We had and idea of what we were looking for but Denise helped us make that decision even a little bit easier. Her knowledge of the products and brands were astonishing. She made sure all of our questions were answered and even made us very confident in our decision. While the store isn't your typical 110 furniture warehouse, they certainly have something for everyone! They were able to "work with us" on some pricing. While discussing price we learned about the organization and how much of an impact they are making on the community. It made us want to do business with them even more. Delivery day came and went off without a hitch. The delivery people were just as friendly as the sales team! Would go back and would recommend to all those looking for a great deal and a great buy while supporting the cause!

They also have parking right out front for loading your purchase if you need it. Most of the store is upstairs though the first level has the checkout counters, and the food section as well as a cafe where you can get drinks and hot dogs I believe. And Ice cream as well. Once you get upstairs you just have to follow the arrows on the floor and they have signs for what sections you're entering. For example, living room, bedroom, office, etc. I think the best part of IKEA is the layouts they have. They have bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, kitchens etc all set up different ways. It's great way to get ideas on how to set up your space. Of course there's also the full service restaurant on this level as well.

This is really the store to go to for main furnishings, not just decorative. But they do have incredible holiday/seasonal decorations. If you certainly do the heavy lifting and bring the large items home yourself but they also contract out to a third party that you can arrange for pick up and delivery too. This store has beautiful mirrors and wall art too. It's easier to find multiple pieces of things here, unlike homegoods where you'll find only one. So things like matching chairs, wall art, mirrors, lamps that you need multiples of, this is where to go.

For such a big place, the aisles could have been wider, especially considering they opened during the pandemic where we all need s p a c e. However, they have a lot of great things and if the checkout line wasn't long (everyone is so excited about this new place so they were all here), I probably would have chucked a few things in the basket to check out. It's definitely one of the go-to places I will check when needing homewares.

Only TheBreuerChair.com (orders fulfilled by Horizon) seemed to have these frames in stock. Online info is not always reliable, so I called Horizon to confirm whether this item was available for immediate shipment. The sales rep put me on hold while she checked with the warehouse. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes. Finally she assured me that these items were definitely in stock and would be shipped promptly upon receipt of my order. Did the frames include chair glides? No. So, she added 4 sets of glides to my order. I gladly provided my credit card info over the phone. Swiftly came the infuriating message that the chair frames were backordered and would take 10-12 weeks to fulfill. I balked about being misled, but owner Ben Z. apologetically explained that the items believed to be in stock were actually allocated to previous orders, and assured me that my credit card would not be charged until my order was ready to ship. I agreed to wait. 11 weeks later, my order (shipped by FedEx) finally arrived. Unfortunately the carton was badly damaged during transit. Apart from some loosely crumpled paper, its contents were not at all protected. While the frames were neither bent out of shape nor dented, I observed minor scratches and abrasions on all four pieces. This absolutely could have been prevented if Horizon had packed the order properly. Oh, that's not all. The 4 sets of single-prong chair glides were incompatible with these frames, which arrived with double-prong glides already installed. Rather than return the frames and then have to wait another 3 months for replacement, I opted to polish out the abrasions myself (I used a cloth buffing wheel + white polishing compound). Ben Z. offered to refund the $28 cost of the unneeded glides plus a 10% discount on the chair frames. I accepted. Wait! The story isn't quite over! Horizon eventually processed my refund, but not without additional rounds of email and foot-dragging. And then, my credit card statement revealed that [drumroll] Horizon charged DOUBLE for my order! Attributing the gaping overcharge to "confusion and error within our processing system," Ben Z. apologized and refunded the erroneous amount. No business is immune from occasionally botching an order, but there was absolutely no excuse for this debacle.

I wanted to take measurements to see if it'll fit in the house and order it As soon as I walked in, there was a male worker walking towards the door to leave. I repeated my question because I didn't get the whole sentence out and he said they are around the whole store. He didn't offer assistance although he turned around and did not leave the store. He started barking at other workers asking where people were and saying they were customers in the store. I walked around the store probably about 15 minutes. I stopped at the starlight couch for a good 5 to 7 minutes. No one ever approached, greeted or asked to assist. One worker was about 20 ft from me leaning on the wall. About 50 ft from that was three workers standing and just looking around. As I walked I probably saw about 8 workers in that store. Couch was poor quality anyhow I walked out. Of nearly ten stores, The Bedroom Source's service and selection stood out, as there was no rush or pressure and plenty of high quality curated furniture to choose from. Unlike other stores, the employees here were more consultative. We found an option we really liked and Kelly helped walk us through the process and expected delivery. She gave us great personalized service and was very communicative throughout the whole process. In the end, the recliner was delivered even sooner than original anticipated, and we are very satisfied with the quality. Even the delivery experience was positive -- I'd never seen such an upbeat delivery driver.
