During COVID, this Target became my saving grace. I have been using the drive up services and every single time I get incredible Target reps. The staff is on point, my orders are done perfectly, and the app is so easy to use. The way this is done here is efficient and a really great option for those that need to get shopping done but want to stay aware of the pandemic. Well done Target for really pushing a full team effort for great training and customer service that stands out from the rest. I am so impressed. Maybe not stock shelves during shopping hours or better yet not block the entire isle when I'm looking for something?? Did anyone even ask me if I needed help finding something? No of course not. In fact upon check out "Emily" never greeted me, barked out needing to see my ID for over the counter meds and nothing else. It's not like I'm expecting to have a full blown conversation, but at least give a little courtesy. Is that even part of training anymore?? You all forget something, without the consumer shopping in your store, you wouldn't have a job. No wonder more people are shopping online. read more

Ordered delivery as I have infant twins and cannot leave the house. Ordered was scheduled to be delivered between 11-12, got a text at 1130 saying it wouldnt be delivered until the morning and if this time doesnt work to call the delivery service. They werent helpful at all - hoping our order actually shows up in the morning . Id recommend just picking up your order or do Walmart delivery. They've always been on time as promised. read more

My wife and I constantly come here but felt I needed to leave a review because this is the second time we've been stuck in 20-30 minute traffic just to get out of the parking lot. There is only one way out of the plaza. I understand that's not specifically Target's fault but I'd wager that's who is generating 90% of this traffic. Nothing in stock , they have odd thing's in stock, nothing essential. When I went there today the cold section smelled pretty bad.

Target is always one of my favorite places to go shop,especially when it's in their $1- $5 section . Aside from clothing/sales racks being a little messy the rest of the store was immaculate. This target has a great selection of items. read more

It gets two stars because it's a Target. But other than that it's horrible. I once came here to return a jacket & bc the girl couldn't find it on my debit card she told me I "must not have paid for it" (umm okay??)....so I ran out to my car to check one more time for the receipt & whatdya know?! It WAS on the debit card that she "couldn't find it on"....also, they ALWAYS close ALL the self checkouts at like, 8:15 pm, which is almost two hours before they close. And then they literally have just one register open. It's extremely frustrating. read more

Apparently I've been negligent in my review duties. Yelp system reminded me I haven't done this one yet. Bad bad bad... I don't have any serious objections to shopping at this store in particular, or Target in general. Slightly better quality perhaps than at Walmart and prices sometimes a smidgen higher. This store has sometimes had clothes on the floor, or stuff jumbled up, but I've never found it as bad as some other reviewers have described. I've also worked in retail, so know how challenging it is for staff to keep things tidy. It's near impossible when some customers can't be bothered to pick up things that they've knocked off shelves or hangers. And lingerie is just a nightmare to keep organized. At least pick it up and drape it over a rail instead of trampling on it. People have looked at me as if I have five heads when I refold a shirt I've looked at or hung up a pair of pants that someone else dropped. Everyone should work a week in retail before they moan about the standards. Can't say I've noticed staff loafing around instead of doing their jobs, but if people see that consistently, then it's up to management to take some action. Do the customer surveys (retailers do pay attention to those things), or fill out a suggestion form, or ask to see the store manager and let them know you're disappointed. They don't like unhappy customers. The one thing I wasn't impressed by was the floor staff having their headphone sets on loudly such that customers hear private conversations. Those should be muted. Defeats the purpose of wearing headsets. We don't have a Target close to us, so either have to come up to Hooksett when we are doing a BJ's run, or go over to the Greenland store enroute to Portsmouth. Target is the primary retailer for Method Home products (cleaners, hand soaps, etc.). Other retailers have bits and pieces of the product line, but Target has everything, so we stock up when we go. They do carry a wide variety of other natural products as well as the usual big conglomerate stuff. They also have a refrigerated dog food that I like to use now and again, Freshpet. Lower prices than at some other places. read more

Very disappointed with the Hooksett targets customer service. I have had several bad experiences with returning faulty items or being overcharged gravely and treatment is rude and disrespectful. I buy things for hundreds of dollars each month at this target and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Their shoes and clothing departments are always under-stocked and incredibly messy. I only found one pair of jeans in my size, and I looked in every pile. The shoe section is an absolute disaster... not only are most of the shoes outstandingly ugly, but you have to wade through the disorganized array of shelves like a firefighter at a collapsed building and pray they have your size. Sometimes they don't have my coffee (Starbucks Columbian) and their new produce section is pretty sad. The toy section is in unbelievable condition. They sell every Barbie ever made from ages 1 - 90 along with all her boyfriends, children, cats, hair ties, and pairs of shoes. If you visit around a major holiday, expect all of the above only for it to be 5x worse. They have a pizza place inside which always looks sad. Why no Starbucks? Take a cue from the Target in Portsmouth, plz. Their bathrooms are clean and they have those super high powered hand cleaners which make my trips worthwhile. I love Target to death, I just wish this one would get its crap together. read more

Vermont doesn't have any Target stores, so the Hooksett location is the closest. I stop here usually when going to the Manchester airport. Great selections and great prices. I love Target's brand foods, especially the chips and snacks. Check this Target out! read more

Yes! They got Starbucks. Too bad they are the Slowest....starbucks....ever....inside a target. I know everyone has to start somewhere. With this store so close to Walmart, there should never be a question on where you should go. The Walmart down the street is the biggest shit show in town. This Target has never let me down, every time I order something from Walmart and I get the age old email that says my order is delayed, I cancel and order the same thing at Target and it's ready for pickup in 2 hours, and if it's not, they've shipped things to me for free to make up for it. The food selection isn't the greatest, but I like that they try, and you can still get many really good items, some that you can't even find at the grocery store, like little frozen Brazilian cheese breads. I am done with Walmart, Target is my go-to. I am even willing to pay a little more if necessary, to save all the aggravation I've suffered down the street. Order pickup at Target is a dream, there's never anybody in line at the service desk, they check your ID, get your order and you're on your way. Know how it works at that ridiculous place down the street?? You check in on your phone before you even get to the store, so you MISTAKENLY get fooled into thinking they're gonna be waiting for you with your order, but what happens instead is you get there, your name is up on the screen as having checked in, so you sit down and wait... And wait... And wait... And wait. Then you get fed up and yell over to the service desk, "hey do you think they know I'm here?", And they say, "oh sorry I didn't see you sitting there, come on over, your order is right here". Wow, so utterly inefficient, frustrating, and shows some real lack of intelligence and care on so many peoples parts. read more

I bought a 400 dollar drone at this location which, upon opening, I found did not charge or turn on. I returned the following week to return the drone and got my money back (I had no receipt so you get an extra star) . I then proceeded to buy an 800 dollar drone with a protection plan. I took it home and realized the box had been opened before. Missing from the box was the thunderbolt cable needed to connect an iOS device to the remote and a panel on the bottom was missing a screw, I noticed it was glued on to the drone. I know this is not the company which made the drone (DJI) as they are a very respectable business. I'm glad I bought a protection plan so I can go return this waste of money at a more reliable target. Do not buy ANYTHING of value here. read more

Do NOT work here. The store is always a mess, they expect you to clean and zone 3 - 5 aisles or areas in an hour and half before they complain and terminate you. The store is a mess because the team is lazy and doesn't take the time to ACTUALLY clean it. The shoes are the worst. They expect one woman to keep that train wreck clean AND work the fitting room AND keep the entire women's department clean. The team leaders are immature and if you see one (Sherry, Jim, Dan, Kathy) avoid them, they'll bug you to sign up for redcards and then the cashiers will bug you for redcards, then the lady at Guest Services will bug you for red cards. Theres an incredibly small produce section and there's only one or two cashiers on the floor. Don't work here, or they'll find a way to terminate you after they've had their fun backstabbing you. read more

I always shop at Target. For some reason, something about going into Wal-Mart gives me the heeby-jeebies and the people who hang out there are just, not a great crowd, so I always find myself wanting to avoid it like the plauge. This store is pretty nice. I agree with Whitney P. that the clothing and shoe departments are sometimes messy, and I often see the people who work in these departments hanging out by the fitting rooms chatting, when they could be making the store look more presentable. It doesn't have a Starbucks like the one in Bedford, either, which is a bit of a bummer. Their prices are competitive compared to Wal-Mart, often I find better sales at Target even. Whenever I go here, including when I went on Black Friday, the cashiers are always super bright and happy, and I never have to wait in a huge line to check out. I love Target, this one just needs a little better management. read more
