Everyone loves a good target. I appreciate that this one is off the beaten path so it usually is pretty un-crowded. They may not have some of the same items in stock as the bigger targets but I like wandering aimlessly in peace. Nothing worse than browsing target for things you probably don't need and having to dodge a bunch of people! I do wish they had self checkouts here though, as sometimes the lines get a bit long. read more

I'm still a huge fan of this store! I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady with shirt dark curly hair at costumer service today because she was incredible! She was so helpful and super friendly! She made my simple drive up to a pick up in store super easy and a positive experience! She was knowledgeable and was able to show me how to switch it easily and grabbed it for me quickly and seamlessly. Another win for this target! read more

The bathrooms are always gross. It's fine besides that but it really tampers the experience.

This store has no overhead music and no self check out. Lines are long and store is understaffed. Not a good combination to not have self checkout if your manager also won't staff the store read more

PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO STAFF KEY DEPARTMENTS! My husband and I stopped by this store while running a few errands. It is unlike any Target we have visited because their electronics section is oddly placed in the very back, middle portion of the store. I am simply accustomed to them being near the front. It was just different. As soon as you enter the store, you run into two huge collegiate displays which just seemed out of place. They should be at the rear of the store. When we arrived at the electronics department, we looked around for a power cord but could not even locate the section where they would typically be located. There was no employee in this department and there was another customer present and looking for assistance. I simply decided that we should leave because it would take a while to locate staff and then wait until the other customer was serviced. We simply had other options. This store was very "top heavy" which means that all of the employees seemed to be at the front of the store on registers. However, they neglected to staff the departments which is equally important. The entire time I was in the store, I did not see staff on the floor. During this very busy time of the year, stores must be adequately staffed so that customers are not inconvenienced. While I appreciated the registers being fully staffed, I felt that equal attention should have been given to key departments. read more

This is probably my favorite Target in Middle Tennessee. It's always stocked, clean, and well staffed. The best part? It's typically not busy AT ALL. It's like having my own personal Target store! It's also super easy to park (the spots on the side of the building are almost always empty). The staff at the Starbucks here are also top-notch. They make great coffee and are polite as can be. My friend ordered some thing at this target through the drive up pickup and we've been waiting here for over an hour. People who just got here are getting all of their things first and we ordered one item. It says the order has been processing for over an hour and we went inside to see what was going on and they said they were preparing it now and it would be ready soon, yet here we are still waiting another 30 minutes. We just talked to a woman and she says it takes 2 HOURS for the orders to go through. Would've been nice to know that before we placed an order and when my friend tried to cancel the order it wouldn't let her. read more

It's Target. You know what a Target is. If you're reading this, you clearly have internet access and live in the 21st century. You don't need me to describe the wares of Target. This one is laid out like every other Target in the Nashville area (that I'm aware of). The only difference I've noticed is that some are mirror images of others. On this one, when you walk in, the registers are on the left. Ta da! Now if you've ever been in any Target ever, I've just given you the magic key so that you know your way around this one. What makes this Target special is the fact that unlike any other Target in the history of anywhere ever...it's never busy. Never. Want to go shopping the day after Christmas? You'll have to wait behind a whopping 4 people. Want to go shopping on Black Friday? I'm sorry, but you're going to have to park 8 spots from the door instead of your customary 4. Seriously - no one is ever there. It would almost be creepy if it weren't so awesome - they always have multiple registers open, even on weeknights. If there were a Zombie Apocalypse (or an Undead-American Uprising, for the PCers out there), I'm fairly certain that it's unfrequented enough that you would be safe here... read more

Like other reviewers stated - it's a Target. It's clean. It has good stuff. What more do you need to know? That's about it, right? Well, not quite. I have to admit, I'm a couponer. Not the hoarding 10,000 bottles of BBQ sauce kind, but the one who likes really good deals on essentials like diapers and deodorant. And I can tell you from this standpoint, this is a fantastic Target. They are polite and helpful. They know the companies coupon policy. They never get upset when you pull out a stack of coupons. Of course, if you don't coupon, maybe you don't care. But it does speak well of their customer service. Other Targets in the area have been rude and unhelpful. They also don't seem to have high turn over so you'll see the same friendly face time and time again. read more

It's clean, most employees are nice, young cashier with super curly hair couldn't look me in the eye and thought it was acceptable to give my ONE year old a dirty look. She was nice to everyone around me, I'm friendly. Maybe it's an insecurity but she's lucky she was rude to me and not someone who would speak up and embarrass her. My trip was good and I was in a good mood until I encountered her. Maybe have her work on back stock instead. read more

Every time I come to this Target the staff have the worst attitude. Caroline is probably by far the least friendliest. Checked out this afternoon with her and she gave no hello, no thank you and flippantly handed me my receipt. Really, you need to do better than that if you are interacting with customers. read more

Yes, it's a Target. It's not going to be any different from the other Targets you visit, unless you are accustomed to Super Targets with the full grocery store and cavernous selections of stuff. But more importantly, this is my Target. Yes, I feel like the girl in the "my Kroger" commercial, but I do not shop at Kroger, so I'm not. For some reason, this Target is easier to get in and out of, the parking is better, the crowds are better (except on the day after Thanksgiving - it's still a Target so don't even try). The staff of this Target are really great, and very accommodating. About seven months ago I accidentally left a bag of some of my purchases at the check out. Once I figured it out hours later, (was wrapping holidays gifts), I called the store on the off chance my dollars had not been just thrown away... and they said no problem, they have an area in customer service for just this purpose. Seriously, people this all the time buying things and then leaving the store without them. I went to customer service and my heart sank with my bag with horse riding Barbie and whatever else it was could not be located among the lost toys. But the customer service rep said no problem again, just asked to see my receipt from what items were now in the black hole, and went and retreived duplicates for me. Target assumes that the next customer probably picked up my bag by mistake, and that person may or may not return the "free" merchandise on their next visit. Or maybe they donated it to a charity. Or maybe they just wrapped it up for their neices or nephews. Either way, they won huge points with me and now I spend way too much money there. The only reason I didn't get them five stars is my serious envy of the super-Target down the street in Spring Hill, but a girl can dream... read more

I might be biased because I have grown up by this store my whole life but I swear it has everything you need. It's never too busy and even if there is a line it's taken down quickly. I never really need help from employees now that I can find the location of the item online. I just love target. read more

Worst Target I've EVER shopped!!!!! We just moved to Franklin so I was excited that there was a target 1 mile from my home. OMGosh, this Target is a MESS!!! The clothing department is always in a DISASTER , no self check out, out of basic cleaning supplies constantly, and never enough staff to check out..... my last visit, I had an item that I wanted to purchase but had no price tag...... the check out lady told me it wasn't her "JOB" to find out the price of the item I wanted to buy. I didn't even know how to respond to that........ especially as a nurse, I do so many things that are out of my " job description". It was more than a little hard to digest. I haven't been back since because....... why bother??!!! read more

I was there looking for a calculator and could not find the one I was looking for. I looked for a store associate, it seemed like there were none on duty. It wasn't late at night either, about 6:00 pm. When I finally found an associate, she informed me that they were out of stock of the calculator I was looking for. She recommended I searched on amazon and not target.com, didn't even promote the company she worked for. Overall negative first time experience. read more

If you do not like the cool springs location you might consider coming here. They are never busy even during Christmas! I do not find they have less stock or things than the busy stores. And they have a Starbucks you can have coffee while shopping. read more
