Outside of Target in Coral Springs, FL

If Walmart is the chaotic dive bar where the jukebox is always broken and the bartender forgot to clean the taps, then this Target is the neighborhood bistro with better lighting, cleaner floors, and a staff that doesn't look like they're plotting your demise. Coral Springs has a weird pride in order--this city was actually one of the first in Florida to mandate aesthetic rules on buildings back in the day. And you feel it here: aisles are wide, shelves are stocked, and nobody's trying to run you over with a shopping cart like it's the Daytona 500. The RedCard program? Yeah, it's actually worth it--5% off everything. Not life-changing, but enough to feel like you've beaten the system, or at least saved enough for an extra cafecito at Cafetico down the road. Four stars, because at the end of the day, it's still a big-box store. But if you're stuck in suburbia and need paper towels, bourbon, and a decent throw pillow all under one roof--this is where you go. It's a good value for your time.

I like going to this Target to go shopping, it has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut inside. I was looking for a specific item on which on the store Locater I couldn't find it. I asked a store associate named Deron to assist and he went above and beyond to assist me to find the item. He took me to the aisle and he also looked it up on his phone. The store was pretty clean and everything looks like it is in its place. I would recommend this location to anyone.

We are going on a trip in a few weeks, so I was in the area and I stopped here to get some travel size disinfectant wipes...they had a large selection of them....different brands, different scents, different alcohol content, etc... This Target had a large amount of travel size items to choose from, so that made it easy to pick things for a trip. The store was very roomy, clean and neatly organized. I usually use the self checkout registers and that was also a breeze...except for....that I had a gift card and I had to use the IR scanning gun to first scan the long UPC number...then I had to scan the "smaller UPC code".....one of the ladies helped me with this task.....

Pretty standard Super Target with grocery, and had the items that I needed, in stock like I saw online which was a nice match which sometimes doesn't happen from an inventory perspective. While I don't necessarily like the new way they have the shelves organized, the map was helpful to a point. Staff wasn't sure about where things were located, so they directed me to the app.

Target is always a nice experience to do some shopping. I always like how neat and clean they keep their stores and this one really is no difference. Today I came to pick up an online order and the experience was fairly easy and straight forward. Also decided to snap some pics and share some of the store experience. Shelves may look a little depleted but this is during the Coronavirus outbreak. Regardless, I want to try some of their deli food next time I come in.

What is there not to like about a store that has everything you need? They have amazing shoe collections, an array of clothing, household goods, produces, and more. They have competitive prices with great quality to match it.

I've been to this Target many times, I now have one closer to me, so I don't venture this way too often. These chain stores aren't much different from one another. This one though, it's a little more disorganized than other Targets I've been to. Especially in the decor area. I always do the same rounds, housewares, decor and electronics. More specifically the video game section. Their video game selections lacks... a lot. This isn't their thing. For being a chain department store Target is a little more elevated than say, Walmart and even Kohl's. I do like their decor department. They try to keep on trend and come up with some quirky stuff that I only see in their shops, Target is great for knick knacks and seasonal decor you will only use for a few months. Cheap enough, and great looking. Quality is also good. I don't like their clothing. I never buy clothes at Target, other than plain T-shirts and things that are pretty much the same everywhere you buy them, not dresses, jeans, shoes ect. But I do know that from time to time they have a designer do a line just for them, like Zac Posen. I don't see a lot of associates on the floor on this store. They have these help buttons around the store, I've used them twice, and both times I got tired of waiting. That is not to say customer service is bad. Just understaffed. Cashiers are nice and courteous. I've yet to find a rude cashier at any Target. Parking lot is huge, and you don't see shopping carts everywhere. Definitely be back in I'm in the area.

Walking in, I'll be honest, I felt a little overwhelmed. Being greeted immediately and having my information taken felt more like checking into a doctor's office than shopping for a couch. Not the best start. But then we wandered. And wandered. And wandered some more. We were mostly focused on couches and living room furniture, which are scattered literally everywhere. Every corner is another fully staged living room. It's like walking through a sitcom multiverse where everyone has better furniture than you. Once we were allowed to browse freely, the staff was actually great. Helpful without hovering, available without stalking us through the store like we owed them money. Perfect balance. The selection is enormous, the prices are reasonable, and now our biggest problem is deciding which couch we love enough to commit to for the next ten years. No pressure. Also, let's talk about the fact that this place is so big they have a coffee bar with free cookies. Free. Cookies. And yes, they're delicious. I absolutely considered buying a sectional just to justify coming back for another one. If you're furniture shopping and you want options, this is your place. Just wear comfortable shoes and maybe stretch beforehand. Your legs will thank you.

At first their inventory was made up of there own items but now everything they sell is donated. I love their mission which is to help animals. The Shed Thrift is a nonprofit that donates its proceeds to various veterinary hospitals in the area to support people on social security or limited income who need life-saving surgeries for their pets. I collect vintage pieces and Shed Thrift had some items like a chandelier and a set of glasses. They also had furniture, appliances, bikes, guitars, household goods, collectibles, books, movie, CD's, clothing, accessories, and more. With the influence of DIY shows showcasing recycling and re-purposing, thrifting is more popular than ever. Thrift stores help people save money and keep items out of the landfill. Shed Thrift has some unique items like a jukebox that you didn't typically see in the local area thrift stores. With their mission to help vulnerable pets, this store is an assist to Coral Springs.
