Target - Edmond, Oklahoma May 1, 2026 This is one of the nicer Target locations I've visited. The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop. The layout is intuitive, the aisles are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels modern and welcoming. The staff has been friendly during my visits, and the store typically has a good selection of products across multiple departments. Having groceries, household items, clothing, electronics, and a Starbucks all in one location makes it a convenient place to shop. What stands out most is how pleasant the overall shopping experience is. Everything feels well-kept and easy to navigate. The value is great. Value you can't beat. Waited for 1 hour and 31mins. for drive up and watched all cars around us change out 3 times. Stopped 2 workers and they said we were next. Called store and manager said would be right out. 24 mins later our 31 piece order came out. No apologize or nothing! read more

I shop here often. You can find everything you need, however the store has been remodeled. With that being said, its difficult to find my favorite clearance spots! It's a beautiful store, very well kept in regards to stock and cleanliness. The best time to shop is earliest part of day, as this location stays busy. Also the traffic on 2nd street always seems to be busy as the university is close by. Overall love the store and customer service at this location. read more

my friend and I shopped together using one cart. since neither of us had more than 10 items we used the express checkout, where your employee Telesia jump all over us saying it was 10 items per cart. yet yoursign doesn't say that. Renovated in 2018-2019! This location has really upped their game. The store feels much cleaner than it did before. The new bright white paint makes it feel bigger. This location has all the Target-ey stuff one could want. It's convenient to shop on the app, purchase things, and pick stuff up at this location. Overall, the staff are helpful in locating things, seeing if they have more in the back, or directing you to a good alternative if they don't have exactly what you're looking for. I pick this location above most other locations. Those bathrooms though, still seem to be on the struggle bus. Last time I was in, they hadn't been renovated. I feel like Target bathrooms across the board aren't kept as clean as I'd like. Not sure why. I prefer to use the single stall next to the pharmacy--it's usually cleaner. March 2019 read more

An employee came up to me while I was price checking items to tell me to return the items I didn't want to a register. He assumed a pile of items next to price checker were mine and I told him they weren't. He responded with "Really? Because I just cleared out this area a couple minutes ago." I didn't respond and then he proceeded to say "I'm just curious, what makes you change your mind when checking the price?" I do appreciate the Guest Services crew who helped correct the situation but I am so SHOCKED a grown man would come up to me out of no where to question and accuse me during my Target trip. read more

I frequently come to this target when i am near UCO. The customer service is always pretty good, and the store is usually stocked and pretty clean. The curbside pickup is usually never a long wait, and it comes in handy if the weather is bad. The only knock about this location is that it always busy because of the location. All in all, I definitely recommend this location. read more

This location is so hit or miss. Half the time, the shelves are neatly faced and stocked with ample checkout staff and clean floors... and then the other half of the time the shelves are all but bare, the floors are sticky, and the checkout lines rival Walmart's with only 2 or 3 being open forcing us to wait in a long line for self checkout instead. That said, it's our goto Target. If nothing else, the fellow shoppers are above average so that makes for a better experience than the other locations. read more

If you're looking for Wal-Mart...you've come to the wrong place! If you're looking for Target...you're in the right place. Good for you! Target is one of those places that has that distinct smell...of plastic...high priced groceries and fall apart shoes. They have an electronics department, which always surprises me for some reason. The red baskets that seem to glide over the floor are very nice. The khaki pants that are a part of the uniform are really hit or miss for some folks. All-in-all...this is Target. Nearly got run over with an empty cart (I specify empty because it's not like it was full and difficult to maneuver or out of control) because an employee couldn't cut their diagonal short by a few feet to not be directly in front of me, then they stared at me as they kept coming rather than move to not hit a customer with a cart (I work retail and moving around a customer takes 0 seconds). I love the store and most employees were very helpful but I only had one issue while in the store. The employee with pink hair was very disrespectful and rude towards me and my grandma. She had an attitude with us and demanded us to put back specific items when accidentally dropped. I love target but this employee in specific needs to be dealt with. read more

I am the queen of targets I visit my regular location at least three times a week. I noticed boxes laying everywhere and the workers in the shoe department were complaining about their current job here they were talking about how they don't get paid enough and the managers. I just don't think they should openly be talking about this in the middle of the store amongst each other. The shoe department was a mess boxes everywhere shoes scattered and even the clothes weren't organized well. I never visit this location and not in edmond a lot but had a return so figured I'd run in. read more

Today was a three star day instead of a normal four star and above. Why you ask? There were no registers open and only self checkout open. I needed assistance at self checkout and had to wait, this is at approximately 1145 AM. There were however lots of employees around shooting the breeze instead off being attentive. Here's an idea, have an employee manning at least one register anytime the store is open, there were plenty around with less than nothing to do this morning just shooting the breeze. read more

Left a google review on this location a few months back, and was in the store this week once more, and it looks like the same situation as I had back then. Jessica is entirely unprofessional. Her customer service is lacking, she seems bothered every time a guest asks for assistance, and yells at her employees when she isn't busy. I would have hoped target would have listened to customer complaints, but obviously she continuously is allowed to do her own thing without punishment. read more

Do not waste your time or money. they dont care about their customers. last time i went the little girl that brought my order to my car got an attitude because i told her i didnt want to argue with her and she raised her fist at me. i am pregnant just to add fuel to it. management doesn't care. time before that the guy set 30 eggs in my trunk next to a pack of soda.. long story short i had 30 eggs break all over my trunk because this inconsiderate, disrespectful kid refused to set my things anywhere else. read more

Target is just such a great place, and this location is no different. From their new men's line of clothes to their home decor section, it honestly feels more like a department store than a Target. This store and corporate were completely unwilling to help me come up with a mutually agreeable solution. All I wanted to do was exchange baby clothes (brand new with tags) that my son can't fit in. I didn't have the receipt bc I got them as gifts and because I got them in February or March they were completely unwilling to work with me. (Was not expecting to get my money back just an exchange or store credit) So upset and frustrated. Corporate gave me the run around and was extremely rude to me. Very unhappy. Bought clothes with a gift card but they didn't fit, list receipt of course so When I returned them. They kept half my money claiming they went on sale after I purchased them. Target in SE Edmond that offers a wide variety of items tailored to families, college students, and fresh groceries. A very nice target that is extecptionaly clean and has fast check out ran by experienced employees who are always willing to help and even remember you by name. This is our go to target for several years now! Pharmacy is fast, too! read more

Target is a wonderful place! You can buy clothing to School supPlies. They have lots of craft supplies. The prices are reasonable and low. I really recommend Target for your groceries and back to school shopping. read more

I am a target obsessed college student, as most college girls are, and I was having a delightful experience when I asked a woman for help, as the remodeling is still confusing to me. She at first seemed very upset that I would approach her of all the employees working, but she was the only one not doing anything at the moment. But she did smile and pointed me where I needed to go, however when I passed her another time she was just staring at some employees and I heard her make the remark that she's just "making sure they don't screw up". This was highly unprofessional and downright degrading to the employees. One employee I have seen several times when I would shop, and he was always working and always helpful and it upset me to see him being treated like he's a screw up. I'm not sure if she's a manager, or just a rude employee, but "Jessica" needs to be talked to. read more

We have always loved this Target. The team members are friendly, helpful, and available. But I recently was blessed with a granddaughter and Target has a FABULOUS nursing room. It is clean, has seating for two, and a table with electrical sockets. There are times when we go to Target just because of this wonderful accommodation. Keep up the great work! read more

Shame on you Target. I have an Autistic son (highly functioning) that will be a senior this coming year whom I am very proud of. He has gone through his whole life being bullied. He is wanting to get a job so bad and make his own money as his siblings do. As a mother of a special needs child we always want the very best for all our children. He applied for Target knowing they are hiring at this time and two days later I get an email that says "Hello Garrett, Thank you for taking the time to apply with us. We are unable to offer you a position at this time, but we do appreciate your interest in Target. Target Edmond" If your hiring why would you not even give him so much as a interview? Are you ashamed he may embarrass you? Or could it be the last name is Hispanic? It's funny my daughter applied their as well and she was is currently still working for an Eye Specialist and she was told she isn't qualified and not even given the opportunity for an interview. Um I'm sorry it was going to be a part time gig cashiering and she's not qualified. Shame on you Target for your discriminating on individuals. I shop your store 4 to 5 a week and never again will you catch me in your store. Your a disgrace, just because your in Edmond and you think you need to uphold your precious name Target. My kids will always be better than that. It's heart breaking to hear your special needs child say mom know one is going to hire me because I'm Autistic, if they could just get to know me it wouldn't be so bad.
