Tucked away conveniently inside a sprawling strip mall in hedonistic Coral Springs, FL. Coral Springs, where every garden has an olive, every taco has a bell, and every pollo is tropical. A nice place to raise a family and wear flip-flops all year round. My ladyfriend was feeling hungry and I knew of just the right spot. They have these little pizza places inside most Targets with these delicious buttery little personal pan pizzas. The Pizza Huts I think they're called. Anyway, we also needed to get some juice for our carpet steamer since our babydog keeps peeing on the rug. We looked on Yelp for the closest Target and this one came highly recommended. And it was a SUPER Target to boot! It's like a Publix and Walmart combined with a Target, a "one-stop-shop" as us industry guys like to say. All the lights were on and the AC was blowing cold. Although when we arrived at the pizza hut it appeared to be unattended. They had one of the little pizzas left in the front trough and some bread stix, but nobody there to sell it to us. Now I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadents, but I wouldn't steal bread from this little mom n pop pizza place tucked inside a Super Target. So we asked for assistance from the lady overseering the self-checkout line. She sent over this girl who looked like she had just rolled out of bed, and King-sized bed at that if you catch my drift. She was really fat. We requested another pizza with pepperoni for my ladyfriend, I was content with eating the little old pizza that nobody wanted from yesterday. The girl rang us up for the 2 pizzas and dranks and then just walked away!! Who's gonna make the other pizza? We stood around in disbelief until some poindexter stepped in, let's call him Todd, and assured us he'd be making the pizza for us in 7 minutes and that the girl from the king-sized bed actually worked in the bakery. Lucky for her with all that bread around. By this point my ladyfriend was going hungry. We had a seat in the ample dining area which was empty except for us and some thuggish kid who looked like he was skipping school. My ladyfriend commented about the condiment and napkin area being a mess and Todd yelled at her! The pizza came out after 10 minutes and it was scalding hot but it didn't matter...my ladyfriend was HUNGRY. We scarfed down our disgusting little pizzas in delight. At some point Todd came out to tell us that he was shutting off the lights in the dining room but that we could stick around. What is this a school cafeteria?? How rude! PROS: The pizzas were yummy! My husband and I currently have a baby registry with your company. On Jan 9, 2020, we had a Target box left at our apartment door and my husband placed it inside after 6:30 pm. At around 11 pm that night, my husband jumped back on the couch, with a shocked facial expression, to mention he thinks he just saw a mouse run into our bedroom. My husband goes to check the situation, to confirm his suspicion. Long story short, my husband had to kill a full-grown mouse in our bedroom closet. When I looked at the current Target box delivered to our house, there was a big hole in the box, dented, and tape surrounding not secured. Our apartment maintenance came the next day to expect the unit and they found no cracks or holes that would allow for a full-grown mouse to find entry into our apartment. It is very unfortunate, that as a company, you don't have better packaging. Now whether the rodent enters the box from Target's personal shipping facility, or whether the box got damaged by your delivery provider (UPS/Fedex/Amazon...), at the end of the day, it's unacceptable. So, because of your poor quality standards for shipping product, I had to spend time out of my night/day sanitizing our place to make sure that we are not exposed to any unwanted germs/ bacteria/ disease. So, today is Jan 30, 2020, and I am completely shocked that a company the size of Target has not even tried to make contact with me by email as requested by my previous request. Since your actions as a "respected" retailer is to ignore a loyal customer, I'll just post my more than Unsatisfactory review on every website I can find, stop using my Target debit and credit card, and take my money elsewhere. As for all your other customers, beware when Target sends you a package. Not only may a rodent be lurking inside, but they also don't take responsibility for their actions as well. I frequent this location on a regular basis for many of my household essentials. Mainly because when I combine the Cartwheel app w/ my Red card I tend to save big! Their produce section can be hit or miss. I usually shop later in the evening and rarely do they have enough cashiers to accommodate the shoppers. Just shopped in this Target's new food section and was greatly impressed. The staff was friendly throughout the store. We love the wide isles and have made Target our go to store. Incidentally I saw more pregnant and new mothers shopping here. Our daughter's favorite Target is in Pompano Beach, she is a mom with two small kids. read more

Not much to say, who doesn't like Target? I almost always have a great shopping experience here until I get to the checkout lanes. I see 20+ lanes available but only about 6 of them open and the lines sometimes trail into the shopping isles. Don't leave home without a good book to read while you wait to check out. read more

Target is horrible! Ruined Christmas!!! I placed an order on December 11 for pickup at this store and wouldn't you know it I received an email that this store of course didn't have the product they said they had. I then had to choose shipping which was supposed to be 2 day shipping with delivery on December 13. Well here come the emails. First December 17 then December 19 then December 28. Meanwhile my order was processed the first day so I can't cancel or anything!!! My order finally shipped from Minnesota on December 19 but I still haven't received it!!! So much for their 2 day shipping for Christmas!! I've written to customer service multiple times and they've basically told me oh well we were out of the product even though we promised it to you so oh well you have to wait! Personally, I love Target. they can do no wrong when it comes to me. I love every department. Especially the clothing and the shoes. They always have stocked shelves, and plenty of newer items for me to try. This is a one stop shop for me. The prices are moderate, maybe a tad bit more expensive than walmart, but i'll pay that difference to avoid walmart by all costs! A this particular Target My cashier, who's name I do not recall was fantastic!!! He picked up that I wasn't from there because of my accent. and he sparked up the most delightful conversation. When I used to shop here there would be nothing stocked that I was looking for. The clothes would be in shambles. The food was outdated in produce. NOW THAT I HAVE WORKED there (no longer I quit), I will never give them my money again. There was so much harassment going on. Carlos the manager harassed so many people including me and I tried taking it higher up and it went no where. Weird relationships between management, like super cringey and bluntly flirting with each other it was gross. The whole back of house would stank because the meat department would for some reason leave meat in the back not in refrigerated shelves and when they'd find the box there would be maggots in them. Bad experience as a shopper and employee. Awful place. I hope someone else reads this before they apply. read more

The older gentlemen at the Starbucks is super rude and short with you. I never got to finish my order when he began making my drink (which also happened to be nothing like it should have been) and proceeded to check me out without asking if I wanted anything else. Target at Turtle Run in Coral Springs has made shopping a pleasurable experience during these chaotic times when product availability is sparse because of the uncertainty of COVID-19. There was a representative outside while we waited giving instructions for product limitations per person and another representative handing out mini coffees as their patrons waited patiently for doors to open. The Director came out minutes before doors open and reminded everyone to remain calm and that everyone in the line will have the opportunity to get needed products. He also reviewed the product that they did have. They had associates in each isle handing out the product so there was no chaos and no product hoarding. It was so well organized and orchestrated. Hats of to the entire Target team! They have earned a loyal customer for sure because of this level of service and care! Thank you! read more

I love this Super Target! It is conveniently located, there is always adequate parking, and the check-out lines are always quick and readily available. Every time I walk by the deli area I see the refrigerated section with the pre-made meals and want to try them all. I like the fact that they offer a broad range of options, including sushi, salads, sandwiches, and focaccia pizzas. I am also a fan of the cute, inexpensive baubles that are always on display at the front of the store. I never walk out of this place empty handed, haha! read more

This Target leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the staff is rude, there are only a few nice people there that are willing to help. There meat and produce section are limited, if you're looking to food shop go to the Target on Hillsboro instead. Pharmacy staff is great and prescriptions are filled quickly. read more

You know, when this first opened it was awesome, five stars! Head and heels over Wal-Mart's in this area (don't get me started!), but you know recently this Target is starting to slip. While they have one super nice cashier, many of them are getting to be like the Wal-Mart employees in S. Florida. I like to be smiled at and greeted in the checkout aisle, just saying. Target managers, listen up, we have choices; get it together and expect your employees to treat your guests like they're happy we chose to shop at your store. This Target is the absolute worst. The employees either have attitudes and mumble under their breath about customers or they're perfectly nice but incompetent. The list of issues I have had is endless. You have to watch the register like a hawk because so many sale prices don't ring up (they never price check it either because they don't care. They just change the price), nobody working in the bakery after 6, clueless cashiers who don't know how to ring in coupons, nobody knows where any items are when you ask, the list goes on and on. Their produce is half rotten most of the time because there are so few customers. A couple trips ago after unloading my cart at the register the cashier took over 10 minutes with the one customer in front of me because he didn't know how to use her Red card. He finally calls over for help and they are discussing it for so long my two toddlers are now acting up. Last night I had the pleasure of watching an employee argue with a customer over the amount of deli meat he asked for. Instead of just easily cutting more. Awkward. I only go back because people keep giving me gift cards because they think Moms love Target. Going to only use those gift cards online from now on. That place is awful. read more

Very pleasant place to do your shopping at. From entering the store you will notice how clean Super Target is compared to Wal-Mart and others in the area. The staff are friendly and immediately help you when you are looking for advice or answers. Everything in the store is stocked properly and neatly so that you can find it with ease. The ignorance and rudeness I encountered was revolutionary. I bought a laptop computer and will most likely take it back. I got home (30 minute drive) and have started to charge the battery. Anyway the clerk (and that is saying a lot for this rude and ignorant fellow that sold me the incorrect item I pointed to. I was unaware until arriving home. I asked one person at the counter to buy it and he said another clerk had the key and he asked him to help me. He turned away. When I saw him a few minutes later I asked to buy the particular item and it was like I asked him for money or something he could not deliver. Rude for sure and it turns out he gave me the incorrect item I now think on purpose because he was upset or something about being asked directly by a customer for something. The ignorance part was that when I asked some questions prior to buying he had no clue as to the answer. I would stay away from this type of discount store to buy a computer and instead stick with a specialty retailer or just go online. Very disappointed in the entire optical department staff. Specifically Amy the manager. She bragged about how great the Target Optical Warranty is and the day I needed to actually use my warranty, they did not even bother to help me. Another time she reordered frames for me and didn't save them for me and gave them to someone else. I had to wait like a month and a half to see my frames. They did not want to reimburse me on contacts that my eyes didn't take too. Every time that I called in she and other employees promised to call me back...I'm still waiting. There's a man who works there that is arrogant and ignores everyone...Everyone is a bother to him. Then that another girl who works there and she is plain rude...does not greet and snaps at customers. The doctors are married-the lady is really unprofessional and is more worried about her looks. The husband is actually the only half normal one-seems bored with life. Overall, when you go...don't make plans for the rest of the day. The wait is forever even with an appointment. LOVE this Target! We moved into Coral Springs about 5 months ago and even though this is not my closest Target, it is by far my favorite! It's a BIG store with Starbucks and Pizza Hut located inside. Lines can be an issue no matter where you shop so I try to plan my trips during off hours. Great thing about Target is that if there are more than 2 or 3 in line they will call for extra cashiers. If you think the line is too long ask the cashier to call for help. It works for me. :) read more

I stopped in for a car seat. One employee; I wish I could remember her name, came to help us and answer some questions we had. We found two car seats we liked but of course the boxes were not in the proper locations in the aisle. She helped us locate them and informed us of Targets price matching. After going back and forth on what car seat I wanted and what would be a good fit, I picked one out and located a price about $20 cheaper on amazon. Went to check out and the cashier did not accept the price I found so the car seat I wanted for my daughter I had to bring back and pick out a new one because according to the cashier she wasn't calling anyone to swap it for me real quick. This was ridiculous and she annoyed me. The previous employee who helped me met me back there. I explained the situation. She turned me around, brought me to a register and accepted the price I had found off amazon and helped me save some money on my purchase so my daughter could have a safe and reliable car seat. I do not normally take time to write reviews but I needed to take the time to compliment this wonderful cashier named Ray. I believe he recently started because the first time he was my cashier he had a hand- written name tag, so I assumed he was new. At first I thought, he was just putting on a show because (he is new) and took really good care of me. I have been back over & over again and finally took the time to compliment this man. I have shopped at target for years now and have never encountered anyone like Ray. I now shop at this location at least 3 times a week and I have to say that Ray hasn't changed a bit! He's clapping when we use our red card, he engages in conversation, he brings out the smile in the most miserable people, and he does it all genuinely. Ray is amazing and he definitely needs to be recognized, I believe he is the truest example of exceptional customer service. Im not kidding, give it a try, he's an older gentlemen(All white hair).
