This store need a quadruple minus 1 star. When ever I come in here it's always the same. The line is always long, with one person at a register, and the store is filthy. They always have boxes in the aisle that have merchandise in them that haven't put on the shelves. Paper or items are on the floors, where customers or children throw things around and the employees don't pick the items up. Which this may cause a safety hazard. It's like every time I visit this location, they always have a new crew. Why is it that they can't keep there employees? Corporate may need to look into the turn around rate at this store. What happened to this place? It used to be organized and clean. Now it's just a big mess, there's trash and gross stuff on the floor. Theres broken and opened things all over the place. It has definitely gone downhill. Overall, this is a good location, the store is perfect for anyone who is hosting a party and they need items that do not cost much, because in the end they will be just thrown out anyway. I read a few of the other reviews, personally I have not had any issues with the manager. Just this past weekend I stopped here because it was my child's birthday and she filled up foil balloons that I ordered elsewhere, as I needed a specific type of balloon, she just charged based on the amount off He (helium) that they required. I do agree, they could have more cash registers open during the busier evening hours. One or two cash registers just does not cut it, as this location tends to have more shoppers and lines can make wait times 5-10 minutes. However, can we really complain? After all, this is not some high end retailer, so I just deal with it. The best suggestion I have is to shop here during the off peak hours so checking out will be a breeze. More than once I asked "is this a dollar?" and yep, every single thing in this store is a dollar, though staff joked that they could charge me more if I liked. Always full of cool fun quirky stuff for only 1.00!! I mean, lets be honest.... how can anyone really go wrong? If you are looking for top of the line quality then clearly, this isn't the place but it definitely has stuff that works and gets you by. The lines to get very long at this particular location and sometimes the wait can get annoying. The staff is friendly for the most part. Some cashiers don't greet you with a smile (which they ALL should) but it isn't the worst experience in the world. read more

This Dollar Tree is one of the worst I've ever been to! Now I will say this, it does have a lot of stuff that's hard to find at Dollar Trees but you have to really, really want to buy it. We got in line behind a woman buying over a hundred items, which in itself isn't a huge deal. But the cashier was being extra slow, putting one item into one a bag at a time. The lady was trying her best to move him along, even encouraging him to fill the bags all the way to hurry him up. He moved at a snails pace, meanwhile the line behind us grew to over 10 people. There was another register open, but that line had just as many people. After almost 20 minutes in line, a third cashier magically appeared from the back to open a third register. But by that time, the lady in front of us was almost done and there was no point to move lanes. Geez that dude needs a serious refresher course on being more urgent. read more
