I left a message with the cashier explaining our issue and asked her to pass the message on to management. I also explained our issue to the corporate customer service representative. It's been over a month and we haven't heard from anyone. If you're buying furniture from this company, do not let them tell you can "see" the furniture in the room, it is a blatant lie, poor salesmanship, and just a ploy to close a sale.
