It's basically the price and quality of what you would find in a Salvation Army. It's just hit or miss on if you'll find anything. I went to Shumake on a Saturday with my info. The sales lady took me to the exact sofa. I asked about firm cushions to which she explained in detail. She printed all the information I needed so I told her to let me think about it. I went back the following Tuesday to purchase the sofa. Since I requested firm cushions it took 5 weeks to receive.
