't owe you another 15%. Extremely unprofession. The customer service lady even agreed with me, but said she can't override what her manager said. I called the customer service line when I got home and they did honor the 15%. Took 5 minutes for them to figure it out. I was at the store for a half hour arguing with them. Never going back to this location. read more

Well went back last night and the floor manager was the rudest person. Kept arguing with me about my target red card. We were part of that whole fraud fiasco, so now I don't use a red card anymore. So customer service said just to show them the card and they will manually put in 5% discount. Well for the longest time she can argue with me and saying I should have a temporary slip. I told her I don't have a temporary slip I just have the real thing so she had to contact another manager held up the line for about 15 minutes then another manager came along and said I was right. She had the biggest thing he has yuckiest attitude. She couldn't figure out how to take 5% off of $500 so I did it myself and showed her what the answer was. Then she stomps a discount into the keys as if they were punches to my face, then storms off. Hate my local target. read more

Manager L*** and lost prevention T***** admitted that cashier Raquel violated a store policy by opening my bag and "checking" for additional security tags. I hadn't even left the register or slid my card. I had a vacuum, 3 super cheap items, and 2 additional items still in my cart to be purchased with my HSA. Sadly Beverly in returns was having a bad day today and it showed. Today we had a return but also bought items that needed to be rung up. She was pretty put off with the whole thing. My mother always said it's just as easy to be pleasant as it is to give someone attitude and it makes for a much happier day for everyone. Target as always been my go to place especially this target but about couple of days ago I went in to make a return on a shirt and one of the managers I believe her name is Lisa was very rude to me she kept telling me that my Red Card doesn't match the card on my receipt even though I kept telling her that I used it to purchase the shirt after about 10 minutes of arguing with her I ended up just leaving with the shirt. The workers at this Starbucks location are VERY rude!! Stopped by to grab an iced mocha, the girl that made my drink was extremely rude. She made the mocha hot to which I requested iced and when I corrected her (which I promise I was calm and nice) she sighed deeply paused and look at me as if the error was on my part or as if I was an issue. She was more concerned with talking to the lady that she knew that was ahead of me to which she also ended up making her drink incorrectly as well. She then grabbed another cup aggressively pumped syrup into it, basically threw the ice into my cup threw in the milk half way put the top on slammed it on the table and then pushed it toward me with the straw. The ONLY reason I DID NOT address the bad service with her is because of the virus and me not wanting to take my mask off in public. It was rude, I didn't appreciate it and the drink was horrible. Target is a store that is just no longer on my radar simply because whatever they have can be found at one of the stores that I regularly frequent for a better price. I happened to stop in today to look at their selection of Christmas trees and decor but found myself unimpressed. Yes, they had trees but while some of them were actually nice, others were relatively basic. They did not have any trees in urns, (nice decorative pots), which is a major decorating trend this season. I like the urn trees because they provide a nice polished look and you don't have to worry about adding a skirt. I am so over the country skirt look, get a mink or cashmere throw and wrap that sucker like it's cold outside!! Yes, Honey! Back to the urns: They are very easy to move and of course they stay balanced and will not fall over. They are perfect in smaller areas, on a porch, on elevated surfaces or as a safe option around small kids. I actually have four of them and they make my decor pop and were the ideal way to elevate my holiday decor. If you don't like the color of your urn, no problem just spray paint it to match your decor. On some level, I feel that Target has just given up and is slowly receding into the background. If you can't deliver during the biggest shopping season of the year, you're doomed! I do hope that 2018 is a better year! read more

Service associate was rude. I was looking for the pickup section, and saw a small sign next to a shopping cart. The associate, who was *not* wearing a mask, did not smile or ask me if I needed to pickup. After I looked around again 2-3x to make sure this was the right place, he just said "what? I went there to buy a tv and the girl with short hair said they don't have in stock and told me to go to Buford store to get it, when I got home I called them and ask for the availability of the same tv and the guy said they do have it in stock, now I can't buy it because it's too late and they're about to close. It's always clean, well organized, has a Starbucks, and you can usually checkout very quickly.
