Convenient but the lines are always insane. They only allow self checkout which is dumb!

The shelves at this Target store (long before the virus) are always empty and the store is always filthy.

1 STAR -- BUYER BEWARE: TWO MONTHS, SIX DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & A MANAGER WHO HUNG UP…read more If I could give Raymour & Flanigan zero stars, I would. I ordered a $2,400 bedroom set on July 4th. I was told it would be delivered in three days. Three days turned into two months. My complete order finally arrived on September 4th -- after SIX delivery attempts for FIVE pieces of furniture. Yes, you read that correctly. SIX attempts. Every time there was another excuse: there wasn't room on the truck, the delivery team was in New York instead of New Jersey, a piece was backordered, etc. Then one of the nightstands arrived defective. I actually tried to HELP them make the delivery process more efficient. I asked them to simply bring the final piece of furniture when they came to replace the defective nightstand, rather than making me take another day off from work. Apparently, coordinating two pieces of furniture onto the same truck was an impossible task. So, naturally, they scheduled another separate delivery. At this point, I had spent far more time waiting for furniture than anyone should ever have to. I repeatedly called and asked for compensation for the time I was losing from work because of their repeated delivery failures. I dealt with Mike Ross at the Deptford store, who apparently decided that my work schedule was now his concern. During our final conversation, Mike actually asked me where I worked, because, in his opinion, Raymour & Flanigan is open seven days a week. I'm still trying to figure out why my place of employment is relevant to Raymour & Flanigan's inability to deliver furniture. Apparently, because they're open seven days a week, I'm supposed to be available seven days a week too. Here's a novel idea: schedule the delivery you promised and actually show up. I finally became frustrated and raised my voice. After everything that had happened, I think I was remarkably patient. Rather than attempt to resolve the problem, Mike Ross hung up on me. Yes. A manager hung up on a customer. But here's my favorite part. Mike insisted that Raymour & Flanigan had already given me too much money back. Excuse me? I spent $2,400. I waited TWO MONTHS for furniture advertised as three-day delivery. I accommodated SIX delivery attempts. I received defective merchandise. I had to take time away from work repeatedly. And after all of that, I'm told I was compensated too much? That's quite a definition of customer service. The furniture may be attractive, but furniture isn't worth this level of aggravation. And when something goes wrong, the way a company handles the problem tells you everything you need to know. Raymour & Flanigan failed miserably. And Mike Ross's decision to hang up on a frustrated customer after two months of delivery problems was the final insult. People: there are plenty of furniture stores that want your business. Spend your $2,400 somewhere else. I certainly will.
