I was in target getting my weekly necessities with my two boys. My boys wander off to the toy section, I don't think much of this because they're young and they just want to have fun, but they are very respectful. I hear yelling across the store thinking my boys were miss behaving and acting a clown only to find out it was an Asian security guard yelling at my children telling them to get out of the store for just playing with light sabers in the toy isle. They are just boys wanting to be entertained while their mom shops for house products and food. It is unacceptable that I felt threatened and I can only imagine how my boys felt when the security guard was yelling at them and completely making a big deal out of something that I could have completely dealt with and told them to stop. This is unacceptable target! Please do something about this. read more

Normally we love going to this target but was disappointed the other night. My Bf went about 10pm to buy an Xbox one and found no one in electronics. Only saw 2 employees in the store at the registers. I understand they want to go home ASAP but if your open until 11pm then u should have more on staff. Needless to say he was disappointed so he went next door to Walmart and bought it there. Along with a game. Target missed a $500+ sale. read more

Very well maintained, with both a Starbucks and the regular Target deli w/ Pizza Hut. More as general review of all Target's, I have found that Target Red Card based off your bank account is one of the best money savers in retail. 5% off all purchases, all the time and this in addition to any other coupons or discounts. read more

By far my favorite target to shop at. The place is clean, spacious, organized, and has a sense of peace. Love the fact that everything I need (pharmacy, clothes, bathroom essentials, small furniture, and best of all, groceries.) But best of all, the workers there are so nice. No matter how many times I have been there, never met a worker that was unhappy. I will definitely continue shopping there. read more

Love it. This is my pharmacy as well as my preferred Target. Out of the two Targets that are closest to my apartment, this one takes the cake. It's bigger so it has a larger selection, and parking isn't as frustrating. Almost all products in stock at all times. Clothing selection varies because of the college area... you have to buy clothing pretty much right when they put it out or the popular sizes get sold right in front of your eyes. The pharamacists here (and at any Target Pharmacy I've experienced since I transfer often for necessity) are super knowledgeable and professional, and the transfer process is literally a snap. I go to both American superstores for certain things (you know...), but Target wins it overall. Sucks that the one from my childhood, Wells Road in OP, is closing down :( read more

This target is so bad. Their employees are not trained well. I had a manufacturer coupon and as usual in self check out, it did not scan. I'm fine with that because i expect every time because of Target's ridiculous coupon policy. So the self check out "assistant" comes over and scans it multiple times and it doesnt take. The manufacturer coupon says "available at Walmart" and he proceeds to say I cannot use it at Target. I asked for a manager and he refused. The restrooms are SO nasty. The TP dispenser are covered in something that is beyond disgusting and half the soap dispensers are now broken and removed. This store should be closed. read more

The optometrist department REFUSES to provide PD number, which is a measurement of the distance between your pupils. This is needed if you want to purchase glasses elsewhere. I find this a very customer unfriendly pose for these folks to take. Their stance is it keeps them from liability. So I am supposed to trust this place to make complex calculations on my eye prescription, but cannot trust them to accurately measure distance. This is a short sighted (pun intended) policy. They have lost me and my family as a customer through this policy and the two horrible interactions i have had with the staff there about this issue. read more

My go to store almost daily. Great grocery selection on left side entrance. The meats are always great. My only gripe is they seem to run out of my sizes in the clothing dept a lot. They need more medium and large sizes. Not everyone is an x small or small. In children's dept they have a lot of great choices but again seem to always be out of the med and larges. The one star off is got returns dept. Your only allowed so many returns or exchanges in one given month! That has only been an issue around holidays though. read more

This is the worst target the check out lanes are always slow and bathrooms always dirty. Needs better management.

I LOVE shopping Target. Target outshines Wal-Mart in every category, especially the quality of people who shop at Target. Don't like waiting in 30 minute lines and surrounding yourself with slack-jawed foul-mouthed idiots? Shop at Target. Great selection, great prices, and this is a SUPER Target. Grab your groceries and household items all in one stop. It is a bit overwhelming to walk into one of these stores. The wife and I walked in with a shopping list a mile long, and it took about 90 minutes to find everything on it. But we did find everything on it. At the right price. And not having to deal with the hassle of shopping at a Wal-Mart. Food was fresh, selection on every area was great, and the associates were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area. I'm always bummed that we don't have the Super Target in St. Augustine, but I will happily make two stops at Target and Publix to buy my groceries and household items than to make one horrifying stop at Wally World. Target has really gone down these past years, can't find one shirt with an American flag or the pattern or red white and blue. True shame

Bought a single item and proceeded to the self check out station and swiped my debit card. Two options came up on the screen: visa debit and us debit (???) And I asked the associate standing nearby which option I should pick for my debit card. She replied in a bored annoyed voice " I have no idea". Ummmm.....oookaaayyy. I'd like to think an employee tasked at working the self check out station would know how to answer a simple question but whatever. So I picked visa debit and it didn't prompt me for my pin# and the transaction went right thru. So I'm guessing that us debit will ask for your pin and visa debit works like credit. You should pass this little tidbit of info to your employees. read more

How excited was I when my husband and I moved to Jacksonville and I discovered a Super Target mere minutes from our new house??? We have been here many times picking up the essentials as we get settled. Even though there is a Super Wal Mart closer to our house, I'll still drive a little further for Target for the decorative items. read more

I love Target! This location happens to be conveniently located 15 minutes away from my residence. My fiance and I are constantly here for pretty much everything -- from groceries to electronics to clothes, and everything in between. It is situated at a busy intersection with other retail businesses nearby, which is helpful. I've been to pretty much every Target around the south side of town and this one is probably the cleanest and tidiest. read more

Nice store. Friendly staff. A little dirtier than other targets

Went to target for general shopping and to get something for dinner for a couple evenings. I bought nothing from the meat department. The store and department managers should be ashamed of themselves with all of the bad meat in the counters. Beef, pork, burger, turkey and bacon. Not one or 2 packages, but many, many packages. Once again I'm in line it's a Saturday evening at 7pm and there are 4 cashiers and 24 checkouts and all 8 express lanes were closed. Another customer was complaining outside and I told them it's always like that here. I downgraded my rating to 1 star. It doesn't matter how great the store is if I can't pay for things in reasonable time frame. read more

Several Months ago (Fall of 2017) the store on Beach Blvd and Hodges took away all benches that were near the restrooms in the front of the store. My wife uses on of the electric carts so these benches were critical for me, a senior citizen. I am very dismayed that my visits must be much shorter so I spend less money. Bring the benches back !! read more

love this target it has optical, a lil cafe and a starbucks! etc. as for this target the prices are lil average to pricey but its always fun shopping here. love their clothes here, we tend to go for mossimo and graphic tee brands. lol just one out of ten associates ask me if i needed help which i felt like i was ignored..the rest were pretty much tuned into stocking..but the cashiers are friendly :) we got our glasses at optical here and the lady with a cane was very helpful and nice to us. their cafe in target has good food, like their pizza. love the area this target is in beside micheals and on the other side walmart with some restaurants near it. if we cant find it at walmart, we always go to target! ;) read more
